    Management of raw materials for the production of concentrates is the process of making cow feed, which mixes various types of raw materials. The production process of making concentrates is growing, starting with the manual system to the technology system. This final project activity enhances the ability of students to study the processing process of raw materials for making concentrates applied at PT. Fortuna Megah Perkasa, Bogor West Java. The method used in the implementation of this final project is direct practice, interviews, documentation and literature study. Concentrate production process applied at PT. Fortuna Megah Perkasa includes weighing raw materials based on the ration formulation set by the company. The first activity is weighing this raw material, namely taking raw materials in a warehouse, then weighing based on the number of rations in a single production process. The second activity is to enter the raw material that has been weighed into the mixer, after the extraction process is complete, the concentrates are packed in sacks with the weight per sack of 30 kg, after packaging the concentrate is stored in a designated place

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the learning from home (BDR) process during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 2 Sindang Indramayu Regency. This study used a combination method (mixed methods). The data collection technique used is questionnaires that are given to students once a month. The subject of this study is a student of SMP Negeri 2 Sindang Indramayu Regency. Based on the results of the study, in general, the implementation of learning from home (BDR) in students of SMP Negeri 2 Sindang Indramayu Regency runs quite effectively with a percentage of 60-79%. The implementation of learning from home has less good effectiveness in the difficulty of understanding subjects, materials, and evaluation processes. Recommended in learning from home (BDR), teachers are required to be able to design learning activities from planning to evaluation in a simpler, creative and effective way

    This article discusses an Indonesian interpretation of Islam, focusing on the popular concept of Islam Nusantara, the archipelagic Islam. It delves into the account what is Islam Nusantara and the underlying characteristic of the concept. As this article argues, Islam Nusantara reserves as a particular Islamic thought and method. Islam Nusantara is indeed an Indonesian interpretation of Islam that emphasizes on Islam as a cultural phenomenon thus inviting the understanding of religion through a cultural approach. This cultural approach demands pluralities and wasathiyah (moderation) as a main reference for understanding religion. To do so, Islam Nusantara begs inclusive, tolerance and friendly Islamic interpretation and respects differences in terms of cultures and religions. It takes its roots at the Islamic principles of tasamuh, tawazun and iā€™tidal. Historically speaking, the Javanese nine saints, the Walisongo, is a paradigmatic example in the early Islamic proselytization as translating Islam through cultural fields

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk kosakata dasar bahasa Indonesia pada anak usia dini dalam kegiatan belajar sambil bermain di Play Group ā€œAlam Mataharikuā€ Embarkasi, Gagaksipat, Ngemplak, Boyolali. Untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemerolehan kosakata dasar bahasa Indonesia pada anak usia dini dalam kegiatan belajar sambil bermain di Play Group ā€œAlam Mataharikuā€ Embarkasi, Gagaksipat, Ngemplak, Boyolali. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Play Group ā€œAlam Mataharikuā€. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah kata-kata siswa Play Group ā€Alam Mataharikuā€ yang ada kosakata dasarnya. Teknik penggumpulan data diambil dengan menggunakan metode observasi, tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian ini dengan cara deskriptif kualitatif terdiri dari tiga tahapan analisis, yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan data siswa dari siklus I sampai dengan siklus III dilengkapi dengan analisis hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa dapat menguasai bentuk fonologi yakni pelafalan konsonan [r], pelafalan konsonan [s], pengucapan konsonan velar [g], dan pengucapan konsonan ringan [p]. Selain bentuk fonologi, juga menguasai bentuk morfologi yakni kata benda (nominal), kata kerja (verba), kata sifat (adjektiva) dan Numeralia. Beberapa kelas kata, antara lain: verba, adjektiva, nomina, numeralia, adverbia, interogativa, kata fatis, interjeksi, dan pertindih kelas. Pola-pola kalimat yang berhasil dibangun Laura yaitu rangkaian kata benda dengan kata benda (KB-KB), kata benda dengan kata sifat (KB-KS), kata benda dengan kata kerja (KB-KK), dan kata benda dengan adverbia (KB-Adverbia)

    Islam Nusantara is a model of thought, comprehension, and implementation of Islamic teachings covered by culture and tradition developed in Southeast Asia (the scope of which is limited to Indonesia), that reflects Islamic identity with methodological nuance. The identity has various and controversial responses when it is socialized among Moslem because Islam is one, namely, Islam taught by prophet Muhammad. Otherwise, the majority of Islamic scholars accepted Islam Nusantara. That Islam is one is substantively true, but it expressed widely including Islam Nusantara. Islam is presented (thought, comprehended, and implemented) through cultural approach. The result leads to the thinking model, comprehending, and implementing Islamic teachings which are harmonious, moderate, inclusive, tolerant, peaceful, and multicultural based. The diverse Islamic thought is caused by local culture, especially Javanese culture, or called cultural acculturation. The Indonesian Islam can be a role model. It brings peaceful and harmonious messages, so it could be socialized Internationally and replaced misleading opinion that Islam is full of violence

