Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh vybraných železobetonových prvků pro zastřešení výstavní haly (předem předpjatá vaznice, předem předpjatý vazník, železobetonové sloupy, železobetonové základové patky a dodatečně předpjaté vazníky). Tato práce obsahuje výpočet zatížení (vlastní tíha, ostatní stálé zatížení, zatížení větrem, zatížení sněhem a provozní zatížení) návrh a posouzení vybraných železobetonových částí a výkresovou dokumentaci.The Diploma’s thesis is focused on the design of selected parts of reinforced concrete exhibition hall (prestressed concrete purlin, prestressed concrete girder, reinforced concrete column, reinforced concrete footing, post-tensioned concrete girders). The load calculation (the self weight, the permanent load, the wind load, the snow load and imposed load), the design and the review of selected reinforced concrete items and the drawing documentation are included in this thesis.

The belt conveyor for transportation of aggregates

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou koncepce a návrhu pásového dopravníku. Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh pásového dopravníku pro dopravu štěrku a štěrkopísku do tří skladových prostor dle frakce, s dopravním výkonem 50 000 kg•h-1, ve výškovém rozdílu 4,5 m. Návrhem hlavních rozměrů, pohonu a pevnostním výpočtem rámu konstrukce. Funkční výpočet je proveden dle normy ČSN ISO 5048 z roku 1994. K práci je přiložena výkresová dokumentace.This thesis deals with the concept of design solutions of conveyor belt. The aim of this work is to design a conveyor belt to transport gravel and gravel into three fractions by warehouse space, traffic performance of 50 000 kg• h-1, 4.5 m height difference. Design of the main dimensions, draft power and strength calculation of frame construction. Functional calculation is performed according to ISO 5048 of 1994. The work is accompanied by drawings.

The combined effect of chemical composition and cooling rate on transformation temperatures of hypoeutectoid steels

The transformation temperatures A(r3) and A(r1) of four unalloyed hypoeutectoid steels with a carbon content of 0.029-0,73 % were determined using dilatometric tests. Unusually high cooling rates of 2 and 8 degrees C s(-1) were used intentionally, corresponding to the conditions in the wire rod rolling mills The developed regression models are phenomenological and allow a simple prediction of transformation temperatures, depending only on the cooling rate and the chemical composition of the steel represented by the carbon equivalent (in the case of A(r1)), respectively by the A(c3) temperature (for A(r3)). When calculating the A(c3) temperature, it was worth considering its non-linear dependence on carbon content. It has been verified that the derived equations are applicable even at relatively low cooling rates when the austenite decomposes exclusively on ferrite and pearlite.Web of Science56317016

Strategic Cost Management in the Company

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou strategického řízení nákladů ve zvoleném podniku. Teoretická část obsahuje členění nákladů do jednotlivých skupin, rozpočetnictví a kalkulace nákladů a seznámení se s nástroji strategického řízení nákladů. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu současného stavu společnosti a jejích nákladů, kdy je provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza nákladů a výnosů dle údajů z výkazu zisku a ztráty společnosti. Tato analýza zjišťuje klíčové nákladové položky podniku, na které se aplikuje zvolená metoda strategického řízení nákladů, aby došlo k významnému poklesu těchto položek a zlepšila se tak finanční situace podniku.The diploma thesis deals with the issue of strategic cost management in the selected company. The theoretical part contains the division of costs into individual groups, budgeting and cost calculation and acquaintance with the tools of strategic cost management. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the current state of the company and its costs, where a horizontal and vertical analysis of costs and revenues is performed according to data from the company's profit and loss statement. This analysis identifies the key cost items of the company to which the chosen method of strategic cost management is applied in order to significantly reduce these items and thus improve the financial situation of the company.
