    Efektivitas Konseling Ringkas Berfokus Solusi untuk Meningkatkan Tanggung Jawab Belajar Siswa SMP

    The aim of this research was to increase the learning responsibility of junior high school student that still low through solution focused brief counseling. This research used a quasi-experimental design with a single-subject design. The subject of this research are 6 students of Sumenep junior high school class VIII that selected based networking responsibility of learning\u27s scale. The research instrumen is used in this research are (1) responsibility of learning\u27s scale, observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and (2) material treatment techniques of solution focused brief counseling to increase the learning responsibility of junior high school student. The results of the analysis of non-parametric statistical test data using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. Based on the analysis results obtained Asymp value. Sig (2-tailed) 0.027 less than 0.05 so it can be concluded that H0 rejected and H1 accepted. Therefore can be interpreted that solution focused brief counseling increase the learning responsibility of junior high school student.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan tanggung jawab belajar siswa SMP yang masih rendah melalui pendekatan konseling ringkas berfokus solusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan kuasi eksperimen dengan desain subjek tunggal (single subject). Subjek penelitian sejumlah 6 orang siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Sumenep yang dipilih berdasarkan penjaringan skala tanggung jawab belajar. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan meliputi (1) skala tanggung jawab belajar, pedoman observasi serta pedoman wawancara dan (2) bahan perlakuan teknik konseling ringkas berfokus solusi untuk meningkatkan tanggung jawab belajar siswa SMP. Hasil analisis data uji statistik non parametik menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) 0,027 lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dengan demikian dapat diartikan bahwa konseling ringkas berfokus solusi efektif meningkatkan tanggung jawab belajar siswa SMP

    This study aims to еxplain thе еffеct of organizational carееr managеmеnt and individual carееr managеmеnt on carееr еffеctivеnеss through compеtеncе as an intеrvеning variablе. Rеsеarch on organizational carееr managеmеnt and individual carееr managеmеnt of PT Brantas Abipraya\u27s hеad officе еmployееs has an important rolе in еmployее carееr еffеctivеnеss basеd on еmployее compеtеncy. This rеsеarch usеs quantitativе approach with еxplanatory rеsеarch mеthod. Data collеction tеchniquеs in this study using quеstionnairеs. Thе population in this study amountеd to 456. Sampling mеthod usеd by using Slovin formula. Basеd on thе Slovin formula, with a margin of еrror (е) of 10%, thеn obtainеd a samplе of 83 samplеs. This study usеd dеscriptivе analysis and path analysis with thе hеlp of SPSS 16 for windows program. Thе rеsults of this study indicatе that thеrе is a significant influеncе bеtwееn organizational carееr managеmеnt and individual carееr managеmеnt on carееr еffеctivеnеss through compеtеncе as an intеrvеning variablе.     Antiinflamatory Activity of Methanolic Extract of Mangifera Casturi in Thioglycollate-induced Leukocyte Migration on Mice

    Kasturi (Mangifera casturi) is a plant originally from Kalimantan, mainly in South Kalimantan. Although there is no report regarding the USAge of the fruit in traditional healings, current research demonstrate that methanolic extract of Mangifera casturi fruit demonstrated high antioxidant activity. As oxidant plays crucial role in inflammatory related diseases, we investigate the antiinflammatory effect of Mangifera casturi fruit methanolic extract. To assess the antiinflammatory activity, we used thioglycollate-induced leukocyte migration in mice. Male balb/c mice were pretreated (i.p) with Mangifera casturi fruit methanolic extract followed by thioglikolat (i.p) to induce leukocyte migration. After 4,5 hours, the mice were sacrificed and the number of leukocytes were counted using hemocytometer under light microscope. Our experiment indicates that Mangifera casturi fruit methanolic extract significantly exhibited antiinflammatory activity by inhibiting the migration of leukocytes induced by thioglycollate. However, the activity of the extracts was lower than the positive control, indomethacin. Further purification was required to obtain the active compound with the activity comparable to indomethacin. Thin layer chromatography (TLC) analysis demonstrates that the methanolic extract of Mangifera casturi fruit contains terpenoid and phenolic compounds

