    In Situ Spectral Magnetoellipsometry for Structural, Magnetic and Optical Properties of Me/Si (Me Mn, Fe) Nanolayers

    In our work we present in-situ spectral magnetoellipsometer is equipped with sapphire manipulator. which allows us to carry out in-situ and in-time optical and magnetooptical measurements in the range from 10 K to 1500 K in spectral range 1.5 eV-4.0 eV (830 nm-300 nm), the range of magnetic fields is +/-0.4 T.     Calculations of binding energies and masses of heavy quarkonia using renormalon cancellation

    We use various methods of Borel integration to calculate the binding ground energies and masses of b-bbar and t-tbar quarkonia. The methods take into account the leading infrared renormalon structure of the hard+soft part of the binding energies E(s), and of the corresponding quark pole masses m_q, where the contributions of these singularities in M(s) = 2 m_q + E(s) cancel. Beforehand, we carry out the separation of the binding energy into its hard+soft and ultrasoft parts. The resummation formalisms are applied to expansions of m_q and E(s) in terms of quantities which do not involve renormalon ambiguity, such as MSbar quark mass, and alpha_s. The renormalization scales are different in calculations of m_q, E(s) and E(us). The MSbar mass of b quark is extracted, and the binding energies of t-tbar and the peak (resonance) energies for (t+tbar) production are obtained.Comment: 23 pages, 8 double figures, revtex4; the version to appear in Phys.Rev.D; extended discussion between Eqs.(25) and (26); the paragraph between Eqs.(32) and (33) is new and explains the numerical dependence of the residue parameter on the factorization scale; several new references were added; acknowledgments were modified; the numerical results are unchange

    We have measured infrared reflectivity spectra of thin lithium niobate films of nanometer thickness, grown by a pulsed laser deposition technique using KrF-excimer laser (λ=248 nm) on the single crystalline substrates (sapphire, MgO, NdGaO3 and SrTiO3).     We have measured infrared absorption spectra of the stretching and bending vibrations of the hydrogen bond of pure and alloy additives Me (Me = Mg, Zn) single crystals of lithium niobate (LiNbO3) grown using various technologies. Preliminary studies of the spectra showed that the frequency of stretching vibrations in the IR spectra of single-crystal samples obtained from the homogeneously doped charge differ significantly (more than 50 cm−1). However, no difference in the IR spectra of single crystals obtained using other doping techniques, we have found. It is assumed that the observed differences in the absorption spectra of single crystals due to the different character of the formation of hydrogen bonds in the preparation of precursors Nb2O5: Me

    A systematic analysis of the training process in athletics for elementary training groups in the conditions of functioning of sports schools showed that the development of physical qualities mainly depends on the pace of movement, energy consumption and the level of speed-strength abilities. The speed of reaction and the methodology for its development in primary training groups (9-10 years) occupy a key place in the theoretical and methodological substantiation and practical activities related to sports selection.Системный анализ учебно-тренировочного процесса в лёгкой атлетике для групп начальной подготовки в условиях функционирования спортивных школ показал, что развитие физических качеств, главным образом, зависит от темпа движений, энергозатрат и уровня скоростно-силовых способностей.     The structure of conformational non-rigid molecules in the excited electronic states are investigated by joint theoretical and experimental methods. The theoretical part of work consist of two stages. In first stage the ab initio quantum-chemical calculations are carried out using high level methods. In second stage the vibrational problems of the various dimensions are solved by variational method for vibrations of large amplitude. In experimental part of work the vibronic spectra are investigated: gas-phase absorption and also, fluorescence excitation spectra of jet-cooled molecules. Some examples are considered

    A systematic analysis of the training process in athletics for groups of initial training in the conditions of functioning of sports schools has shown that the development of physical qualities mainly depends on the pace of movement, energy consumption and the level of speed and strength abilities. The speed of reaction and the method of its development in groups of initial training (9-10 years) occupy a key place in the theoretical and methodological justification and practical activities related to sports selection. The article presents a method for developing speed and strength abilities of athletes aged 9-10 years in the preparatory period, in which the specific weight of exercises aimed at increasing the frequency of movements, developing "starting", "explosive" strength and speed of motor reaction is increased. The use of the developed method in the experimental group increased the level of development of excitatory processes and the development of speed and strength abilities of young athletes.Системный анализ учебно-тренировочного процесса в лёгкой атлетике для групп начальной подготовки в условиях функционирования спортивных школ показал, что развитие физических качеств, главным образом, зависит от темпа движений, энергозатрат и уровня скоростно-силовых способностей. Быстрота реакции и методика её развития в группах начальной подготовки (9-10лет) занимают ключевое место в теоретико-методологическом обосновании и практической деятельности, связанной со спортивным отбором. Представлена методика развития скоростно-силовых способностей легкоатлетов 9-10 лет в подготовительном периоде, в которой увеличен удельный вес упражнений, направленных на повышение частоты движений, развитие «стартовой», «взрывной» силы и быстроты двигательной реакции. Использование разработанной методики в экспериментальной группе повысило уровнем развития возбудительных процессов и развитие скоростно-силовых способностей юных легкоатлетов

The authors of the article propose new approaches to pedagogy by means of physical culture and sports activities and tourism from the standpoint of the socio-philosophical component, which places high de­mands on the functioning of both social institutions and the individual.В работе представлены теоретико-методологические аспекты происходящих изменений в учреждениях образования, которые связаны с онтокинезиологией человека и перспективами развития общей теории, технологий физкультурно-спортивной деятельности и туризма. Формирование двигательной активно­сти школьников и студентов в современной системе образования зависит от уровня сформированных социокультурных ценностей, которые оказывают влияние на педагогический процесс воспитания физической культуры личности. Авторами статьи предлагаются новые подходы в педагогике средствами физкультурно-спортивной деятельности и туризма с позиций социально-философского компо­нента, в котором предъявляется высокие требования к функциони­рованию социальных институтов и отдельной личности
