    Klasifikasi Micro-Expressions Wajah Berbasis Subpixel Subtle Motion Estimation Menggunakan Multilayer Perceptron

    Komunikasi antar individu satu dengan individu lainnya dapat disampaikan berbeda-beda, tidak hanya melalui lisan, tulisan, dan gerakan tubuh seseorang. Komunikasi ini juga dapat disampaikan melalui emosi dasar yang dirasakan oleh seseorang melalui ekspresi wajah yang telihat. Ekspresi wajah yang ditampilkan sebagai bentuk ungkapan emosi dapat terlihat secara singkat atau cepat yang dikenal sebagai micro-exspressions. Pergerakan ekspresi wajah mikro yang halus dari setiap perubahan, membuat banyak orang masih sulit untuk mengetahui dan mengenali emosi yang terjadi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengusulkan untuk pengenalan mikro-ekspresi dengan memperkirakan gerak halus (subtle motion) disetiap frame berdasarkan Onset, Apex, dan Offset-Frame dengan akurasi subpixel untuk fitur yang akan dikenali berbasis kombinasi Block Matching Algorithm (BMA) dengan pendekatan Deret Taylor. Metode klasifikasi yang digunakan Multilayer Perceptron dengan hasil kinerja akurasi terbaik 82.08955% pada dataset CASMEII dan 52.0608% pada dataset SMIC. ==================================================================================================== Communication between one individual and another can be delivered in different ways, not only through speech, writing and body motions. Communication can also be delivered through basic emotions one feels through visible facial expressions. Facial expressions displayed in the forms of emotional expressions can be demonstrated briefly or quickly, which is known as micro-expression. The subtle motion of micro facial expression in every change makes many people find it difficult to identify and recognize the ongoing emotion. Therefore, this research proposes the recognition of micro-expression emotion by estimating subtle motion in every frame based on subpixel Onset, Apex and Offset-frame for features are identified using Block Matching Algorithm (BMA) combination with Taylor Series Approximation. Classification method used Multilayer Perceptron with best accuracy result 82.08955% of CASMEII dataset and 52.0608% of SMIC dataset

    IMPLEMENTASI DAN EVALUASI APLIKASI SCREENING ANEMIA SYSTEM SEBAGAI UPAYA PENCEGAHAN TERHADAP FAKTOR RESIKO ANEMIA PADA REMAJA

    One of the cases that need to be considered to realize the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) program is addressing the nutritional needs of adolescent girls, including the prevention of anemia in adolescents. Risk factors for anemia in adolescents can provide problems for adolescent health. One of the prevention efforts can be done by implementing an application on an Android-based smart phone. The activity was carried out as an effort to prevent entry into the community service program. The application implemented is the Screening anemia system (SAS). Applications can be downloaded at Playstore. The results of the monitoring and evaluation of SAS applications showed an increase of 43.13% for answers stating indicators of knowledge and usefulness of applications that have been implemented. The results of the initial evaluation before implementation was 27.96% of respondents knew and 71.09% did not know.     ALTITUDE OPTIMIZATION USING ULTRASONIC SENSORS OF UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE FOR FOLIAR FERTILIZER

    Flights Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) really require altitude position. The altitude position of the UAV is used to measure the distance between the UAV when flying with ground. In UAV system are there are two modes of altitude position, absolute height and relative height. In previous research, precision farming uses unmanned aerial vehicles for foliar farming. The research has recommended the best spraying at an altitude of 1.5 meters of plants, but there are problems that UAVs are difficult to maintain a stable height of terrain in agricultural lands by plants. This research will optimize the height of UAV for foliar fertilizer using ultrasonic sensors. UAVs for foliar fertilizer use low flights because they have to be a few meters above the agricultural land. The ultrasonic sensor works well at a distance of 24 cm to 700 cm above the terrain, so it can be used as a sensor in the UAV for foliar fertilizer. The agricultural land used in this research is corn plant in politeknik negeri jember area. The process of this research is by building a UAV without carrying the load of foliar fertilizer. The results of altitude visualization graph    show that experiments with ultrasonic sensors produce smoother graphs. Ultrasonic sensor data produces waves with a lot of noise, this can be caused by ultrasonic waves emitted bouncing with the leaves of corn plants

    Semua orang pasti pernah mengalami dehidrasi. Dehidrasi merupakan keadaan dimana tubuh melepas lebih banyak cairan dan cairan yang ada di dalam tubuh mengalami deficit, sehingga keseimbangan cairan di dalam tubuh terganggu. Jika tubuh mengalamai hal tersebut maka kinerja organ-organ di dalam tubuh terganggu. Salah satu cara mudah untuk mengetahui kondisi dehidrasi pada tubuh adalah dengan urine. Urine dapat diamati dengan kasat mata, tetapi vision manusia juga memiliki keterbatasan. Keterbatasan tersebut dikarenakan adanya perbedaan asumsi setiap vision manusia dalam menerjemahkan warna. Oleh karena itu maka diperlukan sebuah alat untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan warna urine manusia sebagai parameter, karena urine dapat digunakan sebagai tolak ukur jumlah cairan di dalam tubuh manusia. Pengamatan menggunakan panca indera manusia dapat digantikan dengan pengambilan citra urine tersebut dengan menggunakan kamera. Citra urine kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam aplikasi yang selanjutnya akan keluar nilai RGB & YCbCr. Nilai tersebut digunakan untuk menentukan apakah urine terssebut terhidrasi atau dehidrasi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan mengambil 20 sampel urine untuk mengetahui tingkat akurasi dan eror pada aplikasi

    The Implementation of Smart Application System for Early Detection of Stunting as a Solution to Nutritional Problems Based on Anthropometry Standards

