    Kualitas Semen Segar Dan Recovery Rate Sapi Bali Pada Musim Yang Berbeda

    This research was conducted at the Center of Artificial Insemination (BBIB)Singosari , Malang, East Java. The purpose of this research was to determinethe parameters of fresh semen quality including volume, pH, individual motilityand concentration of frozen semen production and recovery rate of Bali bullsin different seasons. The material used were fresh semen of 14 heads of Bali'sbull in 3, 5, 6, 10, and 11 years and secondary data from November 2015 toSeptember 2016 at BBIB Singosari. The method used in this research was casestudy and the data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that thehighest volume semen Bali bull in summer was 6.05±1.50 ml. The pH in rainyseason and summer were 6.5±0.07. Semen of Bali's bull dominated by the white-milk color. The highest of color (white-milk), individual motility, concentrationand total of frozen semen production were at summer in September. The average ofcolor, individual motility, concentration and total of fozen semen productionwere 89%±0.10, 66.98 ± 0.05%, 1159.25 ± 211.28 million/ml and 22682 ± 707.95straw. Post thawing Motility (PTM) and RR value were 45.28 ± 0.02%; 66.79± 0.05semen of Bali's bull highest at summer in August. The conclusion showed thedifferences of season will affect to volume, color, individual motility,concentration, PTM, the value of RR and production of frozen semen Bali bull,but it is not effect for pH semen

    Misconception is one of the cause of students' learning difficulties, especially on physics. Misconceptions experienced by students needs to be diagnosed and its results used to improve learning. Its result should be delivered to students to help them learn better, so that these misconceptions can be corrected. In this regard, it should be developed diagnostic instruments which can provide information quickly and accurately one of them is a three-tier test. The aim of this study was to investigate whether the three-tier test able to identify student misconceptions. The sample of this study was 136 students of senior high school in Malang. Besides using written tests, interviews were conducted on several students to verify the results of the three-tier test. Conclusions of this study is the three-tier test that has been developed on Temperature and Heat topic is able to identify misconceptions students quickly and accurately

    Effect of Diet Containing Gracilaria SP. Waste and Multi-Enzyme Additives on Blood Lipid Profile of Local Duck

    This study was aimed to evaluate the effect of diet containing waste of seaweed Gracilaria sp. on local duck blood lipid profiles including cholesterol, triglycerides, low density lipoprotein (LDL), and high density lipoprotein (HDL). The material in this study were 72 female Tegal ducks aged 22 weeks with 1,318 ± 121 gaverage body weight, diets containing Gracilaria sp. waste (GW) with 18% protein and 2900 kcal/kg metabolic energy and 150 g/ton feed commercial multi-enzyme (ME). Data were subject to Completely Randomized Design with 6 treatments, (T0) Basal Diets, (T0+) Basal Diets with ME, (T1) Diets with 10% GW, (T1+) Diets with 10% GW + ME, (T2+) Diets with 12.5 % GW + ME, and (T3+) Diets with 15% GW + ME. The treatment was givenfor 12 weeks and blood sample was taken onthe last week. The serum was separated and analyzed for blood lipid profiles using CHOD-PAP. Results showed that diet with 12.5%GW plus multi-enzyme additives significantly (P<0.05) affected blood lipid profiles of local duck, tended to lower triglycerides and LDL Cholesterol, but increase blood HDL levels

    Pendidikan pada anak dimulai sejak usia dini, pendidikan akan terlaksana dengan apabila anak dalam kondisi sehat secara fisik dan psikologis, salah satu indikator anak sehat adalah pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya optimal. Peran mitra (guru TK) sangat penting dalam tumbuh kembang anak karena mitra dalam tugasnya memberikan stimulasi dalam bentuk kegiatan proses belajar mengajar. Mitra (guru TK Melati dan TK Tunas Bangsa) sangat sangat aktif dalam kegiatan disekolah dalam mendidik siswa, baik dalam segi pendidikan formal maupun non formal (pembentukan karakter). Berdasarkan survei yang telah dilakukan oleh tim pengusul pada mitra 1 didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat siswa yang mengalami masalah pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, pada mitra 2 ditemukan masalah yakni mitra belum pernah mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang deteksi dini masalah tumbuh kembang pada anak. Padahal terdapat beberapa cara untuk menstimulasi siswa tersebut agar dapat tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal sesuai dengan tahapan usianya. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut tim pengusul menawarkan solusi untuk membantu mengatasi kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam pemeriksaan dan cara deteksi dini masalah tumbuh kembang pada anak. Salah satu upaya yang ditawarkan oleh tim pengusul adalah memberikan informasi melalui sebuah seminar dan pelatihan/workshop beserta pendampingan pemeriksaan dan cara deteksi dini masalah tumbuh kembang pada anak. Pelaksanaan seminar dan pelatihan (workshop) tentang cara pemeriksaan dan deteksi dini adanya kelainan dan tumbuh kembang di TK Melati Buduran Sidoarjo dilaksanakan pada tanggal 18-19 Januari 2018 yang diikuti oleh kepala sekolah dan 8 guru yang terdiri dari guru PAUD dan guru TK A dan B dan pelaksanaan seminar dan pelatihan (workshop) tentang cara pemeriksaan dan deteksi dini adanya kelainan dan tumbuh kembang di TK Tunas Bangsa Durung Bedug Sidoarjo dilaksanakan pada tanggal 18-19 Februari 2018 yang diikuti oleh kepala sekolah dan 4 guru yang terdiri dari guru PAUD dan guru TK A dan B. Hasil seminar dan workshop didapatkan mitra dapat melaksanakan cara menilai deteksi dini dan kelainan tumbuh kembang pada Balita secara mandiri, dan mitra dapat mengaplikasikan hal tersebut pada anak didik seterusnya selama proses belajar berlangsung

