    GADIS Magazine is present as a medium of information for young girls by presenting a variety of educational content and rubrics. One of the rubrics that has a fairly high composition in GADIS magazine is the fashion & beauty style rubric. This rubric is one of the most popular rubrics, considering that couture and beauty are fads that keep turning and never die. Information regarding the style - fashion & beauty rubric in GADIS magazine was then represented by young women in the city of Surabaya as a reflection of their character and identity.This research raises a problem formulation (1) How is the representation and impact of the fashion style rubric in GADIS magazine on the clothing styles of Surabaya teenagers in 1999 - 2010? (2) How is the representation and impact of the style beauty rubric in GADIS magazine on the beauty styles of teenage girls in Surabaya in 1999 - 2010? To answer the problem formulation above, the method used in this study is a historical research method which consists of 4 stages, including (1) heuristics, (2) source criticism, (3) interpretation, and (4) historiography. The results of the research that have been done show that the form of representation of fashion styles in GADIS magazine towards Surabaya girls in general includes clothes with the types of T-shirts, shirts, culottes, blezzers, dresses, denim, and so on. The theme presented is in accordance with the theme of teenagers who tend to be active, cheerful and dynamic. Some of the clothes were presented with various types of motifs with a combination of neon, pastel and several primary colors that were mixed & matched with modern and vintage looks. In daily activities, Surabaya girls often wear ready-to-wear (casual) clothes that have light materials and are in accordance with the weather in the city of Surabaya, which tends to have high temperatures. Meanwhile, the beauty style represented includes a beauty style with basic and natural make-up so that the resulting appearance is relevant to her age. For example, the use of a light facial complexion includes moisturizers and powders, pink and nude eyeshadow and blush, as well as lip cosmetics that are tailored to their activities and needs. In this research, it can be concluded that GADIS magazine as a medium that represents and voices the interests of young women, is not only an entertainment reading, but also an educational reading that triggers young women to recognize their potential and be able to be critical. The shift in clothing styles and beauty of Surabaya girls from year to year shows that young women in the city of Surabaya are constantly shifting and moving to keep up with the times. The attributes that exist in the fashion & beauty style rubric in GADIS magazine are a sign and a statement regarding the representation and symbol of the image of a teenage girl, one of which is in the city of Surabaya which is always moving dynamically.     Architecture of RAM-Accumulator based Multichannel Digital PWM

    Traditional counter based digital Pulse Width Modulator (PWM) has been a straightforward architecture. However, realization of multichannel PWM with such design requires considerable logic gates. A novel architecture of multichannel PWM based on the usage of RAM block and frequency word accumulator is proposed. This architecture is capable of producing numerous channels while maintaining its performance. The design was tested in Microsemi SmartFusion A2F200 Customizable System on Chip, giving the result of 7.73% FPGA usage to produce 48 channels of 380Hz 16 bits PWM. The output performance for test application is acceptable

    Perancangan Perangkat Lunak Diagnostik untuk Analisis Ligamen Bahu dengan Pencitraan Ultrasonik

    Makalah ini menjelaskan implementasi perangkat lunak dengan antar muka pengguna grafis (GUI) untuk menganalisis citra bergerak ultrasonik dari ligament bahu. Perangkat lunak yang dirancang dapat bermanfaat di bidang medis khususnya sebagai alat bantu identifikasi penyakit yang berhubungan dengan kelainan gerak dan nyeri pada bahu. Pada prinsipnya, perangkat lunak yang dirancang bekerja dengan cara memvisualisasikan lapisan jaringan di bahu berdasarkan kecepatannya selama gerakan melalui metode speckle tracking citra B-mode ultrasonik. Ligamen dalam bahu yang mengalami pelekatan dapat diamati dan diukur secara kuantitatif dalam besaran indeks dengan cara tersebut. Indeks tersebut dihitung dari perbedaan kecepatan antara otot subscapularis dan otot deltoid bahu. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa pasien dengan restriksi gerakan pada bahu mengalami pelekatan subscapularis yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai Indeks Adhesi (IA) yang tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa keterbatasan gerak bahu dapat dikuantisasi dengan besaran indeks. Kelebihan dari penggunaan perangkat lunak analisis citra ultrasonik sebagai alat bantu diagnosis adalah sifatnya yang non-invasif dan semua data pengukuran dapat diambil dengan menggunakan mesin ultrasonografi konvensional

