    Оценка экономической эффективности инновационного проекта в IT-сфере

    Цель работы - разработка комплекса мероприятий по совершенствованию проектной деятельности в IT-сфере (на примере IT-проекта "UMKA"). В процессе исследования проводились изучения теоретических основ проектной деятельности компании, особенности реализации инновационных проектов в IT-сфере, анализировались модели, методы и показатели оценки эффективности IT-проекта, выявлялись особенности оценки эффективности проектов в IT-сфере. В практической части проводилась оценка эффективности IT-проекта "UMKA", разработанная и реализуемая ООО "I-link".The work purpose - development of complex of measures on improvement of project activities in the IT sphere (on the example of an IT project "UMKA"). In the process of research was conducted to study the theoretical basics of project activities of the company, peculiarities of realization of innovative projects in the IT field, we have analyzed the models, methods and indicators to measure the effectiveness of an IT project and identified the features of estimation of efficiency of projects in the IT sphere.     Effect of a physical activity intervention on lower body bone health in childhood cancer survivors: A randomized controlled trial (SURfit)

    It remains controversial whether physical activity promotes bone health in childhood cancer survivors (CCS). We aimed to assess the effect of a one-year general exercise intervention on lower body bone parameters of CCS. CCS ≥16 years at enrollment, -1. A nonstandardized personalized exercise programs might not be specific enough to promote bone health in CCS, although those compliant and those most in need may benefit. Future trials should include bone stimulating exercise programs targeting risk groups with reduced bone health and motivational features to maximize compliance

    Facilitation of Digital Change of Teaching in School by Professional Learning Communities: Use of Multiplicators to Establish Learning Communities

    Zahlreiche Studien zeigen, dass die wirkungsvolle Implementierung von Innovationen davon profitiert und sich positive Effekte auf die Schüler:innen nachweisen lassen, wenn Lehrpersonen kooperieren. In vielen Fällen einer solchen Zusammenarbeit handelt es sich um professionelle Lerngemeinschaften, typischerweise bestehend aus Lehrpersonen, Schulleitung, Schulverwaltung und Wissenschaft. Unter einer Professionellen Lerngemeinschaft (PLG) wird eine «Gemeinschaft fortlaufender Forschung und Verbesserung» verstanden, in der alle Gruppenmitglieder sowohl miteinander als auch voneinander lernen. Eine offene Frage in der Forschung zu Professionellen Lerngemeinschaften ist, inwieweit anstelle einer intensiven Kooperation mit Vertreter:innen aus der Wissenschaft geschulte Multiplikator:innen die Inhalte aus der Wissenschaft einbringen und die Arbeit in den Lerngemeinschaften fördern können. Dieser Fragestellung wird im Rahmen dieser Pilotstudie nachgegangen. Zu diesem Zweck wurden an drei bayerischen Schulen (zwei Mittelschulen, eine Realschule) professionelle Lerngemeinschaften zur Digitalisierung des MINT-Unterrichts in der Schule im Schuljahr 2020/2021 gegründet. Die Befunde der durchgeführten Interviewstudie deuten darauf hin, dass die wissenschaftliche Unterstützung von Lerngemeinschaften zur Digitalisierung von Unterricht in der Schule mit Ausnahme der evidenzbasierten Arbeit an Unterrichtskonzepten erfolgreich mithilfe von Multiplikator:innen umgesetzt werden kann. Für die fachspezifische Unterstützung sollten jedoch zusätzliche Lehrpersonen (z. B. die Fachleitungen) geschult werden, um die fachbezogene Arbeit an den Unterrichtskonzepten zu unterstützen.Numerous studies provide evidence that successful implementation of innovation as well as learning of students benefit from teacher collaboration. Such collaboration often takes place as part of so-called Professional Learning Communities (PLC). PLCs are communities of learners that continuously do research with the goal of further improvement at three levels: individual, community, and institution. All members of PLC learn from and with each other through collaborative work to reach a joint goal. An open issue in research on PLC is, however, to what extent an intensive collaboration with Science can be compensated by facilitation through specifically trained multiplicators. To what extent can multiplicators place the scientific content and facilitate the collaboration within a PLC? To answer these research questions, PLCs on digitalization of teaching STEM in school were founded in 2020/2021 at three Bavarian secondary schools (two Mittelschulen, one Realschule). The results of the conducted interview study suggest, that multiplicators can successfully establish PLCs. However, not all functions of scientific PLC members can be equally compensated. To fulfill the needs of the PLC, additional multiplicators with focus on STEM didactics (e. g., heads of STEM subjects from the schools themselves) may be trained to support the subject-related work on material for teaching with digital media

    A systematic review on conservative treatment options for OSGOOD-Schlatter disease

    Osgood-Schlatter disease (OSD) is a sport- and growth-associated knee pathology with locally painful alterations around the tibial tuberosity apophysis. Up to 10% of adolescents are affected by OSD. Treatment is predominantly conservative. The aims of this systematic review are to comprehensively identify conservative treatment options for OSD, compare their effectiveness in selected outcomes, and describe potential research gaps.; A systematic literature search was conducted using CENTRAL, CINAHL, EMBASE, MEDLINE, and PEDro databases. In addition, ongoing and unpublished clinical studies, dissertations, and other grey literature on OSD were searched. We also systematically retrieved review articles for extraction of treatment recommendations.; Of 767 identified studies, thirteen were included, comprising only two randomised controlled trials (RCTs). The included studies were published from 1948 to 2019 and included 747 patients with 937 affected knees. Study quality was poor to moderate. In addition to the studies, 15 review articles were included, among which the most prevalent treatment recommendations were compiled.; Certain therapeutic approaches, such as stretching, have apparent efficacy, but no RCT comparing specific exercises with sham or usual-care treatment exists. Carefully controlled studies on well-described treatment approaches are needed to establish which conservative treatment options are most effective for patients with OSD

    BACKTRAINER : computer-aided therapy system with augmented feedback for the lower back

    Low back pain is an important problem in industrialized countries. Two key factors limit the effectiveness of physiotherapy: low compliance of patients with repetitive movement exercises, and inadequate awareness of patients of their own posture. The Backtrainer system addresses these problems by real-time monitoring of the spine position, by providing a framework for most common physiotherapy exercises for the low back, and by providing feedback to patients in a motivating way. A minimal sensor configuration was identified as two inertial sensors that measure the orientation of the lower back at two points with three degrees of freedom. The software was designed as a flexible platform to experiment with different hardware, and with various feedback modalities. Basic exercises for two types of movements are provided: mobilizing and stabilizing. We developed visual feedback - abstract as well as in the form of a virtual reality game - and complemented the on-screen graphics with an ambient feedback device. The system was evaluated during five weeks in a rehabilitation clinic with 26 patients and 15 physiotherapists. Subjective satisfaction of subjects was good, and we interpret the results as encouraging indication for the adoption of such a therapy support system by both patients and therapists
