    The experimental study of the surface current excitation under the influence of a relativistic electron electromagnetic field

    The problem of the surface current excitation in a conductive targets by a relativistic electron electric field as the origin of such radiation mechanisms as diffraction and transition radiation of relativistic electron was considered in frame of both surface current and pseudo-photon methods. The contradiction between these viewpoints in respect to the surface current on the target downstream surface necessitated the experimental test of this phenomenon. The test performed on electron beam of the 6 MeV microtron showed, that not any surface current is induced on the target downstream surface under the influence of a relativistic electron electromagnetic field in contrast to the upstream surface.     Negative pressure therapy in treatment of severe compex injuries of upper and lower extremities

    34 cases of complex musculoskeletal wound involving lower and upper extremities were included in this study. In all patients, debridement and fasciotomy was done before the application of VAC therapy or conventional treatment of wounds. 18 patients were included to the investigated group with application of VAC-assistance. The conventional wound treatment with antiseptics and gauze dressings was applied for 16 patients of control group. Control checkpoints were on third and seventh day of the treatment. The evaluation of results included healing rate of the wound that particularly meant the difference between initial wound area and wound area on checked time points. There was significant decrease in average wound size attained by VAC therapy (1.6 cm2 after 3 days and 3.9 cm2 after 7 days) in comparison to the conventional one (0.8 cm2 and 3 cm2 respectively). VAC therapy using negative pressure promote wound healing by increasing local capillary perfusion and increased rate of gran-ulation tissue formation, decreases the duration of wound healing and requires fewer painful dressing change

    Issues on the implementation of intellectual property analysis in Ukraine, as well as a forensic expert participation in court hearing abroad were considered. Intellectual property objects belong to a variety of types of art, science, technology and crafts, effective consideration of cases related to protection of intellectual property rights, for a complete and comprehensive study of the subject of examination and providing an expert's concusion becomes possible only in case of attracting specialists, who have special knowledge in a particular field. The article purpose is to define features of intellectual property analysis in Ukraine and formal requirements for a forensic expert in Ukraine and foreign states. One of the priority directions of state policy is the protection of intellectual property rights, as the development of this area stimulates innovation in all fields by increasing the country's economy to a new level, and providing it a rightful place at the international level. Also, an increase of scientific potential not only promotes Ukraine's modernization in various fields of science and technology but also increases its defense capability and national security. Today there is a negative state of compliance with the legislation regulating intellectual property issues, the number of violations of relevant rights is increasing. The reason for such a state is the imperfection of the mechanism of legal protection and protection of intellectual property rights in the field of scientific activity, failure to resolve the issue regarding legal protection of scientific advances, etc. In January 2020, the European Commission made a publication of a report on protection and ensuring intellectual property rights in third countries, according to which (despite all preventive measures) our country was already on the list of countries, where there are serious systematic problems in the field of defense and protection of intellectual rights, causing significant damage to the economic interests of the EU. Forensic science plays a priority role in introducing advanced achievements of science and technology and promotes the reliability of the proof system in the case. In some cases, the appointment and conduct of a forensic examination are not only necessary but also the only possible means of establishing the truth and solving a litigation.Розглянуто здійснення експертизи об’єктів інтелектуальної власності в Україні, а також участь експерта в судовому засіданні за кордоном. Об’єкти інтелектуальної власності належать до різноманітних галузей мистецтва, науки, техніки й ремесла, тому ефективність розгляду справ, пов’язаних із захистом прав інтелектуальної власності, залежить від залучення фахівців, які мають спеціальні знання в певній галузі, — для повного та всебічного дослідження предмета експертизи й надання висновку експерта.     Experimental Research of the Diffraction and Vavilov-Cherenkov Radiation Generation in a Teflon Target

    Geometry of Vavilov-Cherekov (VChR) radiation when an electron moves close to a dielectric target is in analogy to diffraction radiation (DR) geometry. In this case we may expect DR generation from the upstream face of the target besides that VChR. The joint observation of these booth types of radiation is very interesting from the pseudo-photon viewpoint, which is applicable for relativistic electrons. Unexpected results obtained in our experiment insist on reflection about nature both DR and VChR.     Shadowing of the electromagnetic field of a relativistic electron

