The study first examines the concept of digital quality management in higher education, and is aimed at featuring the theoretical justification and practical implementation of digital quality management of education at the university level. A fundamental difference between digital quality management and traditional quality management is shown. The authors present and describe the features and advantages of the developed technology of interactive intellectual environment, which is the basis of digital management. The functionality of quality management in higher education is revealed on the basis of a participative synergistic approach. The practical significance of the study lies in the introduction of an interactive intellectual environment into the higher education system, which enables the effective digital management of the quality of education. The main results comprise building an individual learning trajectory, depending on the diagnosed abilities and intelligence of each student, as well as conditioning students’ research competencies as a means of improving the quality of higher education. Further development of this topic is seen in the study of the cultural aspects of interaction in the educational process, implemented in digital management

International audienceThe impact of the evolution of crystalline phases with thermal annealing on the Raman scattering and emission spectra of the Nd-doped HfO2 films enriched with Si- and N- is reported. Films were grown on Si substrates by radio frequency magnetron sputtering of the composed target of Nd2O3, Si and HfO2 in argon-nitrogen reactive plasma. The films were annealed at TA = 800–1100 °C for tA = 15 min in a nitrogen atmosphere to stimulate a phase transformation process. The as-deposited and annealed films have been investigated using scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, Raman scattering and photoluminescence (PL) techniques. The as-deposited and annealed films were found to have the fine-grained structure. The monoclinic phase was revealed after film annealing at 950 °C, which transforms into the tetragonal phase after annealing at 1100 °C. The PL study detected a broad PL band in the visible spectral range caused by the emission of host defects and Nd ions. The typical emission of Nd3+ ions was also observed in the infrared range (from 800 to 1400 nm). The peculiarities of Raman scattering and PL spectra, their modification with crystalline phase transformation, and the PL excitation mechanism in the films studied are analyzed and discussed. The use of argon-nitrogen plasma allows the manufacture of films with a fine grain structure that can also be of interest for optical waveguide applications

Использование левосимендана при лечении нейрогенной стрессорной кардиомиопатии у пациентки с субарахноидальным кровоизлиянием (клиническое наблюдение)

We present a case of cardiogenic shock due to neurogenic stress cardiomyopathy (NSC) in a patient with nontraumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by a ruptured aneurysm of the right pericallosal artery. Due to the catecholamine-resistant shock, levosimendan was administered under advanced hemodynamic control, including transpulmonary thermodilution and echocardiography. This resulted in an improved cardiac contractility and reduced demand for catecholamines. Full stabilization of hemodynamic parameters was achieved by day 5. In the discussion section we reviewed available published case reports of using levosimendan in stress cardiomyopathy treatment.

This paper presents the global results of the BiThink project. This is a project financed by DG-TREN. The BiThink objective is to develop and demonstrate an industrial technology able to exert direct influence on the cost of photovoltaic systems. BiThink focuses on three key aspects: the use of bifacial cells and albedo modules as a simple way to increase the amount of energy collected, the increase in the number of wafers obtained from the slicing of silicon ingots and the use of a simple and at last an efficient manufacturing process, able to combine high mechanical yields with reasonable cell efficiency. BiThink shows impressive figures in terms of the consumption of silicon: 5.9 grams per Watt peak using conservative yield values. Another important result is the large amount of new technology developed in the project in the areas of ingot slicing, post-slicing wafer separation, screen printing diffusion, mechanical handling, crack detection, and thin solar cell interconnection
