DIGIJOUJOU-hankkeessa työskennelleet opettajat ovat hankkeen toimintavuosien 2017-2019 aikana pohtineet opetuksen ja oppimisen digitaalisuutta ja joustavuutta eri näkökulmista: mitä digitaalisuus ja joustavuus suomen ja ruotsin opiskelussa tarkoittaa, miten soveltaa, lisätä ja kehittää digitaalisuutta ja joustavuutta omassa opetuksessa ja opiskelijoiden oppimisessa. Hankelaisten blogikirjoituksissa näemme askeleita opettajien omasta ja yhdessä muiden kanssa oppimisesta hankkeen edetessä; epävarmuus muuttuu varmuudeksi, ajoittainen digiähky oman asiantuntijuuden kasvuksi ja joustavuus osaksi opettajan arkipedagogiikkaa. Vuorovaikutus ammattikorkeakoulun kielten ja viestinnän verkkokursseilla

Tutkimuksen taustalla oli ajankohtainen tarve kehittää korkeakoulujen kielten ja viestinnän verkko-opetusta vuorovaikutuksen mahdollistamisen ja tukemisen näkökulmasta. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli selvittää, millaisia asioita verkkokurssin vuorovaikutuksen suunnittelussa kannattaa huomioida. Tutkimuksessa selvitettiin teemahaastattelun, havainnoinnin ja kyselyn menetelmillä, millaisia asioita opettajat huomioivat suunnittelussa, millaista vuorovaikutusta kursseilla on, millaisia menetelmiä ja välineitä niillä käytetään ja miten vuorovaikutuksen suunnittelun ratkaisut toimivat. Tutkimustulosten perusteella kielten ja viestinnän verkkokurssien vuorovaikutuksen suunnittelussa kannattaa huomioida ohjaukseen, opettajan läsnäoloon ja vuorovaikutuksen kanaviin liittyviä asioita. Riittävä tiedottaminen sekä opettajan myönteinen, kannustava ja rento läsnäolo verkko-oppimisympäristössä ovat asioita, jotka vaikuttavat tutkimuksen perusteella opiskelijoiden tyytyväisyyteen ja kokemukseen vuorovaikutuksen sekä oppimisen laadusta verkkokurssilla.This study is based on the need to develop online training on language and communication courses from the perspective of enabling and supporting interaction. The goal of the study was to investigate the design principles of interaction that should be considered in online courses. This study was done by means of focus group interview, observation and questionnaire, and studied the types of aspects that the teacher considers in the planning of online courses, the kinds of interactions that exist, which methods and devices are used, and how the interaction solutions work. Based on the results of this study, the presence of the teacher as well as channels of interaction should be carefully considered in the planning of language and communication courses. Keeping the students sufficiently informed and the positive, encouraging and relaxed presence of the teacher affect their satisfaction as well as the experience of the quality of learning and interaction in online courses according to the study
