Keywords : e-Government, CSF, Desa  E-Government development has become the government commitment as established in the Inpres 3/2003 concerning about the National E-Government Development Policy and Strategy. However, this government policy has not been fully implemented in local government, resulting the e-Government role as the pledge of the government that cannot run well. An in-depth study of models suitable for e-Government villages is needed. The process of identifying the Village e-Government needs is carried out with a Critical Success Factor (CSF) analysis. The results of the analysis produce four stages of the model which are divided into dimensions of technological complexity and organization with the level of data and information integration. Whereas the results of portfolio futures from the development of this model using McFarlan's Analyst Grid so that strategic modules, high potential, support, and operational key can be elaborated. The development of the automotive industry today is so fast along with technological advances and the high level of competition among automotive companies in creating products that can influence consumer purchasing decisions. The behavior of people who need and want a motorcycle with a brand, quality, price and with a new design offered at a competitive price level is a potential that must be considered by producers to influence consumer purchasing decisions. To progress and develop in the marketing concept the company must be able to understand the needs and desires of consumers, wherein they will be marketed. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social, personal, and psychological factors on the purchase decision of a Yamaha motorcycle on the CV. Sun Berlian Motor Aek Nabara. Data analysis methods used are Reliability Test, Validity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient (R2), F test and t test. From the analysis results obtained a regression equation that: Y = 2,414 + 0,660X1 + 0,340X2 + 0,166X3 + e All variables of social, personal, and psychological factors influence the purchasing decisions of Yamaha motorcycles and their value is positive. The more dominant variable influencing the purchase decision of a Yamaha motorcycle is a social factor variable, this is indicated by a regression coefficient greater than the coefficient, personal, and psychological. Determination coefficient (R2) = 0.597. This shows that at 57.3% consumer purchasing decisions can be explained by variables of social, personal, and psychological factors, while the rest (100% - 57.3% = 42.7%) explained other factors not examined. Test F obtained that social, personal, and psychological simultaneously influence the purchase decision of a Yamaha motorcycle. Hail The t test of each variable is obtained that social, personal, and psychological partially influence each variable on the purchase decision of a Yamaha motorcycle

The population in this study were 65 employees of the Office of PTPN III (Persero) Membang Muda office, the samples taken in this study were 65 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data was collected by a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. In this study the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS program (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 20.0 for windows ... In the multiple linear regression analysis found the regression equation Y = 1,332 + 0,096X1 + 0,875X2, while the results of the t test obtained a significant value where the decision criteria through a ratio of tcount to t Table is tcount for X1 of 0,964 and t Table 0,096 (0,964> 0,0,096) and for X2 at 10.230 and tTable 0.875 (10.230 <0.875) or tcount greater than tTable at a significant level of 95% (0.5) and thus the decision is made that communication influences employee performance and also group collaboration influences the performance of PTPN employees III (Persero) Membang Muda Plantation. Then the next test which is the F test or joint test produces a comparison of Fcount with FTable X1 and X2 is 53.117> 4.96 so that the result of Fcount is greater than FTable at a significant level of 0.05. This result means concluding that communication and group collaboration simultaneously or jointly influence the performance of employees at PTPN III (Persero) Membang Muda Plantation