    SISTEM PENGENDALI KECEPATAN MOTOR DC PADA LIFT BARANG MENGGUNAKAN KONTROLER PID BERBASIS ATMEGA 2560

    Lift barang adalah angkutan transportasi vertikal digunakan untuk memindahkan barang. Lift ini sangat khusus fungsinya untuk barang saja, lift ini hampir sama dengan lift penumpang namun ada sedikit perbedaan dalam sistem keamanannya. Lift barang yang sekarang memang sudah otomatis tetapi hanya pada gedung bertingkat tinggi. Untuk minimarket atau home industry yang memiliki struktur bangunan 2 lantai, banyak dijumpai masih menggunakan pengkatrolan secara manual oleh tenaga manusia untuk memindahkan barang. Hal ini cukup tidak efisien. Pada penelitian ini telah dirancang sistem pengaturan kecepatan motor DC pada lift barang menggunakan kontoler PID dengan kontruksi sistem yang sederhana. Digunakan Kontroler PID untuk mengurangi kesalahan, sehingga putaran motor dapat sesuai dengan kecepatan yang diinginkan. Dengan bantuan kontroler PID maka lift barang mampu bergerak dengan aman dan halus. Pada skripsi ini digunakan metode Ziegler-Nichols tunning 2. Dalam pembuatannya digunakan Arduino Mega 2560, rotary encoder Autonic E40H8 500-6-L-5, limit switch, dan motor DC. Berdasarkan data respons sistem yang diperoleh dari pengujian dengan menggunakan metode kedua Ziegler-Nichols, maka parameter kontroler PID dapat ditentukan dengan gain Kp = 7.71, Ki = 7.035 dan Kd = 2.113.Kata Kunci— Lift barang, Pengendalian Kecepatan, PID, Arduino Mega 2560

    Pemetaan Pemenuhan Standar Nasional Pendidikan dan Relevansi terhadap Kualitas Pembelajaran dan Ketuntasan Belajar Biologi di Sekolah Menengah Atas

    Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil pemenuhan standar nasional pendidikan dan hasil ujian nasional serta media dan proses belajar di salah satu sekolah menengah atas kabupaten sukoharjo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan profil keterpenuhan 8 SNP pada salah satu sekolah menengah atas di kabupaten sukoharjo sebesar 83,33 % dengan GAP tertinggi pada standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan (3,67 %) dan standar proses (3,24 %). Nilai ujian nasional memiliki rata-rata 5,92 dan pada proses pembelajaran kelas sebesar 81,82 %. Analisis profil buku guru dan siswa secara berturut-turut mendapatkan nilai sebesar 65 % dan 77 %. Hasil profil pemenuhan standar nasional pendidikan, hasil ujian nasional, media, dan proses belajar memberikan informasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk melakukan kegiatan penelitian

    Selected Extracts of Chinese Herbal Medicines: Their Effect on NF-κB, PPARα and PPARγ and the Respective Bioactive Compounds

    Chinese herbal medicinal (CHM) extracts from fourteen plants were investigated in cell-based in vitro assays for their effect on nuclear factor κB (NF-κB), a key regulator of inflammation, as well as on peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors (PPARs) being key regulators of genes involved in lipid and glucose metabolism. 43% of the investigated CHMs showed NF-κB inhibitory and 50% PPARα and PPARγ activating effects. Apolar extracts from cortex and flos of Albizia julibrissin Durazz. and processed rhizomes of Arisaema sp. and Pinellia ternata (Thunb.) Breit. that effectively inhibited TNF-α-induced NF-κB activation and dose-dependently activated PPARα and PPARγ were further investigated. Bioassay-guided fractionation and analysis by GC-MS led to the identification of fatty acids as PPAR agonists, including linoleic and palmitic acid