    The research aim to knowed the Influence Varying Degrees of Tofu Waste in the Broiler Carcass Quality Rasion. The research by the used ng 80 broilers Strain CP 707 in 5 treatments which each treatment consist of 4 replications, which in every replication consist of 4 broilers. Rasion treatment consist of AT0 (Ration without Tofu Waste), AT10 (Ration 90% + Tofu Waste 10%), AT20 (Ration 80% + Tofu Waste 20%), AT30 (Ration 70% + Tofu Waste 30%) and AT40 (Ration 60% + Tofu Waste 40%). The observed variables is the value of pH, fat percentage and organoleptic test in the colours, textures and aromas. Methode of data analysis using the methode of spectrum analysis and kruskalwallis Complete Random Design Pattern (RAL), if there is a difference between the treatment continued with Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT).The result showed that the influence tofu waste the real effect to pH flash and the colour of the carcass, but it is not influenced to aromas, textures, and fat content of the broilers. The highest pH in ration contain tofu waste 40% (6,10) treatment while the lowest in control (5,40), treatment highest colour in ration contain tofu waste 10% (3,29) while the lowest in control (2,92) treatment , highest quality in ration contain tofu waste 30% (3,24) treatment while the lowest in control (3,01) treatment, highest texture in ration contain tofu waste 40% (3,69) treatment while lowest in ration contain tofu waste 30% (3,52), the highest carcass fat in control (1,03) treatment while the lowest in ration contain tofu waste 30% (0,90)

    Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriftif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 20-23 April 2014 dengan metode plot (kuadrat) dan menggunakan jebakan (Pittfall Trap). Penelitian dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis makrofauna tanah, parameter ekologi, indeks keanekaragaman jenis, dan indeks kemerataan jenis yang terdapat pada pertanian apel semi organik dan pertanian apel non organik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa makrofauna tanah yang ditemukan terdiri dari jenis Platydracus sp, Phyllophoga sp, Geophilus sp, Helicodiscus sp, Gryllus sp, Gryllotalpa gryllotalpa, Pirata piraticus, Pisaurina mira, Megascolex sp, Sigmoria trimaculata, Pachycodyla sp, Anoplolepis gracilipes, Iridomyrmex sp, Camponotus sp, dan Pheidole moerens. Parameter ekologi makrofauna tanah adalah: (1) Kepadatan berkisar antara 2,667 ind/m2 - 416,889 ind/m2, kepadatan relatif berkisar antara 0,004 - 0,487. kepadatan terendah jenis Pisaurina mira dan tertinggi jenis Irydomyrmex sp. (2) Frekuensi berkisar antara 0,063 - 0,844, frekuensi relatif berkisar antara 0,010 – 0,176 dengan nilai frekuensi terenda jenis Phyllophaga sp dan tertinggi jenis Irydomyrmex sp. (3) Indeks nilai penting tertinggi jenis Irydomyrmex sp 0,687, terendah Pisaurina mira 0,011. Indeks keanekaragaman jenis Shannon wiener (H') 1,719 atau kategori keanekaragaman jenis rendah. Nilai evennes (E) yaitu 0,62 yang berarti populasi cenderung merata (E mendekati 1). Kelimpahan berkisar 1 - 16,63, terendah jenis Pisaurina mira dan tertinggi jenis Irydomyrmex sp.(4) Hasil penelitian ini digunakan sebagai bahan ajar Biologi SMA dalam bentuk poster

    Handover in RSUD Bojonegoro there is 45% of nurses in hospitals Bojonegoro not be able to accept what has been well documented and passed around by a nurse in the office earlier. The purpose of this study was to identify the attitudes of nurses in the process handover in RSUD dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro. The study design used is descriptive. The approach used in the study is survey. The total sample used is 59 respondents who are nurse in wijaya kusuma, bougenvil, melati, flamboyan and sakura room. Variable used single variable, namely the attitude of nurses in the process of handover. then done editing, coding, scoring, and tabulating then be deduced by using percentage. The results of the research that there are obtained 51% of the respondents stated to have positive attitude/Favorable while there are 49% of respondents expressed negative attitude/Unfavorable. The conclusion of this study in RSUD dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikusumo Bojonegoro that more than most of the respondents have positive attitude/favorable.
