    Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá konštrukčným návrhom prednej odpruženej lichobežníkovej nápravy adaptovateľnej na konštrukciu trojkolesového vozidla. Prvá kapitola je venovaná prehľadu trojkolesových vozidiel, základným geometrickým parametrom náprav a predstavením upravovaného vozidla. Dalšia kapitola obsahuje návrh vhodnej geometrie a kinematiky nápravy a jej kontroly v programe Lotus Suspension Analysis. Záver práce je venovaný koncepčnému návrhu a konštrukčnému riešeniu v programe SolidWorks 2016. Navrhnutá je aj vhodná tuhosť odpruženia a nakoniec je skontrolovaná bezpečnosť ramien a tehlice pomocov metódy konečných prvkov.This bachelor's thesis deals with design of front double wishbone suspension adaptable to reverse trike vehicle. The first chapter is devoted to the overview of three-wheel vehicles, the basic geometrical parameters of the axles and the introduction of the modified vehicle. The next chapter contains a suggestion of suitable geometry and kinematics of the axle and is inspected in program Lotus Suspension Analysis. The conclusion is devoted to conceptual design and structural design in program SolidWorks 2016. A suitable stiffness of the suspension is also proposed, and the factor of safety of the arms and the steering knuckle is checked by finite element analysis.

Cardiac mitochondria were incubated with 100 µM pyruvate and 1.0 mM malate. State 3 respiration was initiated by the addition of ADP (0.25 mM). PDH activity was assayed during state 3 respiration (n = 3). <b>B</b>. Western blot analysis (representative of n = 3) and quantitative mass spectrometry (n = 3) were used to determine PDK4 protein levels in isolated cardiac mitochondria.
