BLOSSOMING COMPLEXITY” OF NATIONAL WORLD PERCEPTION AND A GLOBAL DIGITAL SHIFT: CONCEPTUAL AND METHODOLOGICAL ANALYSIS

The article is devoted to identifying the role and importance of the national world perception in the context of the priorities of the multipolar world in the modern digital era. The main goal of the article is to analyze the status of national philosophy in the era of global transformations. The authors draw attention to a number of interrelated conceptual and methodological problems. The methodological strategy involves the principle of social and cultural determination, activity approach, “enactivism. In the article, the authors give the analysis of the hypotheses, suggesting that the basic programs of human behavior are reflected in the plots of works of fiction through the artistic images, which allows to enter the inner laboratory of the human mentality.El artículo está dedicado a identificar el papel y la importancia de la percepción nacional del mundo en el contexto de las prioridades del mundo multipolar en la era digital moderna. La estrategia metodológica implica el principio de determinación social y cultural, enfoque de actividad, "enactivismo". Absolute dimensions of the unevolved B-type eclipsing binary GG Orionis

We present photometric observations in B and V as well as spectroscopic observations of the detached, eccentric 6.6-day double-lined eclipsing binary GG Ori, a member of the Orion OB1 association. Absolute dimensions of the components, which are virtually identical, are determined to high accuracy (better than 1% in the masses and better than 2% in the radii) for the purpose of testing various aspects of theoretical modeling. We obtain M(A) = 2.342 +/- 0.016 solar masses and R(A) = 1.852 +/- 0.025 solar radii for the primary, and M(B) = 2.338 +/- 0.017 solar masses and R(B) = 1.830 +/- 0.025 solar radii for the secondary. The effective temperature of both stars is 9950 +/- 200 K, corresponding to a spectral type of B9.5. GG Ori is very close to the ZAMS, and comparison with current stellar evolution models gives ages of 65-82 Myr or 7.7 Myr depending on whether the system is considered to be burning hydrogen on the main sequence or still in the final stages of pre-main sequence contraction. We have detected apsidal motion in the binary at a rate of dw/dt = 0.00061 +/- 0.00025 degrees per cycle, corresponding to an apsidal period of U = 10700 +/- 4500 yr. Случай реактивации хронической Эпштейна-Барр вирусной инфекции, осложненной гепатитом, у подростка с COVID-19

The article presents a clinical case of reactivation of chronic Epstein-Barr viral (EBV) infection complicated by the development of hepatitis in a 15-year-old teenager with COVID-19, which is of interest to infectious disease practitioners, pediatricians and other specialists in terms of the clinical course and differential diagnosis of these two viral diseases.It is shown that the reactivation of EBV against the background of the current new coronavirus infection COVID-19, accompanied by an increase in the level of aminotransferases in the blood, leads to a more severe course and prolonged stay of the patient in the hospital, as well as the appointment of additional drug therapy with subsequent rehabilitation measures.В статье представлен клинический случай реактивации хронической Эпштейна-Барр вирусной (ЭБВ) инфекции, осложненный развитием гепатита, у подростка 15 лет с COVID-19, что представляет интерес для практикующих врачей-инфекционистов, педиатров и других специалистов в плане особенностей клинического течения и дифференциальной диагностики этих двух вирусных заболеваний.Показано, что реактивация ЭБВ на фоне текущей новой коронавирусной инфекции COVID-19, сопровождающаяся повышением в крови уровня аминотрансфераз, приводит к более тяжелому течению и длительному пребыванию пациента в стационаре, а также назначению дополнительной медикаментозной терапии с последующими реабилитационными мероприятиями

Assessment of Association of rs2200733 SNP on Chromosome 4q25 with the Risk of the Development of Atrial Fibrillation in the Russian Population

The aim of our case-control study was to investigate the possible genetic association of the rs2200733 SNP on chromosome 4q25 with AF in the Russian population as this association has not been examined before in this ethnicity. Methods and Results: A total of 76 unrelated individuals diagnosed with AF and 73 control subjects without any cardiovascular pathology were included in this study. The diagnosis of AF was based on ECG and/or Holter ECG data following standard diagnostic criteria. We found that the TT genotype of the rs2200733 SNP was associated with a higher risk of AF (OR=1.4, 95% CI: 1.1-12.4). The homozygote minor rare allele genotype TT of the rs2200733 SNP tended to elevate the risk of lone AF development (OR=2.5, 95% CI: 1.2-19.5). A risk of secondary AF development did not depend on rs2200733 SNP on chromosome 4q25 (OR=0.5, 95% CI: 0.2-1.3). Conclusion: Our results provide additional evidence for the association between the rs2200733 (4q25) SNP on chromosome 4q25 and AF, emphasizing the need for further studies examining the role of this polymorphism in AF

