The aim of this article was far from giving a comprehensive picture on all transport and environment related subjects. Rather, I wanted to call the attention to the rather complex nature of this `business´ that is surely requiring an interdisciplinary, holistic approach, to be taken reassuringly care of. A termelő ember helyzete a munkaerőpiac jelen állapotában

A szerző a munkaerőpiac jövőjéről megjelent vitaindító tanulmányhoz18 tett hozzászólásában a szervezetekben dolgozó ember szemszögéből közelít. Úgy véli, a makro tendenciák mellett ismerni kell és figyelembe kell venni a szer- vezetek mikrovilágát is. Annak a véleményének ad hangot, hogy a globalizáció figyelmen kívül hagyta az emberi elvárásokat, azok teljesítésére nem fordított figyelmet. Várhatóan ez így lesz a deglobalizáció kiterjedésével is. A vírushelyzet hatása sem hozott olyan új megoldásokat, amelyek a szervezetek tagjai elvárásainak nagyobb teret adtak volna. A még humánusnak tekinthető megoldások sem tekinthetők a termelő ember számára céljaik elérését elősegítőknek, hiszen a foglalkoztatás biztonságának tartós vagy átmeneti megoldásai ugyanúgy szolgálták a szervezeti érdekeket, mint az emberekét. Hiányoznak azon a társadalmi tevékenységek és intézmények, amelyek közösségi védőernyőt nyújtanának a bajban a nehéz helyzetbe kerülő egyes emberek vagy a dolgozók különböző rendező elvek szerinti csoportjai számára

Különleges státuszú területek geopolitikai jelentősége Kínában : Hongkong az új évezred küszöbén

The presence of settlements, territories and places with special status in China can be observed in earlier periods of history and today as well, similarly to other parts of the world. In many cases, special status plays an important role in securing strategic positions and territoriality, management and exploitation of status and special rights could be a major economic competitive advantage which may result in a dynamically developing economy. After presenting the past and present economic and geopolitical importance of these Chinese territories, our paper examines the role, competitiveness and sustainability challenges of Hongkong which became a part of China again as a special administrative region (SAR) in 1997. Hongkong's economic history is a series of continuous challenges and successful adaptations. The attractive geostrategic position and special autonomy of this area has resulted an intensive development of commerce and services. Changing external challenges and market competition have generated new economic activities from time to time. Success and longerterm sustainability no longer depends on the relationship between colonial countries and colonies but can be achieved through the management of this special relationship with China. The special status and geostrategic location is an interesting product for the outside world and China is also interested in maintaining Hongkong's special status. However, this system is quite vulnerable: it works as long as its specific products and services are competitive

Industry and people both arrived to a turning point with Frederick Winslow Taylor's (1856-1915) work entitled Principles of Scientific Management published in 1911. Since then he is the primer name in mangement education, and his principles are still relevant. Taylorism means the scientific knowledge of the industrial work organization. It had an innovative effect not only on industrial organisations, but also on other branches of economy: the public sector and the services.
