A Study on Re-enroll Intention Toward Advanced Level of Higher Education for International Students in Taiwan
This study developed a re-enroll intention model of higher education using international students studying Taiwan universities as a case. The relationships between proposed factors and re-enroll intention were investigated. The model was developed with five constructs, namely, service quality, perceived value, satisfaction, image, and re-enroll intention. The questionnaire survey was conducted with 418 international students studying at private and public universities located in northern, central, and southern Taiwan. The analyses of descriptive statistics and Structural Equation Model (SEM) were carried out in this study. The results revealed that satisfaction has the greatest positive effect on students’ re-enroll intention, followed by perceived value. In addition, the results also indicated that service quality, image, and perceived value have positive influence on satisfaction. These findings of this study can provide valuable information for management of higher education institutions when formulating competitive strategies to enhance re-enroll intention. Keywords: service quality, perceived value, image, satisfaction, re-enroll intention, SEM
ASSESSMENT OF THE HEALTH AND ECOLOGICAL RISKS CAUSED BY FUNGICIDES IN CHRYSANTHEMUM CULTIVATION BY ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT QUOTIENT
This study uses the Environmental Impact Quotient (EIQ) to assess the health and ecological risks caused by fungicides used in chrysanthemum cultivation upstream of Xuan Huong Lake, Da Lat city. Survey results reveal that 134 farmers use 21 fungicides with 18 active ingredients on a total area of 35.2 hectares. In all, 18 fungicides with an EIQ at the level of “unlikely to be hazardous” (EIQ < 25) are used on about 95% of the acreage, and 3 fungicides with an EIQ of “slightly hazardous” (25 < EIQ < 50) are used on the rest of the area. The Field Use EIQ of fungicide was rated very low in only 8.2% of the survey area and moderate in 48%. Areas with high and very high ratings account for 3% and 41%, respectively. Using fungicides according to the instructions can reduce the Field Use EIQ values in cultivated areas by 38% and return areas with high and moderate ratings to a low rating. Therefore, it is necessary to instruct farmers on the safe use of fungicides and to recommend those with low EIQ values for chrysanthemum cultivation
Factors Affecting Customer SatisFection and Trust in an E-commerce setting: a Case Study of Muachung.vn in Vietnam.
This paper focuses on identifying some the factors affecting customer satisfaction and trust in an e-commerce setting (one specific company) among Vietnamese customers. It examines various stimuli, namely, value factors as expressed in terms of product offer and price and service quality dimensions, including ease of use, website design (e-scape), responsiveness, customization, and assurance. A total of 407 sets of electronic questionnaires were collected and the data analyzed using the Pearson Correlation Coefficient to test the four hypotheses developed in this study. The results show that of the three demographic factors considered (gender, age, and education level), the latter is a statistically significant factor affecting customers’ satisfaction and trust toward an online company. Value in terms of product offer and price and the service quality dimensions in terms of ease of use, website design, responsiveness, customization and assurance have positive relationships with customer satisfaction and trust

Assessing human resource needs for digital transformation at enterprises and proposing solutions in human resource training for universities
Transforming the educational model for higher education in the context of digital transformation is
an inevitable trend. This represents the right direction to take advantage of the 4.0 technology
revolution, creating high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of the labor market. The
purpose of the study is to analyze the appropriate higher education model in the context of the
digital economy towards the development of high-quality human resources to participate in the
operation of the digital economy. The requirements for the development of digital universities for
countries in general and Vietnam in particular need to constantly innovate and reform the national
education systems to further improve the quality and effectiveness of higher education, towards an
education that adapts to the context of digital transformation and the covid 19 epidemic. The issue of
the quality of human resources must be concerned by education systems to make breakthrough
changes and should be prioritized by countries. The article uses qualitative, quantitative,
comparative, survey survey and experimental data analysis methods. The survey was conducted on
100 businesses that have cooperation activities with the university through online form via email.
The main results of the study provide solutions for adjusting the training methods and models at
universities in Vietnam in response to the 4.0 technology revolution and the covid 19 epidemic

APPLICATION OF THE MODEL 5E TO DESIGN A TEACHING PLAN FOR THE TOPIC “WHAT ARE THE CHARACTERISTICS OF WATER?” IN 4TH GRADE SCIENCE SUBJECT OF VIETNAM IN STEM EDUCATIONAL ORIENTATION
STEM education is an educational model based on the interdisciplinary integration of science, technology, engineering and mathematics to solve real-life problems (Bentley et al., 2022; Kaleci & Korkmaz, 2018). When implementing STEM education in primary schools, there are many different approaches: discovery model, engineering design model, 5E, 6E, TRIAL model (Chacko et al., 2015; Kaleci & Korkmaz, 2018; Matsuura & Nakamura, 2021; Stohlmann et al., 2012). The selection of a model to apply appropriately is important, depending on the student, the actual teaching conditions, the teaching content, etc. The article analyzes the content of Science in primary school, teaching practice in Vietnam and illustrates the design of a specific teaching plan for grade 4 students on the basis of applying the model 5E to organize STEM education-oriented teaching in order to provide teachers with an approach when designing science teaching plans for primary school students. Techniques to improve forecasting models: applications to energy demand and price
This thesis is a study of three techniques to improve performance of some standard fore-casting models, application to the energy demand and prices. We focus on forecasting demand and price one-day ahead. First, the wavelet transform was used as a pre-processing procedure with two approaches: multicomponent-forecasts and direct-forecasts. We have empirically compared these approaches and found that the former consistently outperformed the latter. Second, adaptive models were introduced to continuously update model parameters in the testing period by combining ?lters with standard forecasting methods. Among these adaptive models, the adaptive LR-GARCH model was proposed for the fi?rst time in the thesis. Third, with regard to noise distributions of the dependent variables in the forecasting models, we used either Gaussian or Student-t distributions. This thesis proposed a novel algorithm to infer parameters of Student-t noise models. The method is an extension of earlier work for models that are linear in parameters to the non-linear multilayer perceptron. Therefore, the proposed method broadens the range of models that can use a Student-t noise distribution. Because these techniques cannot stand alone, they must be combined with prediction models to improve their performance. We combined these techniques with some standard forecasting models: multilayer perceptron, radial basis functions, linear regression, and linear regression with GARCH. These techniques and forecasting models were applied to two datasets from the UK energy markets: daily electricity demand (which is stationary) and gas forward prices (non-stationary). The results showed that these techniques provided good improvement to prediction performance
