Triple molybdates one-, one - and three(two)valence metals
The authors thank Ph. D. M. K. Alibaeva, Ph. D. I. A. Gudkova and Ph. D. I. V. Korolkova for participation in the research. The review summarizes experimental data on the phase formation, structure and properties of new complex oxide compounds group - triple molybdates containing tetrahedral molybdate ion, two different singly charged cation, together with tri- or divalent cation. The several structural families of these compounds were distinguished and it shown that many of them are of interest as luminescent, laser, ion-conducting or nonlinear optical materials. The work is executed at partial support of the Russian Foundation for basic research (projects No. 08-03-00384, 13-03-01020 and 14-03-00298)
CLINICAL VALUE OF MULTISLICE SPIRAL X-RAY COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY WHEN PLANNING THE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH LARYNGEAL CANCER
Cancers remain a priority for modern society. According to the WHO estimates, global cancer morbidity and mortality rates will triple in the period 1999 to 2030: from 10 to 30 million new cases and from 6 to 17 million deaths recorded every year, which will exceed deaths from cardiovascular diseases and injuries. The efficiency of treatment in cancer patients and their prediction are determined by timely disease diagnosis, tumor extent estimation, and adequate therapeutic measures. So search for ways to cardinally improve the early recognition of cancer is one of the major tasks in the study of the problems of cancer patients, those with throat cancer in particular
Polarization switching kinetics at the nanoscale in ferroelectric copolymer Langmuir-Blodgett films
The polarization switching kinetics of ferroelectric Langmuir–Blodgett films of vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene copolymer were investigated by piezoresponse force microscopy with a resolution of 100 nm. The switching time in response to a localized voltage pulse exhibits an exponential dependence on reciprocal voltage, which is consistent with nucleation-limited switching dynamics
Dissipative light field as a way to create strongly localized structures for atom lithography
Generally, the conditions for deep sub-Doppler laser cooling do not match the
conditions for the strong atomic localization that takes a place in deeper
optical potential and, in consequence, leads to larger temperature. Moreover,
for a given detuning in a deep optical potential the secular approximation
which is usually used for quantum description of laser cooling becomes no more
valid. Here we perform an analysis of atomic localization in optical potential
based on a full quantum approach for atomic density matrix. We also show that
the laser cooling in a deep far-off detuned optical potential, created by a
light field with a polarization gradient, can be used as an alternative method
for forming high contrast spatially localized structures of atoms for the
purposes of atom lithography and atomic nanofabrication. Finally, we perform an
analysis of the possible limits for the width and the contrast of localized
atomic structures that can in principle be reached by this type of the light
mask.Comment: 4 figure
Microscopics of meson degrees of freedom in nucleons and mesons in nuclei - what can be seen in the process of quasielastic knockout of mesons by high-energy electrons
Developed earlier concept of quasielastic knock out of pions from nucleons by
high-energy electrons is propounded as a tool for checking microscopical model
( - fluctuation) for decay of N to different channels and
Preparata model of nucleus structure.Comment: 6 pages, 5 figures, Talk given at 16 Baldin Symposium in June 200
Research of academic motivation at the stage of forming a threshold level of mastering competences
The relevance of researched problem is caused by the society requirement to form and implement educational and creative potential of a student as a conductor of changes that set a high level of motivational behavior. The aim of this article is to develop a structural model of motivational behavior of students that allow carrying out modeling of specific characteristics and their practical application. The leading approach to the research of this problem is the provision of the theory of self-determination on basic needs that allow considering basics of intrinsic motivation. The results of the research are: the structural model of motivational behavior is considered in the article, the questions are selected and the questionnaire on educational motivation is developed for the poll of student's groups “Economy and Management”. The development and approbation of multi-profile software programs are “Students’ Questionnaire” to implement on-line poll or interviews with students on academic motivation. The results of the research can be useful for specialized structural divisions of the university, teachers, and also for the students in case of further research of the issues of academic motivation and individual educational paths. © 2016 Eremicheva et al
