    This study aims to find out: 1) The Effect of Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance of oil processing companies in Balikpapan; 2) Effect of Transactional Leadership Style on Employee Performance of oil processing companies in Balikpapan; 3) Transformational Leadership Style on Quality of Work Life of oil processing companies in Balikpapan; 4) Effect of Transactional Leadership Style on Quality of Work Life of oil processing companies in Balikpapan. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 80 respondent nurses' employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and purposive sampling methods. Data analysis techniques in this study used Simple Linear Regression. The results showed the Transformational Leadership Style affects the Employee Performance of oil processing companies in Balikpapan(H1); the Transactional Leadership Style affects the Performance of Employees of oil processing companies in Balikpapan(H2). From these results, it can be concluded that all indicators have a positive and significant effect

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance. The sampling technique used is by taking a purposive sampling. The method used in this research is data collection through questionnaires, literature study, and observation. The technique used to analyze simple linear regression data and examine hypotheses simultaneously and partially. The result is compensation and motivation significantly influence employee performance simultaneously

    This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of advertising messages, consumer trust and consumer attitudes towards the purchase decisions services and consumer loyalty in using Pertamina Hospital services in Balikpapan.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah E-ServQual, E-Marketing dan E-Wom berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pengguna Traveloka di Universitas Mulawarman. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah E-ServQual, E-Marketing dan E-Wom. Sementara variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepuasan Pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pengguna Traveloka di Universitas Mulawarman yang terdiri dari 80 responden. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel nonprobilitas. Analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Sedangkan data sekunder dalam penelitian ini diambil dari berbagai literatur serta dokumen-dokumen yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa E-ServQual, E-Marketing dan E-Wom berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan

    In this study involving Civil Servants in Samarinda City DPRD. In this study, to see the performance of employees used a sample of 82 respondents. The data analysis used by the author is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hypothesis testing is done by multivariate analysis carried out through the SmartPLS program. Data analysis through partial Least Square (PLS) is done through two stages, namely: First, Assessing the outer model or measurement model. Second, assess the inner model or structural model. The results showed that Personality had a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment had a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, work engagement gave a positive effect on satisfaction, Personality had a positive influence on employee performance, organizational commitment had a positive influence on employee performance, work engagement provide a positive influence on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive influence on the performance of employees of the Samarinda City Regional Representative Council.     This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of word of mouth and product quality on purchasing decisions and repurchase intentions; The population in this study are consumers who have visited more than 1 time at Ichiban Sushi BigMall Samarinda. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 90 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis was carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS application version 3.8.9 and using SPSS Version 25 to test the validity and reliability of the respondents. The results showed that: Word of Mouth had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, Word of Mouth had a positive and insignificant effect on Repurchase Interest

    This study aims to determine the effect of Instagram Marketing, Brand Ambassador, and Brand Image towards Costumer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty on Scarlett Whitening Product. The data analysis tool used in this study is Partial Least Square with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. This research was conducted on people in the city of Samarinda who know and use Scarlett Whitening Product that were discovered by researchers by accident. This study uses a quantitative approach. This study used a sample of 105 respondents. The results of this study indicate: (1) Instagram Marketing has a positive and insignificant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (2) Brand Ambassador has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. (3) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.     Internal quality service is the important aspect at the organization that can be increase employee satisfaction and internal customer satisfaction. Aim to this research an investigate influence of internal service quality on employee satisfaction with impact to the internal customer satisfaction. This study is focused on the services division especially in port division Bontang Coal Terminal PT. Indominco Mandiri. Researchers took research data through a Google Form questionnaire. A field-survey using a structured questionnaire to PT Indominco Mandiri employees who have a close cooperative relationship with the BoCT port division, such as the STSC division which includes the SC and CBIC divisions, the CHP division and the BoCT port division itself and 84 respondents were recorded as filling in the questionnaire to test all the hypotheses. There are 3 (three) variables in this study namely internal service quality, employee satisfaction and internal customer satisfaction. The data analysis technique used PASW Statistics 18 to test the level of validity and reliability of all items, while to test the results of the hypothesis, the researcher used SEM PLS to determine the relationship between variables. The findings of this study are that the internal service quality variable has a significant positive effect on employee satisfaction, the internal service quality variable has a positive but insignificant effect on internal customer satisfaction, and the employee satisfaction variable has a significant positive effect on internal customer satisfaction.
