During the study of legal sources and analysis of the history of the industry, disagreements of states were noted in a few controversial issues of space exploration, the use of space for military purposes, and the development of space tourism. The proposals on the creation of non-governmental organizations involved in the regulation of space activities and a specialized judicial instance were formulated.     The [2+3] dipolar cycloaddition of nitrile oxides to the double C = C bonds of thiophene-1, 1-dioxides leads to formation of the fused isoxazolines-2 (1, 2). Tumor growth inhibition of these compounds strongly depends on the nature of group IV A element increasing from slightly active tert-butyl derivatives to silicon and germanium containing analogues. The products of benzonitrile oxide cycloaddition have greater cytotoxic effect than the compounds obtained from the cycloaddition reaction of 2, 5-disubstituted thiophene-1, 1-dioxides with acetonitrile oxide. Fused silyl substituted isoxazolines-2 are stronger NO-inducers than their germyl and tert-butyl analogues

    PERSONALITY PECULIARITIES OF PREGNANT WOMEN EXPECTING THEIR FIRST CHILDREN

    The first pregnancy and its outcome have great importance for the subsequent development of the individual as the subject of women of reproductive behavior, family relationships as well as the effectiveness of the professional selfrealization. It is known that personality traits affect the enjoyment by women of reproductive function. The article presents the results of a study to determine the role of age-related factors in the formation of personality traits and mental health of pregnant women with the birth of a child under the present conditions of socialization. The study was conducted in antenatal maternity Tomsk during 2003-2007 years, there have been psychological examination of 102 healthy pregnant women aged 19-37 years who were waiting for their first child. The study was conducted by a continuous method on a voluntary basis. Number of pregnant women under 20 years was 22, of 20-25-year-olds -42 and of 26 year olds and older - 38 women. Average age - 25,4 years, mean duration of pregnancy - 19 weeks. To study the structure and personality traits women test MMPI was used. Emotional relationship of pregnant women to significant persons and situations, partly bypassing the verbal defense mechanisms were examined by Etkind's color relationships. Computer processing and data analysis were performed using standard Microsoft Office programs and applied statistical package Statistica 6.0. The study showed that women in the period of pregnancy were characterized by an invariant state of personal, psychic sphere, which has both age determination and due to previous experience of sex-role behavior. At the same time there are typological differences not only in the structure of personality traits, but also in the features of value orientations and outlook of women, depending on the experience of their socialization as subjects of sexual and reproductive behavior. In particular, older women revealed the presence of a kind of "psychological defense" to explain the reasons for the relatively late birth of their first child. The study results complement the current theoretical understanding of the psychological aspects of female reproductive function, allows us to offer solutions to a number of important scientific and practical and social problems

    The use of big data in interdisciplinary research on example of the Greater Mediterranean macroregion

    Big data collection and analysis technologies are being intensively introduced into the social, economic and political spheres in countries and macroregions, including the Mediterranean region. This fact actualises the prospects of interdisciplinary research at the intersection of sociology, political science and regional studies. The article examines the benefits and risks of using these technologies in listed areas, taking Spain and the Middle East as examples. Among the main problems and threats, the authors consider the following: personal data confidentiality breach, and increased data manipulation for political purposes, the emergence of illegitimate forms of citizens self-organisation, the transition of Internet users to anonymous accounts due to the practice of β€œprivatization” of personal data by non-state and terrorist groups in regional spaces, preventing the qualitative collection of data. The need to solve these problems at the international level was noted. The range of possibilities offered by working with big data to provide pragmatic and effective socio-political forecasting and operational regional studies is shown

    An additional informative tool in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases in the early stages can be the analysis of changes in the fatty acid profile, which can be considered as a marker of various pathological conditions. The study of the effects of fatty acids and the mechanisms of changes in the fatty acid profile in connection with cardiovascular diseases remains relevant. We have analyzed modern data from foreign and domestic literature on issues related to the importance of fatty acids as possible markers in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases. Basic information about the structure of fatty acids, their functions in the human body, the relationship between the level of free fatty acids and indicators of the development of pathological processes of the cardiovascular system is presented. The factors influencing the dynamics of fatty acid concentrations both in normal conditions and during the development of pathological processes are reflected. The processes of biochemical modification of the fatty acid composition of the lipid matrix of the cell membrane are considered. The expediency of using fatty acids, together with some protein markers in the diagnosis of diseases of the cardiovascular system, has been shown. The collection and analysis of the accumulated information on the role of fatty acids helps to optimize the use of laboratory markers to determine the stages of pathogenesis of circulatory organ damage, to develop a system for evaluating the effectiveness of therapy for cardiovascular diseases, and to create a set of laboratory and instrumental tests for monitoring the condition of patients

    The paper presents the study of physicochemical processes occurring during the preparation of film-forming solutions, as well as the effect of the component composition on the stability of film-forming solutions over time. Compositions of stable film-forming solutions of TBT, TBT-TEOS, TBT-TEOS-AgNO3 suitable for the formation of thin-film coatings have been developed, and the time periods of stability of rheological properties have been determined. It was found that the addition of tetrabutoxytitanium after the establishment of chemical equilibrium in the solution increases the stability of the film-forming solutions. Optimization of the method of solutions preparation for obtaining films with reproducible physicochemical properties has been carried out

