    Pada salah satu wilayah pedalaman yang ada di kabupaten Banyuwangi, tepatnya pada daerah Baung terdapat masyarakat yang menganut tiga agama yang tumbuh dan berkembang secara beriringan, yaitu agama Islam, Kristen, dan Hindu. Penganut masing-masing agama tersebut hidup berdampingan. Pembangunan tempat ibadah merekapun berdampingan. Dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat tidak ada pengelompokan dari salah satu penganut agama.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui kerukunan masyarakat antar umat beragama dan 2) untuk mengetahui sosial kemasyarakatan warga daerah Baung dusun Sumberurip desa Barurejo Kecamatan Siliragung Kabupaten Banyuwangi merupakan kerukunan antar umat beragama?. Penelitian ini menggunakan junis deskriptif Kualitatif, instrument pengumpul datanya menggunakan wawancara, observasi partisipan dan dokumentasi.     This research is directed at 4 main points, namely a. To find out the application of the management of students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuwangi in the academic year2018 / 2019.b. To find out the learning achievement of students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuwangi in the academic year of2018 / 2019. c. To find out the effect of student management on the learning achievement of students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuwangi 2018/2019 academic year. d. To find out how much influence the management of students on the learning achievement of students of Banyuwangi State Islamic Senior High School 1 in 2018/2019. This research uses quantitative descriptive method with the technique of produc moment in the validity test and to find the reliability of the data using the alpha formula, while in the hypothesis test using the f test and t test then for the technique of data analysis using the normality test using the regression model. The population of this study is the 33 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuwangi teacher's council. To measure the researchers' variable, the questionnaire was used to vary teaching methods of learning motivation. After analyzing the data collected, it was found that (1) the management of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuwangi students was classified as good (2) the learning achievement of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuwangi students was very good (3) there was an influence on the management of Madrasah students in Madrasah students Banyuwangi Aliyah Negeri 1 2018/2019 academic year is 95.4%.     This study aims to: (1) Determine the facilities and infrastructure of the library of the Islamic Institute of Islam, BlokagungBanyuwangi; (2) Determine the reading interest of semester 2 students in the Islamic Education Management study program at the Darussalam Islamic Institute, BlokagungBanyuwangi; (3) Determine the influence of library facilities and infrastructure on the second-semester students' interest in reading Islamic Management of the Islamic Institute of Religion, BanyuwangiBlokagung. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods with data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis techniques. The population of this research is the second-semester students of the Islamic Education Management Study Program of the Darussalam Institute of Religion BanyuwangiBlokagung, amounting to 90. After analyzing the data, it was found that: (1) the facilities and infrastructure of the AsaiSyafa'ah IAIDA BlockagungBanyuwangi are classified as good; (2) reading interest of semester 2 students of IAIDA Blokagung Islamic Education Management study program is quite good; (3) there is an influence of library facilities and infrastructure on the reading interest of semester 2 students in the Management of Islamic Education, Institut Islam Darussalam BlokagungBanyuwangi is 79.9%

    High work performance will have an impact on high work results. Advanced educational institutions will be meaningless without the welfare of their employees. If employees feel more and more welfare from the results of their hard work, then employees do not hesitate to continually increase their sense of ownership and high responsibility for the sake of educational institutions and for their welfare. Therefore promotion and rolling positions/mutations in empowering human resources in educational institutions are significant to support one of the roles in the success of an organization/educational institution. This study uses a   descriptive qualitative research   method using observation, interviews/interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The data sources of this research inc 1) person, namely, (a) the head of the madrasa, (b) waka of the curriculum, and (b) supervisor. 2) place, namely, at MA Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Banyuwangi. Data analysis techniques, drawing conclusions or verification. This study also checked the validity of the data by triangulation of sources, methods, and investigations. The results of his research: (1) the implementation of promotions and rolling positions at MA AL Amiriyyah includes several basic foundations based on experience, skills, and a combination of experience and skills, as well as using a merit system for the implementation of rolling positions, (2) the contribution of promotions and position rolling includes developing the vision and mission of the madrasa itself as well as producing certain jobs/angels so that the institution can provide recognition of positions and greater service rewards to employees whose performance is increasingly high. (3) evaluation of job promotions and rolling positions,  namely  with  supervision  from  the  institution  as  well  as  holding trainings and workshops for teachers and employees as well as seeing RKM for one year