    Stunting is a nutritional status determined by the PB/U or TB/U index. These measurements fall within the threshold (Z-Score) <-2 SD to -3 SD (short/stunted) and <-3 SD (highly short). Per the 2024 target established by the president, the frequency of stunting can be reduced to 14%. It has been demonstrated that there are still dietary disorders, particularly in the vulnerable age group, namely toddlers in Kemuning Lor Village. In 2018, there were still 33 toddlers with nutritional status disorders, including 24 toddlers (19.7%) with overnutrition, 5 toddlers (4.1%) with undernutrition, and 4 toddlers (3.2%) with malnutrition. Smart Systems is a subfield of Computer Science that focuses on developing competent methods inspired by natural events to address various complicated problems in the real world, including the health realm; early detection of stunting.     Unfavorable environmental conditions, economic factors and public health behavior are still bad, causing the number of cases of morbidity caused by tropical diseases is still high. Health agency programs in preventing and eradicating disease will be very effective when receiving support from an information system to review the spread of disease. Referring from 2015 East Java Health Profile, the highest AKI in 2015 was in Bondowoso with 188 per 100,000 live births or as many as 19 people. The types of diseases with the highest number of patients were acute upper respiratory tract infections reaching 31,457 patients. The Geographical Information System for Mapping the Spread of ISPA, Asthma and Hypertension in Bondowoso Regency was prepared using the Google Fusion Table (GFT). This system can be accessed quickly, easily, requires an internet network and can provide information on mapping the spread of ISPA, asthma and hypertension in the Bondowoso area. The map on the system is able to display information including sub-district names, number of cases, number of cases ISPA, Asthma, and Hypertension specifically year 2012 and 2013. This system uses polygon features to mark sub-districts with different colors according to the number of cases.     Comparison of Mother’s and Toddler’s Characteristics Based On The Nutritional Status of The Toddler

    Nutritional status in toddlers is one of the indicators used to describe the quality of toddler health. Toddlers’ nutritional status is interpreted based on some indices, namely weight for age, length/height for age, and weight for length/height Z-score. The nutritional status of toddlers is affected by various factors, both maternal and child factors. Anaemia and chronic energy deficiency during pregnancy affect a toddler’s nutrition status. Birth weight, exclusive breastfeeding, and complementary food may result in a toddler’s nutrition status as well. This study aims to compare the mother’s and toddler’s characteristics based on the nutritional status of the toddler. This was an observational analytical cross-sectional study. All data for the analysis of this paper were obtained from observations of the toddlers, interviews with mothers, and recorded data from KIA book. Toddlers’ weight and length/height were measured when the subject came to Posyandu. Questions about exclusive breastfeeding and complementary food were asked of mothers. Information about anaemia and chronic energy deficiency status was obtained from KIA book. This study used chi-square test to finds evidence that, on 88 subjects, there is no difference in anaemia and chronic energy deficiency during pregnancy, birth weight, exclusive breastfeeding, and complementary food among all nutritional status indices

    The information system is made based on problems in recording the implementation of loans, returningmedical records. This computerized information system where in the borrowing and returning of medicalrecords is no longer manual. The purpose of this information system is to facilitate officers in recording,borrowing, returning, controlling and controlling medical records. The borrowing and return of medical recordsmust be controlled properly to reduce duplication of medical record numbers and delays in medical recorddocuments. Qualitative research using documentation data collection methods and interviews at theBanjarsengon Health Center in Jember. The method used in this research is the 2011 somerviel waterfallmethod. The steps taken are requirements analysis, system design, program code writing, and programtesting. The design of this information system uses flowchart design, context diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams(DFD), and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) then the design results are implemented into a visual basicprogramming language using Miscrosoft Visual Studio 2010. The results of this study are lending informationsystems. and return of medical record documents. This information system is equipped with a warning alert asa notification that medical record documents borrowed by POLI to be returned immediately, can help ease theworkload of filing officers by minimizing the number of delays in medical record documents and duplication ofmedical record documents

    Implementation of Nutritional Status Information System in Improving NCC Services

    Managing data in health services is of course very complicated and requires a lot of time. Information systems in health services provide efficient benefits. The service and reporting process at the NCC is considered to be still not optimal. The impact of patient visits is still minimal and does not attract the attention of consumers. The aim of this research is to create a web-based service system at NCC. The method used is the System Development Life Cycle system development. The results of the planning found that NCC provided one of the services handled by nutritionists regarding calculating children's nutritional status based on anthropometric standards. The system analysis is divided into 2, namely functional requirements and non-functional requirements. In system design, a system flowchart, context diagram and data flow diagram are obtained. At the system implementation stage, the user has tested it using a black box test with satisfactory result

    Digital Marketing Prototype of Electronic Growth Chart (e-KMS)

    Currently, Indonesia is facing serious Multiple Nutritional Problems (MGG) with 30.8% stunting and 35.4% obesity rates. The Healthy Growth Card (KMS) serves as an instrument for growth monitoring, particularly related to nutritional status. Growth disturbances, such as malnutrition due to both nutritional deficiencies and excesses, can be detected early by plotting weight on the KMS. Websites are a form of internet marketing and an effective part of digital marketing for disseminating information and promoting products. This research aims to create a prototype for digital marketing electronic Growth Chart (e-KMS). The research employs the software system development method using the Prototype model. The prototype is designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and case tools. The digital marketing prototype is a website-based platform with capabilities for promoting and registering online at the Polytechnic Institute of Jember (Polije) Daycare, as well as serving as a Communication Information and Education (CIE) medium for assessing and monitoring the nutritional status of children in the form of e-KMS. Program coding is needed to make the prototype usable as a digital marketing tool for e-KMS, enabling the monitoring of children's growth to be implemented in childcare institutions