    ABSTRAKSI HUMARDITYA NORMA HERMAWAN. Pengaruh Citra Merek Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Flow Musik Studio Di Kecamatan Depok Kabupaten Sleman. (Dibimbing oleh SRI HARJANTI, SE, M.Si. dan HASA NURROHIM K. P., SE, M.Si) Di Kecamatan Depok, Kabupaten Sleman sendiri sekarang persaingan bisnis di bidang rental studio musik cukup ketat. Persaingan yang ketat ini dikarenakan banyaknya penyedia jasa rental studio musik di Kecamatan Depok, Kabupaten Sleman. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Flow Musik Studio, rental studio musik yang beralamat di Perumahan Sawitsari Blok 1 Nomor 1 Condongcatur, Depok, Sleman. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merk terhadap loyalitas konsumen Flow musik studio di kecamatan Depok, Kabupaten Sleman. Citra merk terdiri dari perhatian citra perusahaan, citra produk, dan citra pengguna. Loyalitas konsumen terdiri dari 3 indikator, yaitu repeat purchase, retention, referrals. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah memakai jasa sewa Flow musik studio. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian band yang pernah menggunakan jasa sewa Flow musik studio, yang berjumlah 100. Skala pengukuran variabel menggunaka skala likert karena skala ini mudah dipakai untuk penelitian yang terfokus pada responden dan obyeknya. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa citra merk (X) berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen (Y) Flow Musik Studio di Kecamatan Depok, Kabupaten Sleman, dengan t statistik diperoleh t sebesar 7,229 dan probabilitas t (p) = 0,007 pada taraf. Karena t (p) < 0,05 (0,007 < 0,05) maka H0 tidak didukung dan sebaliknya H1 didukung. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y = 1,433 + 0,706 X. Pada persamaan ini, nilai konstanta diperoleh sebesar 1,433 (positif) yang berarti bahwa jika skor pada kedua variabel citra merk sama dengan nol maka loyalitas konsumen akan sebesar 1,433. Koefisien regresi citra merk pada persamaan di atas diperoleh sebesar 0,706 (positif) yang berarti bahwa apabila skor pada variabel citra merk meningkat maka loyalitas konsumen akan meningkat dan sebaliknya apabila skor variabel citra merk turun maka loyalitas konsumen akan turun. Koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0,348 berarti sekitar 34,8% variasi pada variabel loyalitas konsumen mampu diterangkan oleh citra merek yang terdiri dari citra perusahaan, citra produk, dan citra pengguna. Sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 65,2% diterangkan oleh variasi lain di luar model. Dari hasil di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa citra merek berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen Flow Musik Studio di kecamatan Depok, Kabupaten Sleman.     Sistem Pelaporan Telecardiac Monitoring Melalui Layanan Pesan Singkat (SMS)