    In coherent radiation sources (diffraction radiation, Smith-Purcell effect, etc.) based on relativistic electrons passing by a material radiator, the electron self-field is partly shadowed after each part of the radiator over a distance of the order of the formation length g2l. This effect has been investigated on coherent diffraction radiation (DR) by electron bunches. An absorbing half-plane screen was placed at various distances L before a standard DR source (inclined half-plane mirror). The DR intensity was reduced when the screen was at small L and on the same side as the mirror. No reduction was observed when the screen was on the opposite side.     Topicality. Currently, for the treatment and prevention of many diseases are widely used drugs made on the basis of herbal drugs. Each year, their range expands and the number increases. The advantage of phytoremedies over synthetic drugs is their mild action and low toxicity. The main source of herbal remedies are medicinal plants of native flora.Aim. To study the qualitative composition and content of carbohydrates in herbal drugs of the sea buckthorn varieties of Solodka ginka by chromatographic methods.Materials and methods. The objects of study were fruits and leaves, of sea buckthorn, harvested at the pharmacopoeial site of National University of Pharmacy of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (2018). The analysis was performed by gas chromatography with mass spectrometric detector (GC/MS).Results and discussion. The results of the analysis indicate that concentration of sorbitol is the highest in the sea buckthorn leaf (40.42 mg/g), followed by glucose (26.58 mg/g), xylose (11.61 mg/g), arabinose (8.77 mg/g), galactose (8.65 mg/g), rhamnose (3.51 mg/g), mannose (2.67 mg/g), mannitol (2.48 mg/g). In the sea buckthorn fruits (40.59 mg/g) are dominated by sorbitol, xylose (26.03 mg/g), arabinose (4.78 mg/g), mannitol (2.51 mg/g), glucose (1.89 mg/g), other sugars found in fruits and leaves are present in smaller quantities.Актуальность. В настоящее время для лечения и профилактики многих заболеваний широко применяются препараты, изготовленные на основе растительного сырья. С каждым годом расширяется их ассортимент и увеличивается количество. Преимуществом фитопрепаратов перед синтетическими лекарственными средствами является их мягкое действие и малая токсичность. Актуальным источником фитопрепаратов представляются лекарственные растения отечественной флоры.Цель. Изучение качественного состава и содержания углеводов в ЛРС облепихи крушиновидной сорта Сладкая женщина с помощью хроматографических методов.Материалы и методы. Объектами исследования были плоды и листья облепихи крушиновидной, заготовленные на фармакопейном участке НФаУ (2018 г.). Анализ проводили методом газовой хроматографии с масс-спектрометрическим детектором (ГХ/МС).Результаты и их обсуждение. Результаты анализа свидетельствуют о том, что в листьях облепихи крушиновидной наибольшее количество составляет сорбит (40,42 мг/ч), далее – глюкоза (26,58 мг/г), ксилоза (11,61 мг/г), арабиноза (8,77 мг/г), галактоза (8,65 мг/г), рамноза (3,51 мг/г), манноза (2,67 мг/г), манит (2,48 мг/г). В плодах облепихи крушиновидной доминирует сорбит (40,59 мг/г), ксилоза (26,03 мг/г), арабиноза (4,78 мг/г), манит (2,51 мг/г), глюкоза (1,89 мг/г), все остальные сахара, встречающиеся в плодах и листьях, присутствуют в меньших количествах.Актуальність. Сьогодні для лікування і профілактики багатьох захворювань широко застосовують препарати, виготовлені на основі рослинної сировини. З кожним роком розширюється їх асортимент і збільшується кількість. Перевагою фітопрепаратів над синтетичними лікарськими засобами є їхня м’яка дія та мала токсичність. Актуальним джерелом фітопрепаратів постають лікарські рослини вітчизняної флори. Мета. Вивчення якісного складу та вмісту вуглеводів у лікарській рослинній сировині обліпихи звичайної сорту Солодка жінка за допомогою хроматографічних методів. Матеріали та методи. Об’єктами дослідження були плоди та листя обліпихи звичайної, заготовлені на фармакопейній ділянці НФаУ (2018 р).
