Flutter Analysis of RX-420 Balistic Rocket Fin Involving Rigid Body Modes of Rocket Structures. Flutter is a phenomenon that has brought a catastrophic failure to the flight vehicle structure. In this experiment, flutter was analyzed for its symmetric and antisymmetric configuration to understand the effect of rocket rigid modes to the fin flutter characteristic. This research was also expected to find out the safety level of RX-420 structure design. The analysis was performed using half rocket model. Fin structure used in this research was a fin which has semispan 600 mm, thickness 12 mm, chord root 700 mm, chord tip 400 mm, made by Al 6061-T651, double spar configuration with skin thickness of 2 mm. Structural dynamics and flutter stability were analyzed using finite element software implemented on MSC. Nastran. The analysis shows that the antisymmetric flutter mode is more critical than symmetric flutter mode. At sea level altitude, antisymmetric flutter occurs at 6.4 Mach, and symmetric flutter occurs at 10.15 Mach. Compared to maximum speed of RX-420 which is 4.5 Mach at altitude 11 km or equivalent to 2.1 Mach at sea level, it can be concluded that the RX-420 structure design is safe, and flutter will not occur during flight

The Use of Modern Architecture in City Marketing

Modern architecture creates iconic city landscapes that increasingly shape our mental imagery of city destinations. By identifying common methods employed in positioning images of modern architecture on destination websites, this study seeks to further the conceptualization of destination image creation in online contexts. A visual content analysis of 125 European city websites was conducted; each coded based on image size, placement, and juxtaposition of modern architecture to other destination elements. The results of this study point out that images of modern architecture are prominently placed to gain attention and be seen as part of the ideal destination image. However, they are not used exclusively but rather in conjunction with images of other city elements

Pengaruh Permainan Mencari Harta Karun terhadap Kemampuan Berhitung Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun di Tk Negeri Pembina 3 Pekanbaru

Based on field observations of the numeracy skills of students is still low and teachers are still teaching methods that dominate and not varied. So that learning needs to be given in the form of imaginative play. This study aims to determine the effect of a treasure hunt game against the numeracy skills of children aged 4-5 years in TK Negeri Pembina 3 Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study 13 children. The data collection techniques were used that observation. Data were analyzed using t-test using SPSS 17.0. The study hypothesis is that there is a significant influence on numeracy skills of children after applying the game in search of treasure. It can be seen from the analysis of data obtained t = 9.814 and p = 0.001. Because p <0.05 it can be concluded that there are differences in math ability protege significant after applying the dancing game treasure in learning. So it means Ho rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a very significant difference between before and after the experiment by applying the game in search of treasure. As for the influence of the game in search of treasure of the numeracy skills of children aged 4-5 years Tk In State Trustees 3 Pekanbaru is (P) = 63.16%

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa keterkaitan antar atribut/itemset pada parameter yang digunakan dalam prediksi cuaca untuk menghasilkan suatu aturan(rule) yang dapat membuktikan suatu kondisi apakah hujan atau tidak hujan. Metoda yang akan digunakan untuk analisa antar atribut ini adalah Sequential Pattern Mining, dimana pola kerjanya adalah menganalisa keterkaitan suatu atribut akan mempengaruhi atribut lainnya dan bagaimana ketergantungan atribut yang satu dengan atribut lainnya. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah menemukan pola-pola pengetahuan yang tersembunyi di dalam data. Hubungan Kemampuan Memahami Cerpen Dengan Kemampuan Menulis Naskah Drama Siswa Kelas VIII SMPN 9 Sijunjung

The aim of this research is to describe the relationship between the ability in comprehending the short story and the ability in writing the drama manuscript for the VIII grade's student at , junior high school, nine, Sijunjung. The type of this research is quantitative research using descriptive and the statistic correlation methods. Population and sample in this research is the student of the VIII grade at junior high school ,nine, Sijunjung. The population in this research is 34 students who are registered in academic year of 2012/2013. This population involves two class which the population is sample because the population is less than 100 students. The result of research shows that the ability of student in comprehending the short story highly assists them in writing the drama manuscript. Furthermore, using the statistic correlation method, it shows that relationship between the student ability in understanding the short story and the student ability in writing the drama manuscript is significant on the degree of freedom, n-2, and it is significant at 95 % of confident level since 6.41 of t-statistic value is greater than 1.70 of t-table value

A graph homomorphism between two graphs is a map from the vertex set of one graph to the vertex set of the other graph, that maps edges to edges. In this note we study the range of a uniformly chosen homomorphism from a graph G to the infinite line Z. It is shown that if the maximal degree of G is `sub-logarithmic', then the range of such a homomorphism is super-constant. Furthermore, some examples are provided, suggesting that perhaps for graphs with super-logarithmic degree, the range of a typical homomorphism is bounded. In particular, a sharp transition is shown for a specific family of graphs C_{n,k} (which is the tensor product of the n-cycle and a complete graph, with self-loops, of size k). That is, given any function psi(n) tending to infinity, the range of a typical homomorphism of C_{n,k} is super-constant for k = 2 log(n) - psi(n), and is 3 for k = 2 log(n) + psi(n)

IGN Server Untuk Implementasi E-Government

Tulisan ini bertujuan memaparkan mengenai pengembangan IGN Server berbasis system operasi IGOS Nusantara yang dilengkapi dengan aplikasi-aplikasi pendukung e-Government. Sistem operasi open source IGN server berasal dari IGN Desktop yang telah dikembangkan beberapa tahun sebelumnya dalam upaya memenuhi kebutuhan server yang open source dan terjangkau. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah satu paket IGN server dengan aplikasi pendukung e-Government yaitu Moodle, SpagoBI, FengOffice, dan Project Senayan. Diharapkan dengan beberapa paket aplikasi yang diberikan dapat memacu beberapa pegawai di instansi pemerintahan dalam menggunakan produk open source
