Characteristics of Acute Myocardial Damage in Uzbekistan: Data Register “RACSMI-Uz”

In 2015, a register of acute coronary events (acute coronary syndrome and acute myocardial infarction) was carried out in one of the districts of the city of Tashkent. The study included 782 patients, of which 491 (63.7%) were analyzed (hereinafter 100%) and the remaining 291 (36.3%) were dead (according to the civil registry office). The average age of patients was 58.3 ± 7.9 years. The features of the patient’s nosological structures were established separately for men and women when admitted to hospital and discharged from hospital, which will make it possible to further adjust the tactics of management of these categories of patients, taking into account their gender and other uncompensated risk factors

Opportunities and challenges of large investment projects in the new economy: the port of Ust-Luga

The aim of this study is to search for a mechanism for implementing large investment projects of crucial economic importance in the modern economic conditions characterized by the sanction policy of foreign states, limited public investment, and a mass exodus of foreign investors. An example of a large-scale investment project is the construction of a multipurpose multimodal complex - the commercial seaport of Ust-Luga. This is one of the most recent large projects in seaport infrastructure development. This article estimates the project's significance for the development of the Baltic region and presents a competitive analysis of the seaport position in comparison to the largest European ports. The authors analyze the strengths of the seaport construction project, namely, the favorable natural environment and climate, advantageous geographical position, strong political will demonstrated by the federal and regional authorities. The article also considers the challenges the project faces - unfortunate geopolitical situation, growing competition from other seaports, and lack of investment. Based on the analysis of challenges, it is concluded that there are significant risks associated predominantly with lack of investment. In these conditions, a large investment project requires the enhancement of public-private partnership, which will ensure the timely implementation of such projects

It examines the exercise of the power of case selection in three supreme courts that have each been given some degree of control over whether to accept particular cases for review. The focus is on two American courts, the Supreme Court of the United States (USSC) and the Supreme Court of Georgia (GASC), as well as one Russian court, the Supreme Arbitrazh (Commercial) Court of the Russian Federation (SACRF)

Создание условий для перехода сырьевой территории к устойчивому социально-экономическому развитию

Presented article is devoted the problem of forming conditions for sustainable socio-economic development of resource territory after exhaustion of mineralresource potential. The features of socio-economic development of the resource territories situated in the conditions of the Far North cause the necessity of transition of such territory to sustainable socio-economic development. The basic conditions of transition of resource territory to sustainable socioeconomic development are gaining by territory of the part of rental incomes from development of mineral resources and defining the directions of using these incomes for the purpose of increasing the reproduced potential of territory. In the article the governing mechanism creating of conditions for sustainable socio-economic development of resource territory after decreasing extraction and exhausting mineral-resource potential is suggested. Basic elements of the suggested mechanism are: the strategy of development of mineral-resource potential; the system of the special taxation of resource sector; the strategy of forming and using incomes of territory from development of mineral resources; the choice of diversificationbranches, the strategy of forming and dismissing workers of resource sector. It is suggested to define the concrete parameters of the basic elements of the mechanism taking into account its features. In the article the algorithm of choosing of these parameters is given. In the article the results of using the suggested mechanism for concrete resource territory are presented

A mathematical model for computing statistical properties of noise laser pulses in a medium with cubic nonlinearity and generation of free charge carriers is suggested. Краевые задачи теплопроводности при переменном во времени коэффициенте теплоотдачи

The practically important problem of unsteady heat conduction with time-varying relative coefficient of heat transfer is considered. Systematization of different approaches for finding the analytical solution of the problem is shown: the method of splitting the generalized Fourier integral; expanding the desired temperature function in a power series; reduction of the problem to an integral Voltaire equation of the second kind. It is shown that in all cases the solution is reduced to an infinite series of successive approximations of various functional forms, and the main goal of each approach is to find the more successful of the first approximations. Particular cases of the time dependence of the relative heat transfer coefficient are considered: linear, exponential, degree, root. The analytical solutions and numerical experiments, the peculiarities of the temperature curves for a number of specified dependencies are given. It was established that in case of the time-linear heat transfer coefficient the temperature curve changes significantly differ in comparison with the classical case of constant coefficient, while exponential dependence makes no substantive difference.Рассмотрены практически важные задачи нестационарной теплопроводности с переменным во времени относительным коэффициентом теплообмена. Приведена систематизация различных подходов при нахождении аналитического решения задачи: метод расщепления обобщенного интегрального преобразования Фурье; разложение искомой температурной функции в степенной ряд; сведение задачи к интегральному уравнению Вольтера второго рода. Показано, что во всех случаях решение сводится к бесконечному ряду последовательных приближений различной функциональной формы и главной целью каждого из подходов является отыскание наиболее удачного первого приближения. Рассмотрены частные случаи временной зависимости относительного коэффициента теплообмена: линейная, экспоненциальная, степенная, корневая. Приведены аналитические решения и численные эксперименты, выявлены особенности температурных кривых для ряда указанных зависимостей. Установлено, что для линейного закона во времени коэффициента теплоотдачи картина изменения температурной кривой по сравнению с классическим случаем для постоянного коэффициента существенно изменяется, в то время как экспоненциальная зависимость не вносит существенных изменений
