Upaya Pendidikan Akhlak di SMA Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Sambas Kalimantan Barat

This study aims to explain about moral education efforts in Sambas High School Muhammadiyah students. This research is a field research using qualitative data analysis. the results of the study that the efforts made in the formation and moral development of students in Sambas Muhammadiyah High School used two approaches. First, through a habituation approach. Habitual activities in schools such as performing the midnight prayer in congregation, carrying out reading the Qur'an, reading prayers before learning and after study, habituating to shaking hands when students meet with the teacher. Second, through the exemplary approach. Teachers who teach at Sambas Muhammadiyah High School try to be good teachers and can provide good examples of their students. This example is done to create generations that have good morals

SKALA SIKAP SISWA TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN LAJU REAKSI

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan instrumen penilaian berbentuk skala Likert untuk menilai sikap siswa SMA terhadap pembelajaran laju reaksi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa format validasi dan skala sikap. Instrumen skala sikap oleh lima validator diperoleh nilai CVR hitung sebesar 1,000 yang artinya instrumen tersebut valid, dari 50 butir pernyataan menjadi 40 butir pernyataan yang valid. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa SMA kelas XI IPA Kabupaten Kuningan Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014 yang melibatkan 250 siswa pada uji coba instrumen dan 93 siswa pada tahap aplikasi. Reliabilitas dinilai melalui uji coba ke siswa dengan menggunakan Alpha Cronbach diperoleh sebesar 0,725 , dari 40 butir pernyataan menjadi 30 pernyataan yang memenuhi syarat reliabilitas. Secara umum siswa memberikan sikap positif terhadap pembelajaran laju reaksi yang diberikan guru. This study aims to produce a Likert scale assessment instrument to assess high school students attitudes toward learning the reaction rate. Instruments used in the form of validation and attitude scale format. The attitude scale was validated by five validator with CVR count value of 1,000 which means that the instrument is valid, from 50 point statesment to 40 point statesment is valid. Research was conducted on high school students grade IX IPA Kuningan School Year 2013/2014 involving 250 students at the trial instruments and 93 students at the application stage. Reliability was assessed through tests to students by using Alpha Cronbach obtained at 0,725 , from 40 point statesments to 30 point statesments declaration that qualify reliability. In general, the students gave a positive attitude towards learning the reaction rate given by the teacher

Keberhasilan dan Pertumbuhan Larva Ginogenesis Ikan Selais (Ompok Rhadinurus Ng ) dengan Kejutan Suhu Dingin

Penyediaan benih ikan berkualitas dan berkesinambungan menjadi faktor penting dalam peningkatan budidaya ikan. Pengembangan usaha budidaya akan mengalami hambatan tanpa diberengi oleh ketersediaan benih yang cukup dan berkualitas baik. Salah satu cara yang dapat ditempuh untuk menyediakan benih yang berkualitas unggul adalah dengan jalan perlakuan Ginogenesis. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Agustus 2014 di Laboratorium Pembenihan dan Pemuliaan ikan Universitas Riau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh lama penyinaran dan lama kejutan suhu dingin serta pertumbuhan benih ginogenesis ikan selais (Ompok rhadinurus). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen, dengan perlakuan lama penyinaran Ultraviolet terhadap sperma ikan dan lama kejutan dingin terhadap telur setelah pembuahan 1 menit pada suhu kejutan dingin 5 oC. Sperma berasal dari ikan patin (Pangasius hypopthalmus), sedangkan telur berasal dari ikan selais (O. rhadinurus). Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan terbaik adalah lama penyinaran 3 menit setelah terjadi pembuahan 1 menit dan lama kejutan dingin 3 menit pada suhu dingin 5oC. Sedangkan pertambahan bobot dan panjang mutlak K-2H dan G-2N meiotik tidak jauh berbeda

Penampilan dan Kualitas Telur Puyuh yang Diberi Pakan Mengandung Produk Fermentasi dengan Neurospora Crassa

An experiment was conducted to determine the effect of feeding products fermented by Neurospora crassa on quail performances and egg quality. 200 quail layers were randomly allocated into 20 pens. This experiment was arranged in a completely randomized design (CRD) with four dietary treatments: 0%, 3%, 6%, 9% and 12% product fermented by Neurospora crassa in the diets and four replications. Variable measured were feed comsumption, egg production, feed conversion, egg cholesterol and egg yolk colour. Data were analized by CRD and Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Results of the experiment indicated that feed comsumption, egg production, feed conversion were not affected (p>0.05) but egg cholesterol and egg yolk colour were affected (p<0.01) by using product fermented in the diets for quails. Results of Duncant Multiple Range Test indicated that egg cholesterol in E treatment (used 12% products fermented) was the lowest than other treatment, but the highest on egg yolk colour . The conclusion of the experiment that up to 12% products fermented by Neurospora crassa can be used in the diet of quail and can increase the quality of quail egg (egg low cholesterol)

The Effects of Stocking Density and the Giving Tofu with Different Doses on the Population Growth Silk Worms ( Tubifex SP)

This research was conducted on March - May 2016 in the Jln . Kamboja No. 38 , Simpang Baru , Pekanbaru Panam . This research aimed to determine the stocking density and feeding tofu dose is right for biomass growth , population and the length of silk worms ( Tubifex sp ) . The method used in this study is an experiment using a completely randomized design factorial 2 factors 3 levels of treatment with three replications . The first factor stocking density ( 35 g , 45 g and 55 g ) and doses of the feed tofu ( 35 g , 45 g , 55 g ) . The results showed that the stocking density and feeding tofu significant effect on biomass ( p < 0.05 ) . Values of biomass , length growth , and the population is highest in the treatment of stocking density 55 g / 0.098 m2 and dose feed 55 g of biomass 152g / 0.098 m2 , length growth of 1.2 cm , 19 765 ind / 0.098 m2