    The Dynamic of Islamic Theology in Indonesia

    Classic Islamic theologies which focus on the study of monotheism, God\u27s substances, characteristics, justice, promises and threats, throne, iman, kufr, fasiq, and shirk are believed to be in its stagnancy. Since they are theocentric-oriented, they cannot appropriately solve contemporary problems. They are dominated by some political interests, so that they become more subjective. Therefore, it is essential to establish a more grounded soluble theo-anthropocentric-oriented theology which can thoroughly solve social problems. Indonesian Islamic Scholars offer fifteen theological varieties, namely, rational theology, transformative theology, pluralism theology, harmony theology, renewal theology, dynamic theology, social theology, Islamic contemporary theology, applied theology, oppressed group theology, negative theology, Islamic political theology, economical theology, educational theology, and reading theology. Indeed, two significant notices can be revealed. First, some new theological varieties-Abdurrahman\u27s transformative theology and Madjid\u27s pluralism theology are introduced but they are implicitly written in title of their works. Second, some theological formulations criticize the former theologies, Indonesian Muslim\u27s life, and conventional economic conditions which bring about more striking theological formulations

    ABSTRAK Banyak masalah mutu yang dihadapi dalam dunia pendidikan, seperti mutululusan, mutu pengajaran, bimbingan dan latihan dari guru, serta mutu profesionalisme dan kinerja guru. Mutu-mutu tersebut terkait dengan mutu manajerial para pemimpin pendidikan, keterbatasan dana, sarana dan prasarana, fasilitas pendidikan, media sumber belajar, alat dan bahan latihan, iklim sekolah, lingkungan pendidikan, serta dukungan dari pihak-pihak yang terkait dengan pendidikan. Semua kelemahan mutu dari komponen-komponen pendidikan tersebut berujung pada rendahnya lulusan. Oleh karena itu kepala madrasah harus mempunyai strategi untuk kemajuan madrasah dengan cara meningkatkan mutu guru khususnya mutu guru agama Islam yang menjadikan peserta didik lebih baik, khususnya dalam kualitas dan juga kuantitas pendidikan sehingga mampu bersaing dengan dunia pendidikan nasional dalam mencapai target pendidikan yang sesuai dengan perubahan zaman tanpa menghilangkan nilai-nilai keimanan dan ketaqwaan serta didukung oleh unsur-unsur tenaga pendidik yang profesional. Penulis formulasikan dalam rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana pandangan kepala madrasah tentang mutu guru agama Islam di MTs Negeri Tumpang? (2) Bagaimana strategi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan mutu guru agama Islam di MTs Negeri Tumpang? (3) Bagaimana strategi kepala madrasah dalam mempertahankan mutu guru agama Islam di MTs Negeri Tumpang dimasa yang akan datang? Untuk itu perlu mengkaji kembali strategi yang digunakan oleh kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan mutu guru agama Islam sehingga dapat mengembangkan kemampuan guru agama Islam lebih profesional dalam bidangnya. Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa strategi kepala madrasah tersebut. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Yang berasal dari naskah wawancara, catatan lapangan, foto, dokumen pribadi, catatan/memo, dokumen resmi atau pun data-data yang tertulis. Dari penelitian ini peneliti mendapatkan catatan secara tertulis yang langsung didapat dari kepala madrasah. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: strategi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan mutu guru agama Islamdi MTs Negeri Tumpang adalah dengan mengadakan MGMP (Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran) pada tingkat Madrasah Tsanawiyah, mengikuti penataran atau diklat, workshop, baik dalam kota atau pun luar kota, serta adanya kumpulan guru agama Islam di MTs Negeri Tumpang. xvii Strategi kepala MTs negeri Tumpang dalam mempertahankan mutu guru agama Islam adalah dengan menumbuhkan keyakinan dan menyadarkan bahwa tugas guru adalah sebagai pengajar sekaligus pendidik yaitu namanya pendidik terutama adalah masalah akhlak dan ibadah. Kemudian yang kedua sering kali mengadakan workshop atau pelatihan-pelatihan dan adanya menjalin kerjasama yang bagus diantara beberapa guru terutama guru agama Islam dengan memberikan wadah yaitu MGMP. Dengan adanya program MGMP yang dibuat oleh kepala madrasah di Sub Rayon MTs Negeri Tumpang, juga lebih memudahkan para guru dalam mengadakan rapat untuk memecahkan masalah yang ada pada diri setiap guru atau masalah dalam pengajaran dan ditunjang dengan fasilitas memadai yang dapat digunakan oleh setiap guru MTs Negeri Tumpang. ABSTRACT Many quality problems encountered in education, such as mutululusan, quality teaching, guidance and training of teachers, as well as professionalism and quality of teacher performance. Qualities to those associated with quality managerial education leaders, limited funds, facilities and infrastructure, educational facilities, media learning resources, tools and training materials, school climate, environment education, and support from the parties related to education. All the weaknesses of the quality of the educational components led to low graduates. Therefore, the head must have a strategy for madrasah progress by increasing the quality of teachers specifically Islamic religious teacher quality that make better learners, especially in quality and quantity of education so as to compete with the world of national education in achieving the education targets in accordance with changes times without losing the values of faith and devotion and supported by elements of professional educators. The author formulated in the formulation of the problem as follows: (1) How do the views about the quality of madrasah head teacher of Islamic religion in Overlapping MTs? (2) How chief strategy madrasah in improving the quality of teachers of Islam in Overlapping MTs? (3) How chief strategy madrasah in maintaining the quality of teachers of Islam in Overlapping MTs in the future? It is necessary to review the strategies used by the head of the madrasah in improving the quality of teachers of Islam so as to develop the ability of the Islamic religion teachers more professional in his field. This research using descriptive and qualitative approach aims to identify and analyze the chief strategy madrasah. By using descriptive method. Derived from the interview manuscripts, field notes, photographs, personal documents, notes / memos, official documents or data that is written. From this study the researchers obtain a written record obtained directly from the head of the madrasah.
