Nonresonant Raman and inelastic X-ray scattering in the charge-density-wave phase of the spinless Falicov-Kimball model
Nonresonant inelastic light and X-ray scattering is investigated for the
spinless Falicov-Kimball model on an infinite-dimensional hypercubic lattice
with a charge-density-wave phase at half filling. The many-body density of
states (DOS) is found for different values of the Coulomb repulsion ,
ranging from a dirty metal to a Mott insulator. At zero temperature, the charge
gap is exactly equal to ; increasing the temperature rapidly fills the gap
with subgap states. The nonresonant response function for Raman and inelastic
X-ray scattering shows peaks connected with transitions over the gap and
transitions that involve subgap states. In the case of X-ray scattering (when
both energy and momentum are transferred), the response function illustrates
features of dynamical screening (vertex corrections) in the different
(nonresonant) symmetry channels ( and ). We also derive
and verify the first moment sum rules for the (nonresonant) Raman and inelastic

Introduction. The group of young citizens is the most vulnerable to negative influences of radical movements and organizations associated with developing and spreading extremism and terrorism.Purpose setting. In this regard, required organization of preventive work to resist extremist manifestations and the threat of terrorism among the youth of the Kirov region.Methodology and methods of the study. To achieve the task at the first stage, the authors have studied the psychological and pedagogical, sociological literature on this problem. At the second stage, the program of multifaceted events among student youth of the city of Kirov and the Kirov region has been created to prevent the emergence of extremist manifestations.Results. In 2021, the university held more than 300 educational and cultural events aimed at developing youthΒ»s rejection of the terrorism ideology and instilling in them traditional Russian spiritual and moral values. For this purpose more than 400 experts β representatives of religious and public organizations, figures of culture and art have been invited.Conclusions. The basic principles of organizing the preventive work by the university, the thoughtfulness of all the educational activities, interaction of the university management with various organizations of the Kirov region made it possible to create the favorable conditions for resisting extremism and terrorism among the youth.ΠΠ²Π΅Π΄Π΅Π½ΠΈΠ΅. Introduction. The humane structure of society involves the equality of all people, notwithstanding the characteristics of their individual development, and the tolerant attitude to them. Purpose setting. The purpose of the research is to identify the level of knowledge about people with special health opportunities among senior students of different nationalities who study in higher educational institutions in the city of Kirov and to work out on this basis recommendations for educating young people to be tolerant towards people with disabilities. Methodology of the study. To achieve the research goal at the fi stage, the authors have studied psychological, pedagogical and sociological literature on this problem. At the second stage, the authors have conducted the study through anonymous questionnaire survey of senior students of Vyatka State Agrotechological University and Kirov State Medical University in order to study their views about people with disabilities. Results. Based on the analysis and statistical processing of data, the knowledge and ideas about people of this category, their problems, individual features, the role of the media and the state in the coverage of these problems, the legislative protection of the rights of disabled people have been revealed. Conclusion. As a result of the study, the authors have noted the differences and similarities in the knowledge of students of different universities in Kirov about people with disabilities, and have highlighted the importance of creating new conditions in universities for forming the tolerant attitude towards people with different physical and mental abilities; specifi pedagogical and educational measures have been proposed.ΠΠ²Π΅Π΄Π΅Π½ΠΈΠ΅. Raise and characterization of a bread wheat hybrid line (Tulaykovskaya 10 Γ Saratovskaya 29) with chromosome 6Agi2 introgressed from Thinopyrum intermedium
Wheatgrass Thinopyrum intermedium is a source of agronomically valuable traits for common wheat. Partial wheatβwheatgrass amphidiploids and lines with wheatgrass chromosome substitutions are extensively used as intermediates in breeding programs. Line Agis 1 (6Agi2/6D) is present in the cultivar Tulaykovskaya 10 pedigree. Wheatgrass chromosome 6Agi2 carries multiple resistance to fungal diseases in various ecogeographical zones. InΒ this work, we studied the transfer of chromosome 6Agi2 in hybrid populations Saratovskaya 29ΓTulaykovskayaΒ 10 (S29ΓT10) and Tulaykovskaya 10ΓSaratovskaya 29 (T10ΓS29). Chromosome 6Agi2 was identified by PCR with chromosome-specific primers and by genomic in situ hybridization (GISH). According to molecular data, 6Agi2 was transmitted to nearly half of the plants tested in the F2 and F3 generations. A new breeding line 49-14 (2nΒ =Β 42) with chromosome pair 6Agi2 was isolated and characterized in T10ΓS29 F5 by GISH. According to the results of our field experiment in 2020, the line had high productivity traits. The grain weights per plant (10.04Β±0.93 g) and the number of grains per plant (259.36Β±22.49) did not differ significantly from the parent varieties. The number of grains per spikelet in the main spike was significantly higher than in S29 (p β€ 0.001) or T10 (p β€ 0.05). Plants were characterized by the ability to set 3.77Β±0.1 grains per spikelet, and this trait varied among individuals from 2.93 to 4.62. The grain protein content was 17.91 %, and the gluten content, 40.55 %. According to the screening for fungal disease resistance carried out in the field in 2018 and 2020, chromosome 6Agi2 makes plants retain immunity to the West Siberian population of brown rust and to dominant races of stem rust. It also provides medium resistant and medium susceptible types of response to yellow rust. The possibility of using lines/varieties of bread wheat with wheatgrass chromosomes 6Agi2 in breeding in order to increase protein content in the grain, to confer resistance to leaf diseases on plants and to create multiflowered forms is discussed

It has been revealed the apple pectin prevents excessive NO-synthase activation in the SG tissues as well as the inhibition of arginase pathway enzymes of L-arginine metabolism (ornithine decarboxylase). Supplementing of apple pectin and pectin-containing food (oatmeal) to the usual diet of the rats reduces the production of superoxide anion radical by mitochondrial electron transport chain in the SG tissue, limits lipid peroxidation, improves the protein synthesis function. Modeling of the Filtration Processes in a Rectangular Area Soils Using the Darcy
In the framework of the research described in this paper we implemented the numerical algorithm and the program for the implementation of the algorithm, which makes it possible to calculate pressure field in the examined region and established convergence of the iterative process at optimal selection of the relaxation parameter. The obtained results enable carrying out estimation of the ground water level and propagation patterns under conditions of appropriate environmental characteristics of flow in the presence of varying geometrical configuration of outflow zones through the examined surface.The modelling of filtration processes in a rectangular plot of soil using the Darcy equations might also be used in the problems on estimating water quality, in the tasks on preventing flood waters, floods or mudflows. Such a simulation also makes it possible to explore the phenomena of fluid propagation in soils given the prospects of development of shale gas deposits in the regions of Lviv, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk oblasts (Ukraine). Thus, the applied aspect of the use of the obtained scientific result is the possibility to improve the developed mathematical model of filtration processes through the inclusion of morphological characteristics of river and the river system.