    This study is to answer three problem formulations, namely (1) How are extracurricular activities at MTs. Al-Maarif Wuluhan Jember? (2) How is the implementation of extracurricular activities in shaping the character of students in MTs. Al-Maarif Wuluhan Jember? (3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for extracurricular activities in MTs. Al-Maarif Wuluhan Jember? Therefore, the type of research chosen is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data analysis with the process of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. From the observation process, interviews and documentation resulted in the following conclusions: (1) Extracurricular activities at MTs. Al-Maarif Wuluhan Jember is carried out only on Saturdays as many as 8 types of curricular activities are sustainable, namely the Olympics Studio, Tsalma Scout Scouts, Pagar Nusa, Volly Ball, Tsalma Futsal Club, Badminton, Sholawat Majlis, and Tahfidzul Quran. (2) The implementation of extracurricular activities in shaping the character of students is contained in scout extracurricular activities, namely camps, bonfires and ceremonies. (3) Supporting factors include the presence of competitions, the presence of alumni, active coaches, support from parents and additional time on Friday afternoons. The inhibiting factors are the lack of student commitment, no definite syllabus, lack of facilities and infrastructure, teaching staff and funds

    Abstract This study aims to determine and describe the role of student management in developing student talent in extracurricular activities and to find out the supporting factors and inhibitors of extracurricular activities in SMK Darussalam 2019/2020 academic year. This type of research is a type of field research or qualitative research. The method used is observation, interview and documentation. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative, while the subject of research is the Student WKS. and extra responsibility. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that student management has a positive role in developing student talent, namely: controlling and taking responsibility for extra walking, extracurricular activities held can increase student talent in the arts. This is proven by the various achievements that students have achieved. Supporting factors: a support from the school is needed to support the smooth development of extracurricular activities in Darussalm Middle School. Schools in Darussalam strongly support extracurricular activities both in the provision of materials and facilities as well as licensing in carrying out extracurricular activities. Inhibiting factors: The time for extracurricular activities in Darussalam is carried out by taking active hours of learning. does not interfere with learning activities in Darussalam

    Public relations management in increasing community participation is one method to foster and develop a harmonious inter-community relationship between the madrasa and the community. Due to the success of an educational institution in achieving a mission and goals that have been set. The focus of the research: 1) How is the management of public relations at MtsABlokagung Banyuwangi?,2) How is the participation of the community around MtsABlokagung Banyuwangi?, 3) What is the role of public relations management in increasing community participation at MTs A Blokagung Banyuwangi?.     Sexual abuse of children in Indonesia is becoming more prominent this time with a number of cases were aired by some media, data protection commission children and women in 2013 stated that cases of sexual violence to be the most dominant among other cases. Komnas children even mention the year 2013 as an emergency sexual crimes against children .According to data reported by P2TP2A Banyuwangi, cases of violence experienced by children in Banyuwangi in 2015 as many as 113 cases, and 13 of them occur in children under age. Until recently, this figure is still rising with the discovery of several cases of early 2016. The reproductive health education, and sexuality developed from early sex education should be taught to children as the bulwark preventing violence in children. To combat sexual violence on children, it is considered necessary given the knowledge about reproductive health education to the teachers and parents in the neighborhood kindergarten. Early childhood education at the kindergarten level is believed to be the starting point for the formation of character so that the material on the prevention of sexual abuse in children is very appropriate when administered at age kindergarten through teachers and parents.  Key words : sexual abuse, children, sexual education &nbsp

    Meningkatkan Potensi Mengajar melalui Pengkaderan Guru Ngaji di Desa Alasmalang Kabupaten Banyuwangi

