In the last decade, social responsibility emerged as a field of study that was previously called "Urban Education and Citizenship". This new concept is much broader, in the sense that it means the development of social skills that enable a person to be a responsible and active member of the larger society and political community. In this regard, education has a key and essential role, and in fact, the main challenge in the education system is to match the society's culture with the patterns and goals. Social responsibility, as one of the main goals of educational planners in coding the textbooks, must be considered. To understand and investigate this issue, high school textbooks in Austria, due to having the most advanced and accepted educational systems in the world, were evaluated. This article aims to determine the components of social responsibility in the content of Austrian high school textbooks (teaching political knowledge, applied economics, organization and management), based on qualitative content analysis. It seeks to answer the question that to what extent the social responsibility has been considered in these textbooks? Results show that the economic dimension of social responsibility has been considered more than the social dimension in the mentioned books

The main concern of municipalities is the realization of sustainable revenues. Organizations affiliated with municipalities should play a role in generating revenue by defining specialized tasks while assisting municipal tasks. Tabriz Municipality Waste Management Organization seeks to achieve this by defining its strategies and goals. The organization has implemented various projects to generate revenue from recycled products. Poor planning and failure to fully outsource are among the obstacles of this organization. Therefore, marketing of recycled products is an important project. Lack of careful planning in this regard, marketing costs and weakness of private sector investment projects are the most important obstacles facing the organization. This article has determined the degree of homogeneity of waste organization projects in the marketing of recycled products with a fuzzy clustering approach and according to the opinions of experts. The results show that some of the organization's projects lack value. Instead, some projects, such as the construction of a recycling town with a variety of recycled products, renewable energy recycling, and plastic recycling with a variety of products, have similar features in the product mix marketing element, and this can reduce marketing costs and Focus on such projects

Purpose: Clustering of investment projects is an essential step in the process of planning the investment projects of organizations. Choosing the right project portfolio has a direct impact on the profitability and other strategic goals of organizations. Factors affecting the clustering of investment projects are many and the use of traditional methods alone cannot be useful, so it is necessary to use a suitable model for clustering projects and investment plans. The purpose of this research is to analysis investment projects of the Tabriz Municipality Waste Management Organization. Methodology: This research is a descriptive - survey method in terms of its objectives. The method used is Fuzzy clustering (FCM), in which the first large investment projects in waste management using the background of participants in research and investment clusters(3 clusters) using the FCM clustering approach is determined, then the priority of the appropriate investment methods (from 6 methods) of each project was obtained using expert judgment and other aspects. Due to the need for planning and clustering of investment projects, using the opinion of experts (10 experts), the importance of projects with ecological perspective was examined. Findings: The result of the research has been that Recycled tire recycling, Glass recycling, Electronic waste recycling, Plastic recycling and Construction project of a specialized recycling town are important projects that located in the first cluster and under normal circumstances, three investment methods, civil partnership agreements, BOT, and partnership contracts (property from the municipality) can be used for them. Originality/Value: Tabriz Municipality Waste Management is an important and influential organization in the activities of the city, in which the investment methods in its projects are mostly based on common contracts and are performed in the same way for all projects. This research offers new methods for projects and their diversity according to clustering technique

Acinetobacter baumannii has emerged as one of the most challenging healthcare-related pathogens and its occurrence has increased worldwide, especially in patients admitted to intensive care units. A. baumannii isolates are frequently resistant to multiple antimicrobial agents and there are recent reports of isolates resistant to virtually all clinically relevant drugs. In the present study, the in vitro activities of tigecycline, minocycline and doxycycline against 67 MDR-AB isolates recovered from 29 burn and 38 non-burn Iranian patients hospitalised in Tehran and Tabriz, respectively, were studied. Tigecycline and minocycline may be still considered effective therapeutic options for MDR-AB infections. However, ongoing monitoring of A. baumannii susceptibility to these antibiotics is required

    No full text
A comprehensive study has been conducted on quantum dot reflective semiconductor optical amplifiers (QD-RSOAs) with optical pumps (OPs). Moreover, few studies have been completed on OP-based QD-RSOAs. A comparison is made between them and QD-RSOAs with electrical pumps (EPs) in this study. It is shown that the dynamical properties of the device can significantly develop in the optical pumping version. The optical properties are studied for both methods. Moreover, by solving the coupled differential rate and signal propagation equations, the operation of the device in the pulse mode is investigated. Finally, it is proven that OP QD-RSOAs can perform significantly better in applications such as fast all-optical signal processing and wavelength division multiplexing in passive optical networks
