The article presents the results of studies of the morphological composition and biochemical indices of the blood of sports horses of the Ukrainian riding and trakehner breed. The aim of the work was to study the physical loads on the hematologic indices, by which it is possible to judge the level of training and, accordingly, the loads performed on the clinical and physiological condition of horses. The research task consisted of determining the effect of training (before and after) on the morphological composition of the blood, clarifying the changes in the biochemical composition of the serum (glucose, reserve alkalinity and lactic acid) in horses of these breeds of 6 years of age. The horses were kept in the same conditions of microclimate, feeding and maintenance. Evaluation of the clinical state of animals was carried out according to the composition of the leukocyte formula: the number of erythrocytes, leukocytes, lymphocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, platelets and hemoglobin content, and biochemical parameters according to methods of research common in veterinary medicine. The results of the studies showed that after intensive training in horses, the level of hemoglobin increases by β 12.5%, in traken - by 3.8% (P < 0.05), what causes the response of the body to hypoxia, due to less adaptation to stressful Impacts. This is confirmed by an increase in the number of red blood cells after loading β 13.1%, neutrophils by 3.3%, lymphocytes by 7.8% (P < 0.05). The level of glucose provides 55% of the energy requirement of the body, in the case of the trakehner breed, after the load, it decreased by 4.5%, in the OHR by 17.2% (P < 0.05), which indicates the absence of negative effects on the physiological condition of the horses.Π ΡΡΠ°ΡΡΠ΅ ΠΏΡΠΈΠ²Π΅Π΄Π΅Π½Ρ ΡΠ΅Π·ΡΠ»ΡΡΠ°ΡΡ ΠΈΡΡΠ»Π΅Π΄ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΠΉ ΠΌΠΎΡΡΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠ³ΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΡΠΎΡΡΠ°Π²Π° ΠΈ Π±ΠΈΠΎΡ

Cellular Adhesion to Carbon Nanotubes-anchored Oligonucleotide: Electro-chemical Detection
In the study a new biosensor contained an oligonucleotide-carbon nanotubes-stearic acid monocrystalline
clusters in its sensitive coating has been developed. The electrochemical characteristics of sensors with
different coatings distinguishing by content of oligonucleotide and cerium ions have been measured. It was
found that the presence of Ce in the coating leads to decrease of sensor capacity changes at measurements
in mediums of different content. The oligonucleotides anchored in sensor coating attenuate cell nonantisense
adhesion to sensor surface.

Reactivity of the conjunctival microcirculatory bed in students from various regions of the world as an indicator of adaptation of the organism
Microcirculatory vessels of the eyeball conjunctiva were examined during exercise in students from Asia, Africa, and Latin America. The reactivity of microvessels was found to be increased at the early stages of adaptation, which indicates a high-level compensatory potential of the organism. An appreciable reduction of microvessel reactivity after 1 to 2 years of university studies indicates a decrease of the compensatory potential in this period of adaptation. After 4-5 years of studies the reactivity of the microvessels is virtually the same in foreign and Russian students, this indicating the formation of a stable phase of adaptation. Capillaroscopy of the nail wall skin in personality identification
Capillaries of the nail wall skin are the most convenient objects for investigation in a live man. Over 2500 investigations were carried out, which demonstrated, that, despite a marked variability of morphometric parameters, the contour of capillary loops on each subject is individual, this recommending capillaroscopy of the skin as a method for personality identification

Intraovarian autoplasmotherapy in patients with diminished ovarian reserve
Objective. To evaluate the efficacy of Intraovarian autoplasmotherapy (platelet-rich plasma/PRP) in the activation of ovarian function in patients with diminished ovarian reserve and βpoorβ response in the in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles, as well as its influence on the quality of life. Patients and methods. A total of 120 patients with diminished ovarian reserve and a history of IVF cycle failure who refused to use donor oocytes were included in the study. All patients underwent intraovarian PRP therapy based on the proprietary technology. The quality of life, the ovarian function, and the results of the embryo stage in the IVF cycle were monitored for 6 months. Results. The conducted study demonstrates a positive effect of intraovarian PRP therapy on the functional state of the ovaries and on the results of the embryo stage in IVF in the cohort of patients with diminished ovarian reserve and βpoorβ response in previous unsuccessful IVF cycles. The findings also indicate changes in the quality of life, an improvement in sexual function, and positive dynamics in the emotional state. Conclusion. Intraovarian PRP therapy allows patients with infertility and diminished ovarian reserve to avoid using donor oocytes and to obtain their own genetic material. This technology has a positive effect on the quality of life, having a certain anti-age effect in all groups of examined women, the duration of which has yet to be clarified.
