Evaluation of orbits with incomplete knowledge of the mathematical expectancy and the matrix of covariation of errors
The problem of selecting the optimal algorithm of filtration and the optimal composition of the measurements is examined assuming that the precise values of the mathematical expectancy and the matrix of covariation of errors are unknown. It is demonstrated that the optimal algorithm of filtration may be utilized for making some parameters more precise (for example, the parameters of the gravitational fields) after preliminary determination of the elements of the orbit by a simpler method of processing (for example, the method of least squares)
Main Features of Chinese Policy in Central Asia
This article considers some features of the foreign policy of the People’s Republic of China on ensuring the stability of social and political processes in the states of Central Asia and promoting economic prosperity of the region. In particular, the article studies the role of China in Central Asia, its economic and political interests. The article also considers new opportunities and obstacles to the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative. The article reveals the consistent development of constructive, good-neighborly relations between China and the Central Asian states by increasing the potential of the region within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative
New Dynamics of Regionalization in Central Asia
This article analyzes the processes of regional cooperation in Central Asia from the perspective of economic development, regional security and cultural exchange, threats to sovereignty, development imbalances and geopolitical dynamics. The article pays special attention to the “Consultative Meetings of the Heads of State of Central Asia” and “Central Asia Plus” formats, and presents general conclusions and practical proposals
Distribution of Modern Sports in Central Asia in Colonial Conditions (Late XIX and Early XX Centuries) Spread of Modern Sports in Middle Asia Under Colonial Conditions (End of the XIX Century - Beginning of the XX Century)
The article deals with the attitude to various sports in the history of our country in the colonial period, national folk festivals, various exercises and competitions, the preservation of competitions among the local population, the spread of modern sports in Central Asia in the late XIX and early XX centuries. , in particular, the attitude of the younger generation to physical education, briefly touched upon a number of measures taken by the Soviet government in the early years of the organization of physical culture and sports in Turkestan
Leading nucleon and inelasticity in hadron-nucleus interactions
We present in this paper a calculation of the average proton-nucleus ine-
lasticity. Using an Iterative Leading Particle Model and the Glauber model, we
relate the leading particle distribution in nucleon-nucleus interactions with
the respective one in nucleon-proton collisions. To describe the leading
particle distribution in nucleon-proton collisions, we use the Regge-Mueller
formalism. To appear in Journal of Physics G.Comment: 11 pages, 2 figure
Machine Learning at Microsoft with ML .NET
Machine Learning is transitioning from an art and science into a technology
available to every developer. In the near future, every application on every
platform will incorporate trained models to encode data-based decisions that
would be impossible for developers to author. This presents a significant
engineering challenge, since currently data science and modeling are largely
decoupled from standard software development processes. This separation makes
incorporating machine learning capabilities inside applications unnecessarily
costly and difficult, and furthermore discourage developers from embracing ML
in first place. In this paper we present ML .NET, a framework developed at
Microsoft over the last decade in response to the challenge of making it easy
to ship machine learning models in large software applications. We present its
architecture, and illuminate the application demands that shaped it.
Specifically, we introduce DataView, the core data abstraction of ML .NET which
allows it to capture full predictive pipelines efficiently and consistently
across training and inference lifecycles. We close the paper with a
surprisingly favorable performance study of ML .NET compared to more recent
entrants, and a discussion of some lessons learned
Studies of the Fullness of Etching of Sowing Seeds on the Developed Design of A New Etcher
The main indicators characterizing the quality of etching are the completeness of etching and the degree of coating of the surface of the seeds with the preparation. It is also important to reduce mechanical damage to seeds and drug consumption, eliminate harmful effects on humans and the environment. Currently, the etching of cotton seeds with chemical preparations is carried out centrally in specialized seed preparation workshops at cotton gins. This article presents the data of the studies carried out as a result of which a new design of a pickler of pubescent and bare seeds with a hexagonal mixing drum was developed and manufactured. The subsequent free movement of the seed under the influence of gravity with an initial velocity directed at an angle to the horizon along the inclined tray of the etcher is considered after several strokes, the equation determining the kinetic and potential energies of the rolling seed on an inclined surface is derived. The results of experimental studies conducted on the manufactured pickling of pubescent and bare seeds are also presented
EVALUATION OF QUALITY OF LIFE OF PATIENTS WITH LIVER CIRROSIS AFTER PORTOSYSTEMIC SHUNTING DEPENDING ON COMPLIANCE OF POSTOPERATIVE RECOMMENDATIONS
The article is devoted to the assessment of the quality of life of patients with cirrhosis of the liver after portosystemic shunting. To assess the quality of life, a special questionnaire was used for patients with chronic liver diseases - The Chronic Liver Disease Questionnaire. Also in our study we applied visual analogue scales. The analysis of the quality of life was performed in 490 patients with cirrhosis of the liver after portosystemic shunting. Of the total sample of patients analyzed in our work, the proportion of follow-up results was 78.6% (385 patients). Taking into account the main pathology, both the quality and duration of life of patients with cirrhosis after portosystemic shunting against the background of an adequately functioning shunt mainly depends on the functional reserve of the liver, the condition of which should be supported by medication aimed at correcting the basic functions of the liver. In patients with portal hypertension in the absence of risk of hemorrhagic syndrome after portosystemic shunting, it is of fundamental importance to have regular follow-up and conduct courses of conservative therapy for the prevention or treatment of other complications with cirrhosis of the liver, which proves the revealed level of the quality of life index with absolute predominance (P \u3c0.001) both on the scales of the CLDQ questionnaire and on visual analogue scales of general well-being and health in the group of patients following postoperative recommendations