    Distance obstacle in traditional cardiac measurement and monitoring has been resolved by packet radio based telecardiac monitoring system. The purpose of this research is to improve telecardiac monitoring flexibility by appending scheduled reporting feature over Short Message Service (SMS). This research uses experimental method. System sends monitoring summary to cardiologist via cellular phone periodically. By employing this method, the medical expert is not required to stay in front of telecardiac monitoring receiver perpetually. The experiment with telecardiac reporting system has shown the transmission of monitoring summary with maximum rate of up to 60 SMS per minute. The success rate of up to 100% SMS delivery in 20 experiments indicates that the ARQ protocol on SMS works ideally in normal condition. Measurement of SMS transmission delay gives different results for every cellular operator with 2.5 seconds on average. The test results met with the requirements of the test software for reporting monitoring results with a configurable period ranging from 1 second to 40 days. Keywords : : ECG, Reporting System, Telecardiac Monitoring,  Short Message Service (SMS)AbstrakKeterbatasan jarak pada sistem pengukuran ECG tradisional dapat diatasi dengan menerapkan sistem telecardiac monitoring berbasis radio paket. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan fleksibilitas dari telecardiac monitoring tersebut dengan menambahkan fitur pengiriman layanan pesan singkat (Short Message Service – SMS). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Data ringkasan hasil pemantauan pasien dapat dilaporkan ke tenaga medis ahli jantung melalui telepon seluler secara terjadwal (telecardiac reporting). Dengan metode ini, tenaga medis ahli tidak diharuskan untuk berada pada sistem penerima telecardiac monitoring setiap saat. Pengujian sistem pelaporan telecardiac reporting ini menunjukkan pengiriman data ringkasan dengan kecepatan maksimum hingga 60 SMS per menit. Keberhasilan pengiriman SMS hingga 100% pada 20 percobaan menunjukkan bahwa protocol ARQ pada SMS berfungsi dengan baik dalam kondisi wajar. Pengukuran delay transmisi SMS menunjukkan hasil bervariasi untuk setiap operator telepon seluler dengan rata-rata 2.5 detik. Hasil pengujian tersebut telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pada perangkat lunak uji untuk pelaporan hasil monitoring dengan periode yang dapat diatur mulai dari 1 detik hingga maksimum 40 hari. Kata Kunci : ECG, Sistem Pelaporan, Telecardiac Monitoring,  Layanan Pesan Singka

    Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskrepsikan pengetahuan dan pengalaman teks pembaca, sebelum membaca kumpulan cerpen SAIA karya Djenar Maesa Ayu. Data penelitian ini adalah tanggapan pembaca kumpulan cerpen SAIA karya Djenar Maesa Ayu yang sumber datanya berjumlah sepuluh pembaca awam. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik simak (lampiran data berupa pembaca awam dari internet) dan teknik pencatatan (lembar korpus data). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengetahuan dan pengalaman kesepuluh pembaca itu sama yaitu membaca semua karya Djenar Maesa Ayu. Ditemukan bahwa pengetahuan dan pengalaman pembaca awam yang sama telah membaca karya-karya Djenar termasuk kumpulan cerpen SAIA ini

    Ultrasound Probe Calibration Method of Single-Wire Phantom Using Levenberg-Marquardt Algorithm

    A freehand three-dimensional (3D) ultrasound system is a method of acquiring images using a 3D ultrasound probe or conventional two-dimensional (2D) ultrasound probe to give a 3D visualization of an object inside the body. Ultrasounds are used extensively in clinical applications since they are advantageous in that they do not bring dangerous radiation effects and have a low cost. However, a probe calibration method is needed to transform the coordinate position into a 3D visualization display, especially for image-guided intervention. The current ultrasound probe calibration system usually uses the numerical regression method for the N-wire phantom, which has problems in accuracy and reliability due to nonlinear point scattered ultrasound image data. Hence, a method for ultrasound probe positional calibration of single-wire phantom using the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm (LMA) was proposed to overcome this weakness. This experiment consisted of an optical tracking system setup, a 2D ultrasound probe with marker, an ultrasound machine, and a single-wire object in a water container equipped with a marker. The position and orientation of the marker in a 2D ultrasound probe and the marker in the water container were tracked using the optical tracking system. A 2D ultrasound probe was equipped with a marker connected wirelessly using an optical tracking system to capture the single-wire object. The resulting sequences of 2D ultrasound images were reconstructed and visualized into 3D ultrasound images using three transformations, ultrasound beam to ultrasound probe’s marker, single-wire phantom position to container’s marker, and the 3D visualization transformation. The LMA was used to determine the best optimization parameters for determining the exact position and representing that 3D visualization. The experiment result showed that the lowest mean square error (MSE), rotation error, and translation error were 0.45 mm, 0.25°, and 0.3828 mm, respectively