    Desa Alasmalang termasuk kategori Desa yang sudah mulai berkembang dari waktu kewaktu, mulai dari tingkat pendidikan, ekonomi dan lain sebagainya, mayoritas penduduk desa Alasmalang bekerja sebagai buruh tani, buruh monte dan PNS. Disana jika dilihat dari masalah keagamaan Desa Alasmalang termasuk kategori Desa yang masih awam. Dengan berbagai perbedaan latar belakang yang di miliki warga setempat guru ngaji merupakan hal yang menjadi langkah dan sulit dalam pengkaderannya, dapat di rasakan bahwa kesedaran masyarakat setempat dalam hal menutut ilmu Al-Qur’an merupakan hal yang kurang menjadi perhatian bagi mereka. Disana terdapat beberapa Tempat Pendidikan Al-qur’an namun dalam pengelolaannya sangat kurang memadai, dari sarana prasarana yang alakadarnya dan gurunya hanyalah seorang saja dengan mengajar puluhan santri, tentunya hal ini juga sangat lah berpengaruh terkait dengan ketuntasan belajarnya. Potensi mengajar pada hakikatnya merupakan suatu sarana yang sangat berperan penting dalam membina dan mengembangkan pertumbuhan pribadi peserta didik. Seorang guru yang memiliki kemampuan atau kompetensi khusus akan mempunyai nilai yang berbeda dari guru lainnya. Agar terciptanya guru yang profesioanl maka perlulah pengkaderan- pengkaderan guru ngaji yang bermutu. Oleh sebab itu peningkatan potensi mengajar Al-Qur’an melalui pengkaderan Guru ngaji di Desa Alasmalang sangat butuh perhatian khusus guna untuk terus berjuang memperjuangkan Pendidikan Al-Qur’an dan selalu menumbuh kembangkan generasi Qur’ani sehingga terciptanya suatu Desa yang Aman dan Tenteram

    ABSTRAK Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran Fikih dengan menggunakan media grafis pada siswa kelas VIII A MTs Darul Hikmah Sidoarjo, dan mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Fikih melalui media grafis pada siswa kelas VIII A MTs Darul Hikmah Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Reserach) dengan jenis kolaboratif partisipatoris, mengikuti model Kurt Lewin. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi (aktivitas kelas, dan test sebagai data tambahan), wawancara dan dokumentasi.. Data bersifat kualitatif dan peneliti sebagai instrumen kunci. Adapun rencana tindakannya meliputi kegiatan merencanakan, melakukan tindakan, mengamati, merefleksi. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan penulis dapat disampaikan disini bahwasannya upaya pertama implementasi pembelajaran Fikih dengan menggunakan media grafis merupakan pembelajaran aktif yang berpusat pada siswa sehingga dapat menimbulkan motivasi siswa dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di sekolah. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dibutuhkan media dan metode serta strategi yang menjadikan siswa lebih berperan aktif tanpa rasa takut dan mampu berkreativitas, mengantarkan siswa pada kompetensi yang dicapai sekaligus menjadikan pembelajaran yang menarik. Kedua hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Fikih melalui penggunaan media grafis dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Adapun meningkatkannya hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Fikih dengan menggunakan media grafis pada siswa kelas VIII A MTs Darul Hikmah Sidoarjo ialah: Hasil siklus I, pertemuan I: dari jumlah 37 siswa, 49% siswa yang lulus, dan 51% siswa yang tidak lulus dengan rata-rata nilai 69,05. Pertemuan II: meningkat 76% siswa yang lulus, dan 24% siswa yang tidak lulus dengan rata-rata nilai 79,89. Siklus II, pertemuan I: meningkat 78% siswa yang lulus, dan 22% siswa yang tidak lulus dengan rata-rata nilai 87,79. Pertemuan II: meningkat 84% siswa yang lulus, dan 16,22% siswa yang tidak lulus dengan rata- rata nilai 90,88. Saran yang dapat penulis berikan kepada pihak-pihak yang terkait yaitu hendaknya Kepala Sekolah lebih memantau proses pembelajaran Agama khususnya dan pembelajaran yang lain pada umumnya agar kualitas pembelajaran lebih ditingkatkan. Guru Fikih hendaknya lebih kreatif dan variatif dalam menggunakan media, metode, strategi pembelajaran dan membiasakan siswa lebih aktif guna meningkatkan hasil belajarnya. Dan diharapkan bagi semua guru terutama guru agama untuk menyiapkan segala sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran sehingga siswa tidak hanya mengetahui ilmu agama tapi bisa memahami pentingnya agama bagi kehidupan dan bisa menerapkan ilmu yang diketahuinya dengan mudah dan menyenangkan
