The family has an important role in terms of improving social welfare. Family welfare is influenced bysocioeconomic factors, the number of family members, family income, and position in the community. Every familymember has a different role. One of the interesting things to be studied is the potential of housewives in the family.Potential homemakers when not only acting as housewives at home but working to help improve family welfare. Thepotential of a housewife is enormous, through its essential role in empowering the family. The independence of womencan encourage family participation in improving the community's economy, through increased knowledge, skills and highmotivation to move forward. One form of growing knowledge and skills is to hold training. The type of training incommunity service is training by utilising household waste that can be recycled into materials that have artistic andeconomic value. One of the basic residues is the use of used cloth and used plastic bags. The participants in this trainingnumbered 25 people who were delegates from 5 hamlets within the Manimbahoi Village area. From the results of theevaluation, on average, 85.6% of participants expressed very satisfied with this training

The realisation of covering ‘aurat among the successful women in Malaysia

Among the conditions prescribed to working women is that they must perfectly cover themselves whenever they are at their working place. However, Muslims today are ‘haunted’ with a dilemma that influenced the thinking of whether to defend the Islamic laws or make changes to suit modernization. Thus, the involvement of women in the employment field to enhance the economic transformation clearly needs guidance and the right inspiration based on the Islamic law. Data were collected through qualitative design using in-depth interviews and analysis of documents involving past literatures and views of the contemporary scholars. In-depth interviews were conducted with women of higher grade in public sector, specifically grade 54 and JUSA. Supporting data of this study involved interviews with husbands, children, employers and colleagues to create a triangulation data. The findings of the study was analysed thematically using Nvivo 7.0 software

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of online games where many students become addicted to playing games. As a result of online game addiction, many students experience changes in their lives such as neglecting their obligations as students, namely being lazy to study, rarely going to class and often sleeping in class this is because they spend too much time playing online games. Students who are addicted to online games spend more time in the room, causing them to spend less time with people around them, such as with their family and friends. In addition, students who are addicted to online games become lazy to carry out religious orders such as worshiping God Almighty. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online game addiction on changes in social and spiritual attitudes of students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Mataram University. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and questionnaire distribution. Respondents in this study were 38 people who met the 5 criteria of an online game addict: Salience, Mood modification, Tolerance, Conflict and Relapse. Data analysis techniques in this study used normality test, linearity test and manova hypothesis test. The results of this study are online game addiction has no influence on changes in social attitudes and spiritual attitudes of students of the Faculty of Kaguruan and Education Sciences, Mataram University. &nbsp

MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VII-2 PADA MATA PELAJARAN PPKN MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOPERATIF TIPE TEAM GAME TOURNAMENT DI SMP NEGRI 06 KOTA BIMA

The aims of this research are (1) to determine the learning outcomes of class VII-2students in PPKn subjects at SMP Negeri 06 Kota Bima, (2) to determine theapplication of the Team Game Tournament type cooperative learning model inPPKn subjects at SMP Negeri 06 Kota Bima, (3) to determine the improvement inlearning outcomes for class VII-2 students through the Team Game Tournamenttype cooperative learning model in Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 06 Bima City.This research uses classroom action research methods. Classroom actionresearch is research that uses actions to find out learning problems in theclassroom in an effort to improve the learning process. The results of classroomaction research show that student learning outcomes have increased. This can beseen from pre-cycle learning with a learning completion percentage of 53.3% andan average score of 67.2%. In cycle I there was an increase, namely learningcompleteness of 90.5% and an average score of 85%

PENGUATAN NILAI KARAKTER KEDISIPLINAN DAN PEDULI SOSIAL MELALUI KEGIATAN EKSTRAKURIKULER PALANG MERAH REMAJA (PMR) DI SMAN 4 KOTA BIMA

This research aims to find out: 1.) what is the implementation process in strengthening the character values ​​of discipline and social care through extracurricular activities of the Youth Red Cross at SMAN 4 Bima City, 2.) Inhibiting and supporting factors for strengthening the character values ​​of discipline and social care through Palang extracurricular activities Red Youth at SMAN 4 Bima City. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Then the data that has been collected is analyzed through data reduction steps, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the process of implementing PMR extracurricular activities in strengthening the character values ​​of discipline and social care is carried out through 1.) Routine training activities carried out in the afternoon twice a week, 2.) Relief activities, fundraising, blood donation activities and humanitarian activities other. The inhibiting factors in strengthening discipline and social awareness are: 1.) Student readiness, 2.) time, 3.) Student emotions are not yet stable, 4.) time for implementing work program activities, 5.) parental support. And the supporting factors in strengthening discipline and social awareness are: 1.) student interest, 2.) support from the school, 3.) Availability of facilities and infrastructure in PMR activities, 4.) Students, as a role in PMR activities 5. ) Activities programmed by the organization
