In this connection the authors share the results of the investigation dealt with the development of one of the most future-oriented approaches in methods of training the Russian Grammar standards which may be called the Module Approach realized by means of Network Technologie

Crystal structure and conductivity of bismuth-containing complex oxides

In the paper, a comprehensive systematic study of different classes of bismuth containing oxide compounds was carried out. The relationship between composition, temperature and concentration regions of existence of stable, specific structure and properties of solid solutions on the basis of vanadates, molybdates, niobates and bismuth was found. The general regularities of synthesis of solid solutions with different variants of solid-phase and soluble methods were determined. On this basis, the optimal conditions for obtaining single-phase materials were formulated. For the first time the temperature and concentration boundaries of the regions of homogeneity and areas of stable existence of polymorphic modifications of solid solutions were defined and/or refined. The structural parameters of the synthesized phases were determined. By the method of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy the nature and features of impedance spectra, the temperature and concentration dependences of electrical conductivity of ceramic materials based on bismuth containing complex oxides were identified

Electrical discharges in the atmosphere of Venus

Data received from Venera 11 and 12 experiments involving the electrical activity of the atmosphere of Venus show that the electrical discharges occur in the cloud layer. Their energy is roughly the same as in terrestrial lightning, but with a pulse repetition frequency of the discharges which is much greater

Phase formation processes and synthesis of solid solutions in Ca-R-Nb-M-O systems

During the study of the phase formation process in Ca-R-Nb-M-O systems (R=La, Bi, M=Mo, W), an attempt was made to obtain single-phase compounds of CaRNbMO8 composition by the standard ceramic technique. In addition, samples based on LaNbO4, CaWO4, BiNbO4 were also synthesized by the standard ceramic technique. The phase composition of the samples was studied by XRD analysis. The electrical conductivity of the obtained solid solutions and potential composite materials was investigated by impedance spectroscopy

Founders of a forensic examination science positioned theirforensic expert work not otherwise than research activity which is primarily directed at the development and accumulation of scientific knowledge and theirfurther introduction in the application of law. The paper considers a number of factors which influence upon formation of the personality of the modern forensic expert. Also it presents the characteristic and defines the features of separate components of this process, from which the scientific and ethical ones are considered. The scientific component is presented by interaction of a science and practice which gives to the gathered knowledge with the possibility of their realization in the practical activities of the forensic expert, forms his professional thinking. Development of the scientific thinking of the forensic expert is one of the most importantfactors of his becoming whereas formation of the creative person cannot occur without maximum use of informative activity. In formation of the professional forensic expert the important place occupies reception ofnew knowledge by scientific cognition which overruns the limits of the existing system of knowledge, and the use of new rules. It’s expediently to refer the profession of the expert by modern criteria of evaluation to a top of professional skill, which can only be reached by means of full self-development and maximal self-realization of the personality. The ethical component forms an ethical culture and arranges the basе points of the behavior ofa professionalforensic expert. Correct perception of the ethics principles helps the expert in resolving difficult situations and allows to effectively carry out an expert activity. In its turn the observance of ethical standards in the course of a forensic expert activity is not only the guarantee of a reliable result and a positive microclimate in the collective, but and a precautionary measure concerning expert errors.

Self-Organization of a Laminar Structure of a Normal Glow Discharge

© 2016 Springer Science+Business Media New YorkThe behavior of a glow discharge at low pressures is considered. A combined experimental and theoretical method for determining the distributions of electron and ion concentrations in the discharge chamber is proposed. It is shown that the concentrations of charged particles in the negative glow rise not due to the intense ionization by fast electrons from the cathode regions, but instead due to the slowing down of their drift motion. The use of an experimental curve of the potential distribution along a discharge chamber and account of the nonlocal dependence of the Townsend coefficient on the electric field strength have allowed obtaining the distribution of the electric field strength and determining the exact character of variation in the concentration of charged particles along the discharge axis
