Abstract. The article examines the main financial management mechanisms of a commercial bank, as well as the prospect of creating a modern financial mechanism. The article analyzes the approach to the definition of the term "finances" and the focus of management on the placement of financial resources to obtain income. Emphasis is placed on the importance of productive financial relations between the bank and clients through financial management. The role of elements of planning, operational management and controlling in the creation of modern financial management methods is also considered. The stability of the banking sector largely determines the stability of the economy in general and its successful development. Therefore, the primary task of state bodies at the macro level and the management of credit organizations at the micro level should be to ensure such stability through the implementation of a rational monetary policy; assessment and monitoring of the state of the real and financial sectors of the economy; the fall of all types of risks and the acquisition of income, which multiplied aggregate costs. All this will contribute to the modernization and improvement of the quality of banking services provided to individuals and legal entities. An unreasonable and hasty policy in the field of banking business will not only lead to a decline in the financial stability of credit organizations, but will affect the economy as a whole. The article analyzes the financial management of foreign banking organizations, as a result of which the author came to the conclusion that the most important indicators in the development of a bank's financial strategy are the value of a financial organization, the level of bank capital, a certain number of active innovative projects, an increase in the range of products and services provided by banks, an increase management of external and internal risks, as well as development of an effective investment policy. As a result of the study, the relationship between effective financial management and a high level of liquidity management of the bank and the adequacy of its capital was revealed. The theoretical recommendations made by the author can be used by bank managers during the development of tactical measures aimed at increasing the financial stability of the credit organization, as well as during the clarification of the bank's development strategy in the phases of economic growth and decline in the interests of owners and other economic entities that enter into financial relations with banks

INSTRUMENTAL PRINCIPLES OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL ANALYSIS OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEMS

    No full text
The article offers the latest approaches to assessing the level of intellectual capital of socio-economic systems based on models and methods of assessing intellectual capital. Modern tools for modeling are applied, namely: methods of reducing information space to assess the overall level of intellectual capital of Ukraine; model of forecasting the level of intellectual capital of Ukraine using adaptive forecasting methods; system-dynamic modeling. Models of intellectual potential assessment are systematized and analyzed according to the following approaches: by analogy with the calculation of the index of human potential development; by functional structure or components of intellectual capital; according to the process approach, which involves determining the input parameters of intellectual capital, indicators that reflect the intellectual processes during the study, and output parameters that represent the final results; by a step-by-step approach based on a step-by-step assessment of intellectual capital. The aim of the study is to develop a set of models for assessing and analyzing the intellectual capital of socio-economic systems at the macro level, in particular, at the state level, which will improve the quality of formation and management decisions in public relations. To achieve this goal, the article proposes and solves the following scientific tasks: a model for assessing the level of intellectual capital of Ukraine has been built; the model of forecasting of indicators of the intellectual capital of the state has been developed; a simulation model of intellectual capital management of Ukraine has been developed. The results obtained from the set of models can be used in the formation and adoption of management decisions to improve the efficiency of intellectual capital of Ukraine and the development of strategies for safe development of human resources by state and regional governments

Self condensation of enamines mediated by acetylation. A novel approach to 1-(azol-5-yl)-(1E,3Z)-butadiene-4-N,N-dimethylamines

Novel self-condensation of 3-(azol-5-yl)-1,1-dimethylenamines has been found to form new C-C bonds leading to 2,4-(1,2,3-triazole-1,2,3-thiadiazole-3- phenylisothiazole)-(1E,3Z)-5-yl-butadiene-1-amines. The discovered reaction represents a new example of C-H functionalization in unsaturated systems and can serve an efficient synthetic approach to rational design of new 2,4-(diazole-5-yl)-dieneamines. © 2012 The Royal Society of Chemistry

Influence of Agricultural Systems on Microbiological Transformation of Organic Matter in Wheat Winter Crops on Typical Black Soils

The influence of different agriculture systems and measures of basic tillage on nutrient regime, its relation to the number of microorganisms involved in transformation of organic matter in typical black soils was studied. Direction of the formation processes of some physiological indices in the field of wheat winter was investigated. It was found that the most favorable conditions of nutrition and soil microflora development, as well as indices of crop growth and development are created when using ecological system of agriculture

Semi-Refined Carrageenan Attenuates Lipopolysaccharide-Induced Reactive Oxygen Species Production in Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells and Cell Membrane Alterations in Leukocytes

    No full text
Aim: To assess the effects of semi-refined carrageenan (E407a) on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and LPS-mediated cell membrane alterations in leukocytes. Methods: Blood samples collected from 8 intact rats were incubated with E407a (10 mg/ml), E407a (50 mg/ml), LPS (1 µg/ml), E407a (10 mg/ml) + LPS (1 µg/ml), E407a (50 mg/ml) + LPS (1 µg/ml) and without those compounds (controls) for 2 h in RPMI 1640 medium enriched with 5% fetal bovine serum. ROS generation in PBMCs obtained from the incubated samples was estimated by flow cytometry using 2',7'-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate (H2DCFDA) staining. The impact of E407a, LPS and their mixture on leukocyte cell membranes was evaluated spectrofluorimetrically using the fluorescent probe 2-(2¢-hydroxy-phenyl)-5-phenyl-1,3-oxazole. Results: Expectedly, incubation with LPS induced ROS generation in PBMCs and decreased the lipid order of cell membranes in leukocytes. E407a alone was found to alter neither ROS production in PBMCs, nor membrane lipid order in leukocytes. Semi-refined carrageenan partially reduced LPS-mediated ROS overproduction in PBMCs and cell membrane alterations in leukocytes. Conclusion: E407a attenuates LPS-induced alterations of redox homeostasis in rat PBMCs and LPS-mediated modifications of cell membrane lipid order in leukocytes
