To automatically estimate the surface area coverage of carbon nanotubes on thin film transistors with image analysis : Bachelorâs degree project report
This report discuss the developement of a MATLAB-based tool for the analysis ofsurface area coverage of carbon nanotube networks from atomic force microscopyimages. The tool was compared with a manual method and the conclusion was that ithas, at least, the same accuracy as the manual mehtod, and it needs much less time forthe analysis. The tool couldnât analyze images of carbon nanotube networks if theimages were to noisy or the networks to dense. The tool can help in the research ofthin-film transistors with carbon nanotube networks as the semiconducting channelmaterial

Hur ser lÀrare och elever pÄ betygens likvÀrdighet?
Betyg och bedömning Àr en stor del av lÀrarnas vardag. Det diskuteras ofta av lÀrare och elever. VÄrt syfte Àr att kartlÀgga elev- och lÀrarperspektivet dÄ det gÀller betyg och deras likvÀrdighet. Vi har ocksÄ att undersökt eleverna och lÀrarnas förslag pÄ möjliga förÀndringar i betygssystemet. Vi har gjort en kvantitativ studie dÀr en enkÀt med öppna frÄgor legat till grund för vÄra resultat. 34 elever i Är nio samt nio av de lÀrare som satte deras betyg ingÄr i studien. Vi har funnit att lÀrarnas och elevernas uppfattningar om betyg och deras likvÀrdighet stÀmmer ganska vÀl överens med varandra. VÄrt resultat tyder ocksÄ pÄ att eleverna inte fullt ut förstÄr betygssystemet och att det kan förklara mycket av de orÀttvisor som eleverna upplever. LÀrarna upplever att betygen blir mer rÀttvisa och likvÀrdiga ju lÀngre tid de har haft eleverna och de lÀrare som tycker sig ha svÄrast Àr de som har Àmnen dÀr de trÀffar eleverna under korta perioder
