    Brief Overview of Service Animals and the Laws in Vermont

    Very few people are well versed in the various recommendations, laws, and rights of various types of assistance animals. This problem becomes more apparent as you look into the healthcare system where you see clinicians, other healthcare workers, and hospital systems struggling to navigate this field, especially in regards to their patients.     U radu se govori o konkretnom iskustvu odgojiteljice, koja je željela nastavni prostor djece u vrtiću premjestiti iz igraonice u šumu. Šuma je bila nadohvat ruke, stoga je došla na ideju širenja i obogaćivanja poticajnog prostora za učenje. Reorganizacija se provodila postupno, prvo je odgojiteljica s djecom razgovarala o reorganizaciji prostora za učenje. Zajedno su pripremili plan kako započeti i zabilježili ključne točke na plakatu. Kroz objašnjenje i razgovor, odgojiteljica je navela djecu da uključe postupnu pripremu, upućivanje i usvajanje novog poticajnog okruženja za učenje. Točke su bile sljedeće: posjet šumi najmanje 3 puta tjedno, uređenje prirodnog, šumskog kutka u matičnoj skupini, nakupljanje prirodnih materijala za šumski kutak u igraonici (dijete donosi materijal koji su on i roditelji nakupili u šumi) i uređenje igrališta u šumi, u takozvanoj šumovitoj igraonici

    Soursop leaves can be used as a drug hypercholesterolemia. Simvastatin is one of the drugs that can be used to lower total cholesterol and LDL. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of combination therapy EEDS and simvastatin in inhibiting elevated levels of total cholesterol and LDL induced rats a high-fat feed when compared with simvastatin alone or single EEDS. This study is experimental with post-test only control group design. Using the test animals were 30 male rats Wistar strain were divided into 6 groups. Test animals fed a high-fat twice daily for 14 days except for the normal control group, the test preparation administration once a day for 5 days. Measurement of total cholesterol using the reagent kit CHOD-PAP and LDL measurement method Direct Enzymatic Colorimetric Test with a spectrophotometer UV-Visibel. Data were statistically analyzed by One Way Anova followed by Tukey test. The results showed that administration of EEDS can inhibit LDL levels induced rats a high-fat feed. eeds combination and simvastatin can inhibit the increase in total and LDL cholesterol levels did not differ significan (p> 0.05), which means it has the same ability in lowering total cholesterol and LDL induced rats a high-fat feed simvastatin compared with administration of single and single EEDS

In 2013, the European gonococcal population was characterised genomically for the first time. We describe the European gonococcal population in 2018 and identify emerging or vanishing lineages associated with AMR and epidemiological characteristics of patients, to elucidate recent changes in AMR and gonorrhoea epidemiology in Europe. Methods: We did WGS on 2375 gonococcal isolates from 2018 (mainly Sept 1-Nov 30) in 26 EU and EEA countries. Molecular typing and AMR determinants were extracted from quality-checked genomic data. Association analyses identified links between genomic lineages, AMR, and epidemiological data. Findings: Azithromycin-resistant N gonorrhoeae (8·0% [191/2375] in 2018) is rising in Europe due to the introduction or emergence and subsequent expansion of a novel N gonorrhoeae multi-antigen sequence typing (NG-MAST) genogroup, G12302 (132 [5·6%] of 2375; N gonorrhoeae sequence typing for antimicrobial resistance [NG-STAR] clonal complex [CC]168/63), carrying a mosaic mtrR promoter and mtrD sequence and found in 24 countries in 2018. CC63 was associated with pharyngeal infections in men who have sex with men. Susceptibility to ceftriaxone and cefixime is increasing, as the resistance-associated lineage, NG-MAST G1407 (51 [2·1%] of 2375), is progressively vanishing since 2009-10. Interpretation: Enhanced gonococcal AMR surveillance is imperative worldwide. WGS, linked to epidemiological and AMR data, is essential to elucidate the dynamics in gonorrhoea epidemiology and gonococcal populations as well as to predict AMR. When feasible, WGS should supplement the national and international AMR surveillance programmes to elucidate AMR changes over time. In the EU and EEA, increasing low-level azithromycin resistance could threaten the recommended ceftriaxone-azithromycin dual therapy, and an evidence-based clinical azithromycin resistance breakpoint is needed.     Za vsako organizacijo je v času hitrih sprememb dobro, da svoje zaposlene pozna, jih pravilno motivira, da s svojim znanjem ter znanjem, ki ga pridobivajo v času dodatnih izobraževanj na delovnem mestu, zagotovijo boljšo uspešnost in konkurenčnost podjetja. V diplomskem delu smo predstavili motivacijo za izobraževanje v podjetju Ržišnik Perc d.o.o. V uvodnem delu smo predstavili namen in metodologijo diplomskega dela ter opisali podjetje Ržišnik Perc ter njihovo strukturo zaposlenih. V teoretičnem delu smo se osredotočili na obstoječo literaturo in predstavili pojma motivacije in izobraževanja ter ostalih pojmov, povezanih z njima. V empiričnem delu pa smo se posvetili raziskavi. V podjetju smo izvedli anketo ter rezultate grafično in tekstovno razložili. Postavili smo si raziskovalna vprašanja, na njih odgovorili na podlagi analize anketnega vprašalnika ter podjetju ponudili predloge izboljšav.In times of rapid change, every organisation needs to know its employees and motivate them in a way that they enhance the success and competitiveness of the company through knowledge and other skills they acquire during additional training in the workplace. The thesis deals with motivation for education in the company Ržišnik Perc d.o.o. The introductory part outlines the purpose and methodology and describes the company and its employee structure. The theoretical part focuses on relevant literature to present motivation, education and other related notions. As for the empirical part, it is based on a research, i.e. a survey which was explained and then presented with charts. Moreover, it provides answers to the research questions after analysing the survey questionnaire and proposes improvements for the company

