    Aerofood ACS (Aerowisata Catering Service) is a service provider company that has been around for 40 years in Garuda Indonesia flight. ACS Aerofood Company as a service provider, trying to provide the best service to consumers. In a modern era, a lot of people requires practical and high quality comfort. From this cause the number of consumer desires are various kinds. This study will analyze the influence of customer behavior in the running of a company. Consumer behavior could lead us to predict the changing and understanding of people (customers) needs and wants nowadays. This paper analyzes the issues of consumer behavior that exist in the company and aims to advocate alternative solutions related to its division as part of the supply chain.     Strategi merupakan proses penyusunan langkah-langkah untuk masa depan perusahaan dengan membangun visi dan misi perusahaan. Dalam rangka menciptakan nilai terbaik yang berasal dari konsumen. Strategi yang telah ditentukan harus sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan, sehingga akan membawa posisi perusahaan ke posisi yang terbaik. Fokus penelitian ini merujuk pada perusahaan industri ice cream dengan sampel yaitu PT Campina Ice Cream Industry  Tbk dan PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan strategi dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT antara PT Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk dan PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan analisis SWOT. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Dari penelitian ini dapat kita ketahui bahwa penerapan SWOT sangat diperlukan untuk dapat bertahan dalam peliknya persaingan dunia bisnis. Dari analisis ini dapat kita ketahui bahwa kedua perusahaan memiliki manajemen strategi masing masing untuk dapat bertahan, seperti pada analisa produksi, strategi yang dilakukan PT Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk yaitu meluncurkan produk dengan varian rasa baru.     It is important to know the effect both jointly and partially between discipline and motivation on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods with explanatory research using primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were employees at the Regional Company Offices of Pasar Kota Medan and as many as 82 employees were used as research samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple and partial linear regression using SPSS 24.0. The discipline variable is significant at 0.029, so it can be concluded that employee performance is influenced by discipline (hypothesis 1 is accepted). The motivation variable has a significant value at 0.013. So it can be concluded that motivation affects employee performance (hypothesis 2 is accepted). The work facility variable has a significant value at 0.016. So it can be concluded that work facilities have an effect on employee performance (hypothesis 3 is accepted). The results showed that the discipline variables and work motivation together had a positive effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the statistical results of the regression test which obtained a probability value of 0.000 smaller than α (α = 0.05), it can be explained that discipline and work motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. Then the fourth hypothesis is accepted
