The article is expanded need of analysis the cultural identity of the individual in terms of transformation of socio-cultural space. The influence of new information technologies, which significantly changed the idea of human identity. We consider the socio-cultural practices that are influenced by information technology. Authors determined the social consequences of conflict transformation cultural identity. On the one hand, information modernity allows the individual to design their own individual world, on the other hand, questioned the preservation of existing social relations. The findings indicated the disappearance of defined values and cultural landmarks. The necessity of new forms of self-determination rights in the destruction of their traditional way of life.Key words: identity, transformation, information technology, information space, socio-cultural practices, cultural values.

Verbs of perception in western romanic languages and phenomenon of Deixis

This article considers the verbs of perception in the three Western Romanic languages: French, Italian and Spanish. In the present paper the bond between deixis and verbs of perception is being investigated. The research has revealed a fundamental difference between a field of indication and a symbolic field, which refers to cognitive, emotional, axiological moduses derived from the modus of perception. The analysis of the material has given grounds to introduce correlative notions of primary and secondary deixis. Depending on the conduct of agential, time and spatial coordinates in the discourse they form primary and secondary deixis of the deictic-field and primary and secondary deixis of the symbolic fieldyesBelgorod State Universit

Bacterial Carriage of Pathogenic Antibiotic-resistant Staphylococci Among Conditionally Healthy Infants and Preschool-age Children

    Get PDF
Staphylococci are related to opportunistic microorganisms and are part of normal human microflora. However, there are varieties that can cause pyoinflammatory diseases in organisms with weakened immune status. In the event of an inadequate therapeutic approach, they are preserved in the body, and the person becomes a bacterial carrier and a source of dissemination of pathogenic microorganisms. The formation of antibiotic resistance also plays a significant role in the emergence of bacterial carriage. The situation is especially serious in organized children’s groups, where children are in close contact with one another. Thus, the study of the prevalence rate of antibiotic resistance among pathogenic strains of staphylococci in children’s groups is topical and worthy of attention. The purpose of this work is to identify carriers of pathogenic and antibiotic resistant staphylococci isolated from the microflora of the oral cavity of preschool children considered healthy. The results of the research can prove useful in practical healthcare and, particularly, in pediatric practice. Asymptomatic Lone Atrial Fibrillation in Pregnant Women

    Get PDF
We examined 43 pregnant women with paroxysms of asymptomatic lone atrial fibrillation. It was revealed that the increasing of the gestational age leads to increase of number of single, paired and group supraventricular extrasystoles; single and paired ventricular extrasystoles; number and duration of paroxysms of atrial fibrillation. However, the number of extrasystoles and paroxysms of arrhythmia decreased to baseline values after delivery. Thus, it was proved that pregnancy contributes to the increase of paroxysms of lone atrial fibrillation due to the increased influence of modulating components on the triggering extrasystoles. The importance of the method of 24-hour ECG monitoring in the detection of arrhythmia in pregnant women is emphasized. Keywords: lone atrial fibrillation, extrasystole, pregnancy

Atrial Fibrillation Triggers in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease and Subclinical Thyrotoxicosis

    Get PDF
We examined 202 patients with paroxysms of symptomatic and asymptomatic atrial fibrillation (AF), some of whom suffered from coronary artery disease (CAD) andsubclinical thyrotoxicosis (ST). Healthy individuals acted as a comparison group. It was revealed that in all studied groups, extrasystoles and paroxysms of reciprocal atrioventricular orthodortic and nodal tachycardia was the role of the triggering factors of AF. In patients with ST without CAD and in healthy persons, the paroxysms of tachycardia are short and unstable. When CAD combined with ST, the number of extrasystoles and AF paroxysms is significantly higher than only in ST and in healthy individuals. It was found that in patients with asymptomatic AF the total number of extrasystoles and paroxysms of tachycardia is greater than in the case of symptomatic. Thus, the identification of concomitant subclinical thyrotoxicosis in a patient with CAD should alert the clinician to the development and progression of atrial fibrillation. It should be given great attention to screening thyroid pathology in patients with CAD. Keywords: atrial fibrillation, coronary artery disease, subclinical thyrotoxicosis

    Get PDF
The article is devoted to the study of perspectives of creating innovational network of transnational cluster initiatives for provision of economic security of modern economic systems. The authors determine the notion of transnational cluster initiatives and allocate their peculiar features as compared to traditional clusters. The authors analyze statistical information about economic security of developed and developing countries of the world and build a model of economic security of modern economic system before and after creation of innovational network of transnational cluster initiatives. The advantage of forming transnational clusters for national economy consists in expansion of international innovational and technological cooperation and use of world practice of commercialization of technologies which covers the whole innovational cycle – from fundamental research to realization of final products in the world market, including marketing of science-intensive goods and services.peer-reviewe

On chiral corrections to nucleon GPD

Within the pion-nucleon chiral perturbation theory we derive the leading chiral correction to the nucleon GPD at ξ=0\xi=0. We discuss the difficulties of consideration of nonlocal light-cone operators within the theory with a heavy particle and the methods to solve the difficulties. The consideration of the chiral corrections directly for nonlocal operators allows to resolve the ambiguity of the inverse Mellin transformation. In particular, we show that the mixing between axial and vector GPDs are of order mπ2/MN2m_\pi^2/M_N^2, which is two orders of magnitude less that it follows from the Mellin moments calculation.Comment: 17 pages, 1 figure; minor corrections in the tex

Adsorption of Lead(II) and Cadmium(II) ions on the surface of a cellulose membrane modified with denaturated deoxyribonucleic acid

The sorption of Pb(II) and Cd(II) ions on a nitrocellulose membrane modified with denaturated deoxyribonucleic acid (d-DNA) was studied. A method for constructing isotherms of adsorption of heavy metals on the surface of an amperometric biosensor incorporating a d-DNA-modified nitrocellulose membrane and a stationary mercury-film electrode was proposed. An analysis of isotherms of joint sorption of Pb(II) and Cd(II) from a mixture of these ions showed that Pb(II) is bound to d-DNA more strongly than Cd(II), in agreement with the theoretical assumption that there are additional modes for binding Pb(II) with nitrogen-containing heterocycles of the d-DNA molecule. The constants of binding of Pb(II) and Cd(II) on d-DNA were determined by the Scatchard method

Hyperuricemia as a risk factor for cardiovascular events in hypertensive patients

    Get PDF
Hypertension (HTN) remains one of the most important risk factors for cardiovascular events. Modification of additional risk factors, along with a blood pressure decrease, significantly affects the risk of cardiovascular events. Hyperuricemia is one of the new factors that has a high prevalence in the population and affects the risk for cardiovascular events in hypertensive patients. In the treatment with fixed-dose combinations in patients with hypertension and hyperuricemia, metabolic neutrality is of particular importance. When prescribing diuretics, the practitioner faces additional difficulties. These drugs are highly synergistic when added to other major antihypertensives’ classes, but, in some cases, may worsen the metabolic profile. The use of the thiazide-like diuretic indapamide largely avoids a negative effect on the metabolic profile, making it the preferred choice for patients with hyperuricemia