    Relevance. Soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill is one of the most important protein- oilseed crops in world arable farming. An acute shortage of both food and feed protein is felt in many world’s countries. In this regard, the expansion of soybean seed production is relevant and is dictated by the need for import substitution of both food and feed soybean products.Materials and methods. In the research we studied the influence of two ecologically different cultivation zones: Priobskaya and Prialtaiskaya on the formation of plants density and seed yield of soybean. Three varieties Altom, Gratsia and Pripyat were taken as the objects of the research.Results. On average, over the years of research in full seedlings stage from 60 germinating seeds per square meter (600 thousand pieces/ha), in our experiment, about 56 plants were obtained per 1 m2 or 560 thousand plants per 1 hectare. This means that, on average, 93% of sown seeds give seedlings in field conditions. For harvesting after exposure of soybean crops to numerous biotic and abiotic factors, on average, there are about 52 plants per 1 mΒ² or 520 thousand plants per 1 hectare, that is, 88% of the sown germinating seeds are saved for harvesting and give a yield. The maximum influence on the variability of plant density is exerted by vegetation conditions (years) – 37%. On average, over the years of the study, the maximum yield under Topchikha conditions was obtained in 2019 – 1.9 t/ha – in a year that was distinguished by not hot weather with sufficient rainfall during the growing season. Varieties Gratsia and Pripyat in Smolenskoye conditions significantly exceeded the standard in terms of yield in 2018 and 2020. On average, over the years of research, the Gratsia variety showed itself as more stable with Cv=11.3% in Topchikha conditions and Cv=9.8% in Smolenskoye conditions.ΠΠΊΡ‚ΡƒΠ°Π»ΡŒΠ½ΠΎΡΡ‚ΡŒ.     Assessment of the Quality of Drug Therapy in Patients with Stable Coronary Artery Disease in the Second Stage of the ALIGN Study

    Aim. To assess adjusted pharmacotherapy for prescribing drugs of the main classes, according to clinical guidelines, and achieving target levels of lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in patients with stable coronary heart disease (CHD).Material and methods. Of the 73 patients included in the ALIGN study, 64 patients (53 males and 11 females; mean age 68,2Β±9,4 years) with stable coronary artery disease attended a second visit (3 months after the initial treatment adjustment). Prescribed drug therapy, its compliance with clinical guidelines, achievement of lipid profile and blood pressure (BP) targets were studied in all patients.Results. An increase in the frequency of taking beta-blockers (p=0.002), lipid-lowering drugs (p=0.008) by patients was found during the second visit. The proportion of patients taking all 4 groups of drugs according to clinical guidelines (statins, antiplatelet agents, beta-blockers, angiotensinconverting enzyme inhibitors / angiotensin II receptor blockers) increased from 44% to 65.5% (p<0.001) after correction of therapy, as well as an increase in the proportion of patients taking 1 antianginal drug in the presence of exertional angina from 75% to 89% (p<0.001) was found. About 90% of hypertensive patients achieved the target level of systolic blood pressure (p<0.001). Achievement of the target level of cholesterol low density lipoprotein (<1.8 mmol/l) during the second visit was found in half of the patients (p=0.004).Conclusion. Despite the initial correction of drug therapy by the staff of the cardiology department, the prescribed treatment for patients with stable coronary artery disease did not in all cases comply with clinical guidelines due to insufficient adherence of doctors and insufficient adherence of patients to prescribed medical recommendations.Working group of the register PROFILE: Voronina V.     Thr83ala Gene Polymorphism Association with Arterial Calcification, Acute Coronary Syndrome and Ischemic Strokes in Older Adults

    BACKGROUND: Calcification of the arteries of the lower extremities is a very common pathological process, which has an independent significance in the development of cardiovascular diseases. There is evidence that development of calcification of the arteries correlates with a mutation of the MGP protein gene representing by the Thr83Ala polymorphism.AIM: The purpose of the study was to analyse the connection of Thr83Ala polymorphism of the MGP gene with the development of calcification of the arteries of the lower extremities.METHODS: The study involved 80 patients. Half of them had signs of calcification of the arteries of the lower extremities. The allelic Thr83Ala polymorphism of the MGP protein gene was determined by polymerase chain reaction, establishing the presence of calcification of the arteries by radiological and dopplerographic methods.RESULTS: The study aimed to analyse the association of the Thr83Ala polymorphism of the matrix Gla protein gene with the development of calcification of the arteries of the lower extremities. The data obtained suggest that the replacement of threonine by alanine in the 83rd position of the MGP molecule can affect the functional properties of the protein and in particular its anticarcinogenic properties. Although there was no difference in the distribution of different variants of the genotype by Thr83Ala to the MGP gene polymorphism in patients with CA and healthy patients, but in the distribution of genotypes in the comparison groups separated by sex, it was found that in women, carriage of the Ala allele in a homozygous state is a factor, which protects the development of arterial calcination in the elderly and senile.CONCLUSION: Differences in the distribution of different variants of the genotype according to Thr83Ala to the polymorphism of the MGP gene between patients with CAD and healthy patients do not exceed the limits of statistical significance. In the distribution of genotypes in the comparison groups divided by sex, it was found that in women the carrier of the Ala-allele in the homozygous state is a factor that prevents the development of Menkeberg arteriosclerosis in the elderly and old age
