Perspectives of interregional economic unions and associations in conditions of geopolitical instability

The growing importance of interregional unions and associations in the Russian economy in the period of the current economic transformations has determined the relevance of the research topic. The changes that have been formed in Russia have an indefinite relation to the nature of the processes currently taking place in the Russian economy and in its regions. The determined transition to market relations enabled the regions to independently decide on the directions and forms of their existing resources and put aside the obligation to coordinate all steps with the capital. This, of course, is a prerequisite for the growth of the result of the functioning of the economy of the regions. Obstacles for the movement of goods and services between the subjects of Russia were formed, the process of border and customs control became more complicated. There were difficulties in the work of the railway and automobile junction. These aspects of interregional economic associations are an example of the state of the economy of certain regions, and the aspect of influence on the economy. Due to the lack of own reserves of economic growth of a particular region, the task of inter-regional economic unions and associations is being formed. Therefore, a research on improving and developing such relations in the new economic conditions becomes a viable practical goal, and solving the problem is an important element of the obstacle to crisis situations in the Russian economy and the transition to sustainable economic development

Building of the System of Risk-significant Financial Figures

Risk of crisis phenomena in regions emphasizes the importance to build the system of continuous monitoring for analysis and assessment of the threat level for socioeconomic security. There is the need for carrying out continuous monitoring of all reproduction socioeconomic processes state: the process of production, the cash outflow and the flow of return, the variation level of prosperity. As the basis of the system of complex monitoring, there should be used formalized algorithms on the basis of mathematical models with the use of all available data including those for specification and assessment of socioeconomic relationships rather than a traditional intuitive analysis and expert methods. The level of development of modern equipment and mathematical support allows to process the huge collections of data which the researchers of previous generations did not have. Extremum modelling is a complex area. The data on emergency situations are poor by definition, and forecasts and estimates should be often made on the brink or even beyond available data. Thus, there is the need to create the theory of risk management connected with catastrophic events. Features of Development of Regional Economy and Macroeconomic Trends in the XXI Century

Microeconomic approach is based on the fact that in the process of historical development in the world formed a certain system of countries which, thanks to its economic power and cultural potential, advances in scientific and technological progress, common understanding of international politics, especially international obligations on human rights and the functioning of democratic power structures and influences events in the world. So, by the end of the XX century, the world has formed a special region, including the UK, Italy, Russia, USA, Germany, France, Japan. Joint actions of these countries allow you to perform three functions: first, to contribute to their own development through active integration; second, to actively maintain relations of good neighborliness and peace; third, to provide various forms of material, financial and military assistance to countries that need it. The geopolitical approach is typical for some of the territorial unity of neighboring countries. In Europe, Asia, Latin America formed alliances of countries, which established the common market. There is a new economic integration of European countries by retaining only a symbolic border of the countries in the Union.