    Opportunity analysis for the implementation of a manufacturing information system

    V magistrski nalogi smo raziskali, kako v izbranem proizvodnem podjetju s pomočjo poslovne programske rešitve SISTEM8 obvladujemo in spremljamo proizvodni proces. Raziskali smo proizvodni informacijski sistem, njegov razvoj in kako pripomore k planiranju in spremljanju proizvodnje. Pri anonimnem podjetju smo izvedli raziskavo, analizirali proizvodni proces in z izbranim informacijskim sistemom SISTEM8 simulirali postopek obvladovanja, planiranja in terminiranja proizvodnje. Namen naloge je bil prikazati, katere podatke podjetje potrebuje za optimalno in učinkovito obvladovanje proizvodnjih kapacitet. Namen je bil tudi izvesti SWOT analizo za podjetje, ki se želi pripraviti na implementacijo informacijskega sistema za podporo proizvodnji. Pri izvedeni analizi smo podjetju predstavili tudi dobljene rezultate ter podali strokovno mnenje in priporočilo o ustreznosti programskega paketa SISTEM8. Definirali zahteve, ki jih proizvodno podjetje mora izpolnjevati za učinkovito delovanje informacijskega sistema SISTEM8. Usmerili smo se v proces obvladovanja kapacitet in proučili, ali bi uvedena programska podpora lahko predstavljala učinkovito orodje planerjev za planiranje in obvladovanje kapacitet. Predvsem smo se osredotočili na problem obvladovanja sprememb v proizvodnji, ki je stalnica v proizvodnem procesu. Učinkovito razvrščanje dela v proizvodnji (optimizacija proizvodnje) je namreč ključen dejavnik zniževanja stroškov v proizvodnem podjetju, s tem pa ustvarjanja konkurenčne prednosti pred sorodnimi podjetji. SISTEM8 nam je pokazal učinkovito razvrščanje dela po proizvodnji in optimalno zapolnil vse možne kapacitete strojev. S tem ko smo zmanjšali zastoje v proizvodnji, se je povečala produktivnost proizvodnje.In the master\u27s thesis, we researched how we manage and monitor the production process in a selected manufacturing company with the help of the SISTEM8 business software solution. We researched the production information system, their development and how they help to schedule and monitor production. We conducted a survey at an anonymous company, analyzed the production process and simulated the process of production management, planning and scheduling with the selected SISTEM8 information system. The purpose of the task was to show what data the company needs for optimal and efficient managing of production capacity and to perform a SWOT analysis for a company that wants to prepare for the implementation of an information system to support production. In the performed analysis, we also presented the obtained results of the company and gave an expert opinion and a recommendation on the suitability of the SISTEM8 software package. Define the requirements that the production company must meet for the efficient operation of the SISTEM8 information system8. We focused on the capacity management process and examined whether the introduced software could be an effective tool for planners to schedule and manage production capacity. Above all, we focused on the problem of managing changes in production, which are a constant in the production process. Effective classification of work in production (optimization of production) is a key factor in reducing costs in a manufacturing company, and thus creating a competitive advantage over related companies. SISTEM8 showed us the efficient classification of work by production and optimally filled all possible machine capacities. By reducing production congestion, production productivity has been increased
