Analisis Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Disminorea pada Remaja Putri di SMA Negeri 8 Kendari Tahun 2016

Dismenorea adalah nyeri selama haid atau Nyeri yang ditimbulkan akibat menstruasi yang dirasakan remaja diperut bawah atau di pinggang, bersifat seperti mulas-mulas, ngilu, dan seperti ditusuk-tusuk, diare, bahkan hinggapingsan yang terasa sebelum atau selama menstruasi. Klasifikasi dismenorea berdasarkan jenisnya terdiri dari:dismenorea primer dan dismenorea sekunder, Karakteristik dismenorea primer yaitu terjadi pada 6 -12 bulansejak menstruasi pertama sedangkan Dismenorea sekunder dapat terjadi kapan saja setelah haidpertama,tetapi yang paling sering muncul di usia 20-30 tahun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuiFaktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kejadian Disminorea Pada Remaja Putri Di SMA Negeri 8 Kendari Tahun 2016.Jenis penelitian ini adalah Observasional Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross sectional study. Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah seluruh siswi kelas X, XI dan XII SMA Negeri 8 Kendari tahun 2016 yaitu berjumlah 289 orang.Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 72 responden yang di ambil dengan menggunakan metode ProportionalStratified Random Sampling. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah menarche pada usia awal, lama menstruasi,stress, status gizi, kebiasaan olahraga. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji exact fisher pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%(α=0,05).Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara menarche pada usia awal (p =0,047 ), lama menstruasi (p =0,043), status gizi (p =0,037) dengan kejadian disminorea. Kesimpulannya yaitu adahubungan antara manarche pada usia awal, lama menstruasi dan status gizi dengan kejadian disminore, namuntidak terdapat hubungan antara stress dan kebiasaan olahraga dengan kejadian disminore pada remaja putri diSMA Negeri 8 kendari tahun 201

Pengaruh Aplikasi Rencana Kegiatan Anggaran Sekolah (ARKAS) Dan Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Bos Terhadap Akuntabilitas Pelaporan Keuangan Dana Bos di Kota Makassar

This study aims to empirically prove the Effect of the School Budget Activity Plan Application (ARKAS) and the BOS Management Information System Application on Financial Reporting Accountability in Makassar City. The analytical tool used in this research is using multiple linear statistical tests and questionnaires as research instruments. The population in this study was 78 respondents using the census method.The results of this study prove that the first hypothesis which states that the Application of the School Budget Activity Plan (ARKAS) has an effect on Financial Reporting Accountability is acceptable and significant at α = 0.01. The second hypothesis which states that the BOS Management Information System Application affects the Accountability of Financial Statements is accepted and significant at α = 0.001