Искусственный интеллект в судебной экспертологии

The article reviews the issues of studying the capabilities and areas of application of artificial intelligence technologies (AI) in forensic expertology as a science of forensic examination and forensic expert activity. The authors have developed the criteria for choosing the direction for the introduction of AI in the system of forensic expertology, and specifically in its innovative section – the management system of forensic expert activity.The prospects for the development of AI technologies in forensic examination are associated with the processing of big data based on the expert situation, the reliability of the data used in AI training and further validation (assessment of suitability) of the applied training methodology, analysis of the results of AI technology. To solve organizational and legal issues of integrating AI technologies into legal proceedings and, specifically, into forensic examination, a system of standards regulating the order, algorithms and procedures for its implementation and use of is proposed. At the same time, the assessment of the suitability of the results of the use of AI in forensic examination should become an ongoing process included in the activities of each forensic expert organization. The necessary consistency of this process determines the updated paradigm of forensic examination in the conditions of functioning AI technologies in it and the cyclical nature of the entire process of their implementation and use. Process cycle is a set of sequential actions at different levels: initiation of AI technology, evaluation (suitability) of its results at the first level, adjustment and implementation of the updated version of AI technology, assessment of the next level, etc. In GOST accredited ISO/IEC 17025-2019 forensic laboratories such system activity, although not related to AI, has already been implemented, it corresponds to the PDCA cycle (P – plan, D – do, C – check study, A – act). Therefore, for such laboratories, the modification of the organization and management of the activities in the implementation of AI technologies is the most organic and acceptable. In addition, all work on AI in the field of forensic expertise should take into account the provisions of the AI Code of Ethics, which applies to relations associated with the ethical aspects of creation (design, construction, piloting) the introduction and use of AI technologies at all stages of forensic activities.В статье рассмотрены вопросы изучения возможностей и сфер применения технологий искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) в судебной экспертологии как науке о судебной экспертизе и судебно-экспертной деятельности (СЭД). Разработаны критерии выбора направлений для внедрения ИИ как в целом в систему судебной экспертологии, так и конкретно в ее инновационный раздел – систему менеджмента СЭД.Перспективы развития технологий ИИ в судебной экспертизе связаны с обработкой больших данных на основе экспертной ситуации, достоверностью данных, используемых при обучении ИИ, и дальнейшей валидацией (оценкой пригодности) применяемой методологии обучения, анализом результатов работы технологии ИИ в СЭД. Одной из наиболее перспективных представлена технология генерирования и распознавания текстов, в том числе для решения рутинных задач поиска и обработки массива документов по стандартизации.В целях решения организационно-правовых вопросов интеграции ИИ в судопроизводство, в том числе и в судебную экспертизу, предлагается система стандартов, регулирующих порядок, алгоритмы и процедуры внедрения и использования технологий ИИ в СЭД. При этом оценка пригодности результатов применения ИИ должна стать постоянным процессом, включенным в деятельность каждой судебно-экспертной организации. Необходимость осуществления данного процесса определяет обновленную парадигму судебной экспертологии в условиях функционирования в ней технологий ИИ и цикличность всего процесса их внедрения и использования.Цикличность процесса представляет собой совокупность последовательных действий на различных уровнях: начало использования технологии ИИ, оценку (пригодности) ее результатов на первом уровне, корректировку и ввод в действие обновленной версии технологии ИИ, оценку следующего уровня и т. д. В судебно-экспертных лабораториях (СЭЛ), аккредитованных по стандарту ГОСТ ISO/IEC 17025-2019, такая системная деятельность, хотя и не связанная с ИИ, уже внедрена, она соответствует циклу PDCA (P  – планирование, D  – действие, C  – контроль и исправление ошибок, A – действие с учетом коррекции). Следовательно, для таких лабораторий видоизменение организации и управления осуществляемой деятельностью при внедрении технологий ИИ в СЭД является наиболее органичным и приемлемым. Кроме того, все работы по ИИ в сфере судебной экспертологии должны учитывать положения кодекса этики ИИ, которые распространяются на отношения, связанные с этическими аспектами создания (проектирования, конструирования, пилотирования), внедрения и использования технологий ИИ на всех этапах СЭД.
