Application of computer modeling in complex software DEFORM for the analysis of the stress-strain state of steel in the cooling process
Целью данной работы является осуществление научно обоснованного выбора режима термообработки высокопрочной муфтовой заготовки с учетом результатов компьютерного моделирования фазовых превращений и напряженно-деформированного состояния, формирующегося в процессе термической обработки. В ходе работы выполнена оценка остаточных напряжений, формирующихся при различных режимах закалки, позволяющая уточнить технологические параметры термической обработки, для обеспечения требуемого комплекса свойств. Показано, что хотя изотермическая закалка и позволяет придать материалу достаточно высокий комплекс свойств, но трудности реализации такого способа обработки для труб нефтегазового сортамента не позволяют признать его перспективным на современном этапе развития техники и технологии.
Annotation.The purpose of this work is implementation of a scientific and reasonable choice of conditions of heat treatment of high-strength socket blank taking into account results of computer modeling of phase transformations and stressedly-deformed condition which is forming during heat treatment. During work the assessment of the residual tension which is forming at various conditions of quenching, allowing to specify technological parameters of heat treatment, for providing a demanded complex of properties is executed. It is shown that though isothermal quenching allows to give to a material rather high complex of properties, but difficulty of realization of such way of processing for pipes of an oil and gas assortment doesn't allow to recognize it perspective at the present stage of development of equipment and technology.Программа развития УрФУ на 2013 год (п.1.2.2.3
Internal structures and mechanical properties of magnetic gels and suspensions
We present results of theoretical and computer study of linear chain-like and complicated labyrinth structures in magnetic gels and suspensions as well as effect of these internal structures on macroscopic elastic properties of the composites. Our results show that at a certain threshold deformation, the structures experience a rupture which provokes a fall down of the macroscopic elastic stress, induced by the deformation. This effect is detected for both shear and tensile deformations. The results of calculations are compared with experimental data's. ©2020 Andrey Zubarev et al., published by De Gruyter
Effect of electric field on the photoluminescence of polymer-inorganic nanoparticles composites
We report on the effect of electric field on the photoluminescence, PL, from
a composite consisting of a conjugated polymer mixed with zinc oxide
nanoparticles. We have found that in the absence of electric field PL emission
from the composite film has two maxima in the blue and green-yellow regions.
Application of a voltage bias to planar gold electrodes suppresses the
green-yellow emission and shifts the only PL emission maximum towards the blue
region. Current-voltage characteristics of the polymer-nanoparticles composite
exhibit the non-linear behavior typical of non-homogeneous polymer-inorganic
structures. Generation of excited states in the composite structure implies the
presence of several radiative recombination mechanisms including formation of
polymer-nanoparticle complexes including exciplex states and charge transfer
between the polymer and nanoparticle that can be controlled by an electric

Magnetorheological effect of magnetoactive elastomer with a permalloy filler
Within the frames of this study, the synthesis of a permalloy to be used as a filler for magnetoactive and magnetorheological elastomers (MAEs and MREs) was carried out. By means of the mechanochemical method, an alloy with the composition 75 wt.% of Fe and 25 wt.% of Ni was obtained. The powder of the product was utilized in the synthesis of MAEs. Study of the magnetorheological (MR) properties of the elastomer showed that in a ~400 mT magnetic field the shear modulus of the MAE increased by a factor of ~200, exhibiting an absolute value of ~8 MPa. Furthermore, we obtained experimentally a relative high loss factor for the studied composite; this relates to the size and morphology of the synthesized powder. The composite with such properties is a very perspective material for magnetocontrollable damping devices. Under the action of an external magnetic field, chain-like structures are formed inside the elastomeric matrix, which is the main determining factor for obtaining a high MR effect. The effect of chain-like structures formation is most pronounced in the region of small strains, since structures are partially destroyed at large strains. A proposed theoretical model based on chain formation sufficiently well describes the experimentally observed MR effect. The peculiarity of the model is that chains of aggregates of particles, instead of individual particles, are considered. © 2020 by the authors. 2-Hydroxypropyl derivatives of 1,2,3-thiadiazole and 1,2,3-triazole: Synthesis and antifungal activity
A series of novel 5-(2-hydroxypropyl)amino-1,2,3-thiadiazole and 5-(2-hydroxy - propyl)sulfanyl-1,2,3-triazole derivatives were designed and synthesized as candidate fungicides. The new compounds were identified by NMR and IR spectroscopy, mass spectro metry, and elemental analysis. Nonlinear theory of macroscopic flow induced in a drop of ferrofluid
We present results of theoretical modelling of macroscopic circulating flow induced in a cloud of ferrofluid by an oscillating magnetic field. The cloud is placed in a cylindrical channel filled by a nonmagnetic liquid. The aim of this work is the development of a scientific basis for a progressive method of addressing drug delivery to thrombus clots in blood vessels with the help of the magnetically induced circulation flow. Our results show that the oscillating field can induce, inside and near the cloud, specific circulating flows with the velocity amplitude about several millimetres per second. These flows can significantly increase the rate of transport of the molecular non-magnetic impurity in the channel. The article is devoted to the formation of the original database and the justification of forecasting techniques for average monthly gross wages and salaries of employees at the regional level of the Russian Federation. The conceptual basis of the proposed approach in the article is a method of calculating the average monthly gross wages and salaries of employees in organizations, individual entrepreneurs and natural persons, introduced into the practice by the Federal State Statistics Service, in April 2016.Particular attention is given to forecast evaluation of wages in the formal and informal sectors of the economy based on the aggregation of different sources of information: statistical reporting and results of the federal sample surveys. The practical significance of the proposed algorithm is in its approbation on real statistical data for the Russian Federation and the city of Moscow.В статье изложены вопросы формирования исходной информационно-статистической базы, необходимой для расчета показателя среднемесячной заработной платы, и обосновываются методические приемы прогнозирования этого показателя на уровне субъектов Российской Федерации. В качестве концептуальной основы авторы предлагают использовать методику расчета среднемесячной номинальной начисленной заработной платы наемных работников в организациях, у индивидуальных предпринимателей и физических лиц, введенную в практику работы Росстата в апреле 2016 г.Особое внимание в публикации уделено решению вопросов прогнозной оценки заработной платы применительно к формальному и неформальному секторам экономики на основе агрегирования различных по охвату экономических единиц рассматриваемой статистической совокупности и степени статистической надежности источников информации: статистической отчетности и выборочных обследований.
