Listed here is a summary of the Council's top three recommendations to improve the state's ability to identify and manage State-owned property: Establish a state real property identifier that can be used consistently within all agencies for the management of property records; Establish processes to integrate county real property records with state real property records into a single, maintained statewide database that is updated annually; Encourage compliance with standardized naming conventions for state owned properties in accordance with ORC 5301.012
