The study aims to; First, to know the economy condition of the population in Pindul Cave before and after it is known as the tourism spot, Second, to know the effect of Pindul cave as the tourism spot to the economy condition of people in Gunung Kidul, especially people in Bejiharjo Three, to know the prospect and potential rate of the development of Pindul Cave later on. With all the aims, the study uses the method of SWOT and interview. Then use the method of Linear Trend to forecast the people's condition in Bejiharjo later on

Penerapan Budaya Kerja Profesional Di Badan Kesatuan Bangsa Dan Politik Provinsi Riau

This study describes how the application of professional work culture in Badan Kesatuan Bangsa and Politik province Riau.It aims to determine the extent of the work culture of employees and analyze in factors that affect the application of professional work culture.Professional work culture that is applied not yet fully realized well.This is caused by the constraints of each individual employed to have an attitude, ethics, and discipline in working different and also the level adherence to the leadership and loyalty in a work that is still lacking. Research application of professional work culture in Badan Kesatuan Bangsa and Politik province Riau using a theoretical concept Paramitha in Ndraha (2002:80) work culture is divided in to: 1) attitudes toward work, 2) behavior at work. This study uses qualitative research methods with an assessment of descriptive. In data collection researchers use interviewing techniques, observation, and documentation by using key informants as a source triangulation techniques in testing the validity of the information. These result indicate that the application of professional work culture in Badan Kesatuan bangsa dan Politik provinsi Riau. Not optimal or not completely be implemented by employees at work. There are obstacles in the implementation of professional work culture of employees this is because each individual employee can not change their ways of thinking about the importance a good working culture for smooth implementation of the tasks in the work. This study was motivated by the phenomenon that the publishing service of Trading BusinessLicense (SIUP) is not maximized. Proved by the license issuance is not completed on time.Though ownership License is required to be owned businesses to a business carried on havinga strong legal basis in accordance with the provisions of the Indonesian state in order for theeffort that has been initiated can be maintained in existence and continuance arecharacterized by the presence of the tangible elements of the legality of the ownership of thebusiness license. Noun Phrase In Bahasa Indonesia

This article contained research about the analysis of the text of Bahasa Indonesia speech with the Systemic Functional Linguistic approach (LFS). The aim of this article was identifying elements of forming noun phrases as the participants which represented processes in clauses, functions, as well as the distribution of its position in the clause. The research method used was qualitative research with the method of data analysis in the form of 60 clauses through the approach of LFS. The 60 clauses data were taken from the text of the speech of UNJ Rector, which was then analyzed into 100 phrases in the noun. According to the LFS method, it finds that the noun phrase is formed by elements of the noun classes. From the 100 noun phrases analyzed, there are 100 nouns that have different functions in each process. There are 86 nouns represent the material process, 5 nouns represent the relational process, 4 nouns represent the verbal process, 3 nouns represent mental processes, and 2 nouns represent the existential process. The study also finds that in the form of the lexicon, the same noun with the different distribution of its position will result in different functions in the representation process

Daun sambiloto memiliki kandungan antioksidan yang tinggi sehingga dapat disubtitusi dalam minuman instan sari buah nanas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antioksidan karakteristik fisiko kimia dan organoleptik minuman serbuk instan sari buah nanas dan daun sambiloto. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 tahap yaitu tahap pertama pembuatan ekstrak buah nanas dan daun samiloto, tahap kedua pembuatan minuman serbuk instan sari buah nanas dan daun sambiloto dengan 3 perlakuan, dan tahap ketiga dianalisa sensori dan fisiko kimia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Penetapan rancangan didasarkan pada asumsi bahwa semua faktor yang bukan perlakuan dibuat dan dianggap seragam. Data dianalisis dengan uji statistik Analisis of Variance (ANOVA) pada taraf α = 5% menggunakan program Microsoft Excel 2007, bila terdapat perbedaan nyata antara perlakuan, maka dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Substitusi ekstrak daun sambiloto memberikan pengaruh nyata (p0,05) terhadap aktivitas antioksidan, kadar air, kadar abu, serta waktu larut minuman serbuk instan sari buah nanas dengan nilai masing-masing adalah 22,81 – 63,99 ppm, 1,38 – 3,32%, 1,05 – 1,12%, 10,17 – 23,63 detik. Serta substitusi ekstrak daun sambiloto memberikan pengaruh nyata (p0,05) terhadap parameter warna, aroma, rasa, dan tekstur minuman serbuk instan sari buah nanas. Tingkat kesukaan panelis terhadap warna berkisar antara 5,03 – 6,03 (agak suka – suka), aroma berkisar antara 5,17 – 5,4 (agak suka), rasa berkisar antara 3,97 – 5,63 (agak tidak suka – agak suka), dan tekstur berkisar antara 5,07 – 5,53 (agak suka).Kata Kunci : Minuman Instan, Esktrak Daun Sambiloto, Ekstrak Nanas, Aktivitas Antioksida

Pengaruh Kompensasi Financial Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Lokasi PT. Mandiri Jayaindo Utama Pekanbaru

The research was conducted at PT. Mandiri Jayaindo Utama Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine how Financial Compensation and Leadership either simultaneously or partially effect the Work Satisfaction Of Employee In PT. Mandiri Jayaindo Utama Pekanbaru.The population in this study is administrators and operators, amounting to 42 people, with a total sample of 42 employees. The method of analysis used in this study is the method regression analysis using SPSS version 16.00.Simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Financial Compensation and Leadership) jointly (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Work Satisfaction of Employee). The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable 51.10%, while the remaining 48.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (Financial Compensation and Leadership) has a significant effect on the dependent variable (Work Satisfaction of Employee).The company is suggested to rearrange its financial compensation aspect by accustoming its salary and bonus, then provide a good, diligent field-supervisor that cares about the employees so the employees can feel like working on the company
