    This study analyzes the influence of factors that affect the purchasing decision via the internet at Online stores. The development of rapid information technologies including the internet brings great impact for all aspects, no exception to business and marketing world. This is no surprise given the number of internet users continues to grow by leaps and bounds can be a potential market to enter the business. On the other hand, the practice of e-commerce and e-business turned out to have a lot of advantages both for companies or consumers. The purpose of this research is to know the existence of the program via E-mail advertising, marketing and consumer confidence as well as information processing to its influence on the decision to purchase products on sale in the Online store.     Bagi setiap perusahaan, media periklanan melalui internet di Indonesia merupakan peluang sekaligus tantangan yang harus dihadapi dalam menjalankan kegiatan dan operasional mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampat pelaksanaan program periklanan di internet dan pemasaran melalui e-mail terhadap pemrosesan informasi dan keputusan pembelian oleh konsumen. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembelian bagi pengguna internet di pengaruhi dari variabel periklanan di internet, pemasaran melalui e-mail, melalui tahap pemrosesan informasi. Walupun pada variabel periklanan hanya sebagia kecil pengaruhnya, tetapi masih dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian bagi pengguna internet. Karena keputusan pembelian tidak hanya di dasarkan pada program periklanan di internet dan pemsaran melalui e-mail saja, tetapi bisa dari faktor lain diluar variabel tersebut yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan program periklanan produk di internet dan pemasaran produk PT. San Miguel Indonesia melalui e-mail terhadap pemprosesan informasi pengguna internet dan implikasinya terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dilakukan pengguna internet. Dimana Intrument dari penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh tersebut, maka dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji P-Plot, uji korelasi dan regresi. Analisis statistik menunjukan bahwa pemprosesan informasi konsumen dipengaruhi oleh program periklanan melalui internet dan pemasaran melelui e-mail. Hasil analisis juga menunjukan bahwa keputusan membeli pengguna internet tidak dipengaruhi oleh program periklanan, tetapi dipengaruhi oleh pemprosesan informasi dan pemasaran melalui e-mail

    Madrasah action research is one of the efforts of the madrasa / Madrasah head in improving the system and learning tools to achieve optimal learning outcomes by teachers who have high competence. This study aims to determine the implementation and results achieved in academic supervision to improve teacher competency in MIN 1 Gunungkidul. The objects in this study were 12 class teachers and 1 PAI teacher. The methodology used is the academic supervision and approaches implemented in two cycles, with each cycle is carried out in four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in teacher competence from the results of academic supervision of 13 teachers who were the object of research experiencing increased ability to plan and implement learning. The following capabilities characterize competency enhancement: 1) making lesson plans that are by the rules of curriculum 013, 2) implementing the learning process by the syllabus and lesson plans, and 3) implementing the assessment by the assessment standards

Proses produksi agrobisnis masih menggunakan peralatan tradisional sehingga sangat sulit untuk bisa mampu bersaing dengan industry pengolahan lainnya, sehingga nilai tambah yang diciptakan oleh UKM di bidang agrobisnis masih relatif rendah. Dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi, perusahaan dituntut untuk dapat mengikuti perkembangan zaman agar tidak tertinggal dengan yang lainnya. Tujuan pengkajian ini pada usaha kecil menengah di kawasan andalan Jawa Barat adalah mengetahui jenis teknologi yang sudah dan belum digunakan dalam mengembangkan komoditi unggulan agrobisnis di wilayah kawasan andalan Jawa Barat. Dan keterkaitan penerapan teknologi tepat guna dalam mengembangkan komoditi unggulan agrobisnis di Jawa Barat.     Human rights conditions still have not significant progress yet. It will be shown in the absence of serious measures and well-planned by the government for the fulfillment of human rights both in the field of economic, social and cultural as well as in the field of civil and political rights. This research was conducted to describe the problems as follows: (1) How is the process of formulating the values of human rights in the draft of local regulations?, and (2) What is the impact of local regulations in the fulfillment of ESC rights of citizens? The aims of the study are: identify and assess the process of formulating the values of human rights in the draft regulations, and the impact of local regulations in the fulfillment of ESC rights. This is a normative legal research, its find the truth based on the logic of the legal thougth. The analysis conducted on the laws and regulations, which its containing norms of protection and fulfillment of ESC rights. In terms of empirical conducted to assess the impact of the local regulation on the community. The research conclusion are the Government District of Bantul have included ESC rights values into ones that are made in the period 2005-2009, although not all values can be accommodated into the local regulation.
