Towards Rigorous Derivation of Quantum Kinetic Equations
We develop a rigorous formalism for the description of the evolution of
states of quantum many-particle systems in terms of a one-particle density
operator. For initial states which are specified in terms of a one-particle
density operator the equivalence of the description of the evolution of quantum
many-particle states by the Cauchy problem of the quantum BBGKY hierarchy and
by the Cauchy problem of the generalized quantum kinetic equation together with
a sequence of explicitly defined functionals of a solution of stated kinetic
equation is established in the space of trace class operators. The links of the
specific quantum kinetic equations with the generalized quantum kinetic
equation are discussed.Comment: 25 page
The von Neumann Hierarchy for Correlation Operators of Quantum Many-Particle Systems
The Cauchy problem for the von Neumann hierarchy of nonlinear equations is
investigated. One describes the evolution of all possible states of quantum
many-particle systems by the correlation operators. A solution of such
nonlinear equations is constructed in the form of an expansion over particle
clusters whose evolution is described by the corresponding order cumulant
(semi-invariant) of evolution operators for the von Neumann equations. For the
initial data from the space of sequences of trace class operators the existence
of a strong and a weak solution of the Cauchy problem is proved. We discuss the
relationships of this solution both with the -particle statistical
operators, which are solutions of the BBGKY hierarchy, and with the
-particle correlation operators of quantum systems.Comment: 26 page
Study of innovation activity dynamics in Russia’s federal districts
The dynamics of indicators of innovation activities of Russia’s federal districts over 2005– 2019 has been studied. During this period, there has been an increase in the number of organisations that carried out research activities, and also in the total domestic expenditure on research and development. The number of new production technologies and the volume of innovative products produced has increased, and the payback rate on research and development costs has risen in all regions. The trends of decreasing in the innovation activities of organisations and a significant reduction in the number of personnel employed in the field of research and development have been detected. The share of new products in the total volume of products shipped remains low. This situation requires national and regional authorities to take appropriate regulatory actions
STANDARD OF LIVING OF THE RUSSIAN POPULATION: FEATURES OF INTERREGIONAL DIFFERENTIATION DYNAMICS
The article presents the results of a study of the dynamics of indicators that characterize the standard of living of the population of Federal districts of Russia. The author hypothesizes that despite the growth in the values of indicators of the standard of living of the population of Federal districts for the period after 2010, there is a stable pattern of increasing their differentiation, and he has received its confirmation. This circumstance allowed usto determine the nature of changes and identify two groups of Federal districts that are moving away from each other at an increasing rate in terms of the standard of living of the population. The analysis raises the issue of the need to improve the state policy of Russia in order to enhance the standard of living of the population, ensure a balanced socio-economic development of regions and neutralize the negative consequences of their further differentiation
Dynamics of socio-economic indicators development of federal districts of Russia
The article presents the results of a study of the dynamics of the main indicators of the socio-economic development of the federal districts of Russia for the period 2005–2020, which caused the presence of problems associated with the uneven spatial development of the country and correlated with the standard of living of the population. It is shown that the excessive unevenness of the economic development of regions has the most negative effect on their social condition. As part of the study, the analysis of socio-economic indicators in the context of federal districts was carried out on the basis of statistical data from Rosstat, which ensured their comparability for different periods of observation. Long-term trends have been identified, indicating a steady increase in the level of differentiation of a number of indicators between federal districts. The study allowed us to identify three groups of federal districts of Russia, showing: accelerated growth of indicators of socio-economic development above the average level in Russia; relatively insignificant growth rates; the increasing decline in indicators
Methodological aspects of monitoring implementation in public sector organizations
In this paper the monitoring implementation is considered in systemic and process approaches, in these approaches monitoring is integrated into controlling and planning functions, respectively. It was proved that for indicative management integration with organizing function is required. This statement is based on monitoring place in the overall indicative management system and its methodological basi

The work objective is to conduct a sociological study aimed at assessing validity (appropriateness) of the traditional characteristics and formation of a pool of specialized characteristics of the viral content, used in the promotion of health services by means of social media marketin
Structure and Biochemical Study of Nanocomposite Bioconstruction for Restoration of Bone-cartilaginous Defects
Porous and strong nanocomposite bioconstructions were formed by laser evaporation of an aqueous dispersion of carbon nanotubes in a protein matrix. The homogeneous dispersion was exposed to laser irradiation to create solid constructions. Continuous laser radiation with a wavelength of 970 nm and a power of 5-7 W was used. The porosity of nanocomposite bioconstructions was studied by the method of lowtemperature nitrogen porosimetry and X-ray microtomography, the tensile strength and relative elongation of bioconstructions were evaluated, and their biocompatibility was tested in vitro. It was found that with an increase of the carbon nanotube’s concentration, a slight decrease in strength (3-15 %), a decrease in the pore size (20- 40 %), and an increase in the degree of deformation (10-12 %) were observed. At the same time, the mechanical parameters of the bioconstructions met the requirements for the materials for the restoration of bone-cartilaginous defects. Using optical microscopy and the MTT-test, proliferative activity and structural features of bone tissue cells on the surface of nanocomposite bioconstructions were evaluated. Studies have shown no toxic or inhibitory effect on cells. The results of the studies can talk about the advantage of nanocomposite bioconstructions using as an implant material for improving the growth of biological cells and regenerating damaged biotissues.

On chemical bonding of Helium with hcp-Beryllium
Chemical inertness is the key property of helium determining its solubility,
distribution and accumulation kinetics in metals. Against all expectations, our
ab initio calculations show a substantial chemical bonding between He and Be
atoms in the hcp-Be matrix when He occupies a non-symmetric position in a basal
plane.Comment: Revised version of manuscript, 4 pages, 4 figure