    The Herbal Drug Melampyrum pratense

    Melampyrum pratense L. (Koch) is used in traditional Austrian medicine for the treatment of different inflammation-related conditions. In this work, we show that the extracts of M. pratense stimulated peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors- (PPARs-)α and -γ that are well recognized for their anti-inflammatory activities. Furthermore, the extract inhibited the activation of the proinflammatory transcription factor NF-κB and induction of its target genes interleukin-8 (IL-8) and E-selectin in vitro. Bioassay-guided fractionation identified several active flavonoids and iridoids including melampyroside and mussaenoside and the phenolic compound lunularin that were identified in this species for the first time. The flavonoids apigenin and luteolin were distinguished as the main components accountable for the anti-inflammatory properties. Apigenin and luteolin effectively inhibited tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α)-induced NF-κB-mediated transactivation of a luciferase reporter gene. Furthermore, the two compounds dose-dependently reduced IL-8 and E-selectin protein expression after stimulation with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or TNF-α in endothelial cells (ECs). The iridoids melampyroside and mussaenoside prevented the elevation of E-selectin in LPS-stimulated ECs. Lunularin was found to reduce the protein levels of the proinflammatory mediators E-selectin and IL-8 in ECs in response to LPS. These data validate the ethnomedical use of M. pratense for the treatment of inflammatory conditions and point to the constituents accountable for its anti-inflammatory activity

    Telah dilakukan penelitian pada kancil (Tmgulus javanicus) di Kebun Binatang Ragunan - Jakarta dan Kebun Binatang Wonocolo - Surabaya untuk mendapatkan jenis makanan yang disukai, dan aktifitas makan, minum dan ruminasi dari kancil yang dikandangkan.Pada penelitian ini, disediakan 10 jenis makanan dan empat jenis diantaranya yaitu pisang, kacang panjang, kangkung dan pepaya lebih disukai. Aktifitas makan dilakukan pada siang dan malam hari, dan pada saat istirahat kancil melakukan aktifitas ruminasi. Perilaku makan dan ruminasi ini berbeda dengan perilakunya di habitas asalnya. Sedangkan aktifitas minum, jarang dilakukan, hal ini mungkin disebabkan oleh tingginya kadar air di dalam makanan yang disediakan. Aktifitas makan dari kancil yang dikandangkan telah berubah menjadi diurnal dan nokturnal

    Lignan Derivatives from Krameria lappacea Roots Inhibit Acute Inflammation in Vivo and Pro-inflammatory Mediators in Vitro

    The roots of Krameria lappacea are used traditionally against oropharyngeal inflammation. So far, the astringent and antimicrobial properties of its proanthocyanidin constituents are considered to account for the anti-inflammatory effect. The aim of the present study was to characterize pharmacologically a lipophilic extract of K. lappacea roots and several isolated lignan derivatives (111) in terms of their putative anti-inflammatory activity. The dichloromethane extract (ID50 77 \u3bcg/cm2) as well compounds 111 (ID50 0.310.60 \u3bcmol/cm2) exhibited topical antiedematous properties comparable to those of indomethacin (ID50 0.29 \u3bcmol/cm2) in a mouse ear in vivo model. Two of the most potent compounds, 2-(2-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-5-(3-hydroxypropyl)benzofuran (5) and (+)-conocarpan (7), were studied regarding their time-dependent edema development and leukocyte infiltration up to 48 h after croton oil-induced dermatitis induction, and they showed activity profiles similar to that of hydrocortisone. In vitro studies of the isolated lignan derivatives demonstrated the inhibition of NFkB, cyclooxygenase-1 and -2, 5-lipoxygenase, and microsomal prostaglandin E2 synthase-1 as well as antioxidant properties, as mechanisms possibly contributing to the observed in vivo effects. The present findings not only support the ethnopharmacological use of K. lappacea roots but also reveal that the isolated lignan derivatives contribute strongly to the anti-inflammatory activity of this herbal drug
