    A new metal–organic compound [(C10O8H2)2(C4N2H6)].2H2O(I) was hydrothermally synthesized from an aqueous solution of Fe (NO3)3 9H2O, (btec) (btec= 1, 2, 4, 5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid) and piperazine. Compound I crystallizes in the triclinic system with the P1 space group. The unit cell parameters are a = 8.271 Å, b = 8.500 Å, c = 9.660 Å, α = 87.12°, β = 89.53°, γ = 70.91°, Z= 2, V= 640.96(6) Å3 and Dx= 1.602g/cm3. The refinement converged into R= 0.047 and RW = 0.059. The structure, determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction, consists of two carboxyl group, piperazine and two molecules of water

Abstract: Within the frame of decision aid literature, decision making problems with multiple sources of information have drawn the attention of researchers from a wide spectrum of disciplines. In decision situations with multiple individuals, each one has his own knowledge of the decision problem alternatives. The use of information assessed in different domains is not a seldom situation. This non-homogeneous information can be represented by values belonging to domains with different nature as linguistic, numerical and interval valued or can be values assessed in label sets with different granularity and multigranular linguistic information. Decision processes for solving these problems are composed by two steps: aggregation and exploitation. The main problem to deal with non-homogeneous contexts is the aggregation manner of the information assessed in these contexts. The purpose of this paper is to address this problem and establish a procedure to aggregate individual opinions into a common decision to deal with non-homogeneous contexts. This process combines at the same time numerical, interval valued and linguistic information. Since subjectivity, vagueness and imprecision enter into the assessments of experts, the 2-tuple fuzzy linguistic representation model is used to deal with the fuzziness of human judgement

One nickel 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylate coordination polymers, Ni2 [(O10C6H4)(COO)2].2H2O  (I), was hydrothermally synthesized from an aqueous solution of Ni (NO3)2.6H2O, (1,4-CDC) (1,4-CDC = 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid) and tetramethylammonium nitrate. Compound (I) crystallizes in the monoclinic system with the C2/m space group. The unit cell parameters are a = 20.1160 (16) Å, b = 9.9387 (10) Å, c = 6.3672 (6) Å, β = 97.007 (3) (°), V= 1263.5 (2) (Å3) and Dx= 1.751g/cm3. The refinement converged into R= 0.036 and RW = 0.092. The structure, determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction, consists of two nickel atoms Ni (1) and Ni (2). Lots of ways of which is surrounded by six oxygen atoms, a carboxyl group and two water molecules

    PROMETHEE-MD-2T method for project selection

Project selection is a real problem of multicriteria group decision making (MCGDM) where each decision maker expresses his/her preferences depending on the nature of the alternatives and on his/her own knowledge over them. Thus, information, as much quantitative as qualitative, coexists. The traditional methods of MCGDM developed for project selection usually discriminates in favour of quantitative information at the expense of qualitative information, and this is due to the capability to integrate this first type of information inside their procedure. In this article, two new multicriteria 2-tuple group decision methods called "Preference Ranking Organisation Method for Enrichment Evaluation Multi Decision maker 2-Tuple-I and II" (PROMETHEE-MD-2T-I and II) are presented. They are able to integrate inside their procedure both quantitative and qualitative information in an uncertain context. This has been performed by integrating a 2-tuple linguistic representation model dealing with non-homogeneous and imprecise information data made up by valued intervals, numerical and linguistic values into the aggregation operators of Promethee methods. Although they have been developed for project selection problems, these proposed methods can be applied to all kinds of decision-making problems with heterogeneous and multigranular information. Therefore, the application of these methods to real problems will lead to better results in MCGDM. It offers to the decision makers simpler and wider application of the aggregation operators of the Promethee multicriteria method without sacrificing any of its advantageous properties and by taking into account the imprecision of data. A numerical simulation of the proposed method is carried out to show its possibilities.Project selection Promethee method 2-Tuple model Interval valued Numerical values Linguistic terms MCGDM
