    This research is motivated by the lack of optimal learning that takes place in schools due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. Learning involving teachers and students must be carried out not as usual because activities that gather many people must be avoided. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the difficulties of teachers in carrying out the learning process in the new normal due to covid 19. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects in the study were 1 principal and 3 homeroom teachers for grade 1 and 3 students. The results showed that in order for learning to run optimally in the new normal with limited face-to-face, the principal and teachers made strategies with careful planning. This careful planning starts from preparing a Learning Implementation Plan that is in accordance with new normal conditions by condensing the material, namely conveying important points and giving assignments by emphasizing the completion of practice questions, and the teacher also conducts daily tests, mid-semester assessments. and end of semester assessment. Before the face-to-face meeting took place, the school also carried out procedures in accordance with the health protocol

    Motoric skills are one of the human potential in this case learners are very important to be developed and empowered at all times along with the growth of humans themselves. To develop motor skills that are beneficial for learners, there needs to be a simple activity that is adjusted to the age and cognitive level of learners.  Training to make benches learn from used goods to learners, actually aims to use motor skills and direct learners to do simple activities but have a very positive impact on the growth and development of learners themselves.  This method of activity is a training that has several simple stages, ranging from providing explanations about the benefits of used goods and motor skills, learners are formed in groups in an organized manner, prepare materials and tools, then carry out tasks by utilizing tools and materials in making study benches. The result of this training activity is in the form of objects that are useful or have useful value, namely a simple learning bench in accordance with the creativity of learners and the achievement of the utilization of motor skills in a more useful direction for the learners themselves. Thus it can be concluded that the activities of this training can create enthusiasm in using the motor skills of learners early on, so that it can be one of the provisions for their survival

    The purpose of this research is to define the use of audio-visual media in improving dance understanding in students, to find out the understanding of dance after using audio-visual media. This type of research is a classroom action research (CAR). This research was conducted in a recurring cycle through four stages namely planning, implementing, observing, reflecting. This research was conducted at Ende 5 Elementary School in Ende Regency. The subjects in this study were grade V students, amounting to 28 people. The collection methods used are interviews, observation, documenta   tion, and test. Analysis of the data used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis of teacher observation, observation of student learning activities and student understanding of the results. Based on the results of the evaluation of the first cycle with a percentage of mastery comprehension of students 50% with an average of 72.53%, the results of the evaluation of the second cycle with the percentage of completeness of students' understanding 82.14% with an average of 78.67% then the use of audio visual media can improve understanding dance with an increase of 6.14%

    ABSTRAKPandemic Covid-l9 di Indonesia sudah satu tahun berlalu, tetapi sampai saat ini masih hangat dii media massa dan dampaknya masih terasa di mana mana. Selain kesehatan, dampak dari Covid-I9 ini. juga mengancan perekonomian dan kehidupan sehari hari masyarakat. Kegiatan untuk mencari nafkah juga terhambat akibat adanya PPKM ini sehingga pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari hari juga menjadi terkendala. Melihat kondisi ini, beberapa dosen dan Mahasiswa/i Universitas Flores berinisiatif memberikan bantuan dan berbagi kasih Menyongsong Natal Tahun 2021 pada anak anak panti Asuhan Alma benyandang stabilitas (cacat). Di Jalan Woloare B, kelurahan Kota Ratu Kabupaten Ende Flores NTT sebagai salah satu realisasi dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Sasaran objek yang diberi bantuan adalah Panti Asuhan Rumah ALMA distabilitas, di mana jumlah anak yang mendapatkan bantuan sejumlah 97 orang. Bantuan yang diberikan berupa sembako yang dapat dipergunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari hari. Diharapkan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dapat meringankan beban kehidupan anak anak panti Asuhan  Distabilitas Alma berjumlah 53 oarang selama masa covid-I9 ini masih berlangsung. Kata Kunci: berbagi kasih; pantih asuhan ALMA; menyongsong natal. ABSTRACTIt has been a year since the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has passed, but until now it is still warm in the mass media and its impact is still being felt everywhere. Seeing this condition, several lecturers and students at the University of Flores took the initiative to provide assistance and share their love for Christmas 2021 for the children of the Alma Orphanage with disabilities. On Jalan Woloare B, Kota Ratu sub-district, Ende Flores Regency, NTT as one of the realizations of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The target object that was given assistance was the ALMA Disability Orphanage, where the number of children who received assistance was 97 people. The assistance provided is in the form of basic necessities that can be used to meet daily needs.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelatihan kebersyukuran untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan Psikologis pada ibu yang memiliki anak berkebtuhan khusus. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah metode kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain pre and posttest desain. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatihan kebersyukuran efektif meningkatkan kesejahteraan Psikologis pada ibu yang memiliki anak berkebtuhan khusus . Skala yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah kesejahteraan psikologis. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 orang Ibu yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus. Hasil uji beda dengan menggunakan uji wilcoxon menemukan hasil bahwa (2-tailed) bernilai 0.042. Karena lebih kecil dari <0.05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis penelitian ini diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan kebersyukuran dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis pada ibu yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus.

    Abstrak: Pada masa pandemi covid 19, terjadi perubahan dalam proses dan penilaian pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penilaian aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik peserta didik, ketersediaan instrumen penilaian, bentuk instrumen dan kesulitan serta tantangan yang dihadapi guru dalam proses penilaian di kelas V SDI Onekore 6. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik dilakukan setiap minggu setelah peserta didik mengumpulkan hasil pekerjaan yang diberikan oleh guru secara online (dalam jaringan) dan offline (luar jaringan). Instrumen penilaian tersedia untuk aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor. Penilaian aspek kognitif dilakukan dengan instrumen tes (tes pilihan ganda dan uraian), penilaian aspek afektif dan psikomotorik dengan instrumen non tes (wawancara dan dokumentasi). Kesulitan yang dialami guru secara umum adalah keterlambatan dalam mengumpulkan tugas, terbatasnya pengamatan aspek afektif dan psikomotorik. Tantangan dalam proses penilaian pembelajaran adalah teknik penilaian aspek afektif dan psikomotorik dalam  pembelajaran  secara tidak langsung.Abstract: During the Covid-19 pandemic, the learning process and assessment changes. Hence, the purpose of this study is to describe the assessment of cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of students, the availability of assessment instruments, the form of the instruments, and the difficulties and challenges faced by teachers in the assessment process at class V Inpres Onekore 6 Elementary School. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data collection stage was carried out through in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis stage was conducted using a qualitative analysis technique. The results showed that the assessment of cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects was carried out every week after assignments given by the teacher online and offline. The instruments were available for assessing those three aspects. The assessment of cognitive aspect was done using tests (multiple choice tests and descriptions). The assessment of affective and psychomotor aspects was carried out using interviews and documentation. The difficulties experienced by teachers in general were delayed assignment submission and limited observations of the affective and psychomotor aspects. The challenge during the assessment process was on the assessment of the affective and psychomotor aspects in an indirect learning
