    Student achievement can be determined by the performance of professional teachers, so teachers must be able to improve their professional in responding to the challenges of the times so rapidly. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, motivation, and commitment to teacher performance at Junior High School Somba Opu Sungguminasa, Gowa District, and to find out the dominant factors influencing. The study population was all teachers at at Junior High School Somba Opu Sungguminasa, Gowa District amounting to 32 people. Because the population is small or less than 100 people, the entire population is sampled (100% sample). The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis.     The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of financial compensation on the performance of KFC Pettarani Makassar employees, the effect of non-financial compensation on the performance of KFC Pettarani Makassar employees, and the effect of financial and non-financial compensation on the performance of KFC Pettarani Makassar employees concurrently. The sample for this research consisted of 42 respondents who were randomly assigned to work at KFC Pettarani Makassar. The classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, correlation analysis, and determination are all employed in this work. The results indicate that the hypothesis of financial compensation having an effect on employee performance is accepted based on the calculated T value of 3.357, which is greater than the T table value of 1.68488; the hypothesis of non-financial compensation having an effect on employee performance is accepted based on the calculated T value of 2.619, which is greater than the T table value of 1.68488; and financial compensation and non-financial compensation both have an effect on employee performance based on the calculated T values of The correlation coefficient test indicates that financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a strong relationship with employee performance, and the determination test indicates that financial compensation and non-financial compensation account for 51.1 percent of employee performance. It is advised that more attention be paid to the supply of incentive pay, so that by providing such compensation, the organization may increase its workers' performance; also, it is determined if the distribution is regular and the quantity offered is appropriate

    The purpose of this research is to determine the financial performance of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in terms of the ratio of liquidity and profitability of own capital in 2017-2019. The liquidity ratios used in this study are the current ratio, the quick ratio, and the cash ratio. And the profitability of own capital. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, and uses the type of secondary data which is data that has been processed in the form of financial reports sourced from PT. Pajjaiang Indah which consists of a profit and loss statement and balance sheet from 2017-2019. The results of the analysis of the financial performance of PT. Pajjaiang Indah Makassar, in terms of the liquidity ratio aspect from 2017-2019, using the Current Ratio calculation, the liquidity level shows an average of 1.82 times or 182% of the standard 2 times or 200%, this means the level of liquidity at PT . Pajjaiang Indah in terms of the Current Ratio (Current Ratio) is declared illiquid. Meanwhile, in terms of the Quick Ratio aspect, it shows an average of 1.69 times or 169% from the standard 1.5 times or 150%, this means that the liquidity level of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in terms of the Quick Ratio aspect is declared liquid. And viewed from the aspect of the Cash Ratio (Cash Ratio) shows an average of 0.24 times or 24% of the standard 1 time or 100%, this means the level of liquidity of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in terms of the Cash Ratio aspect is declared illiquid. From the description of the three aspects of the liquidity ratio, it can be concluded that the level of liquidity of PT.     Salah satu yang harus dipertimbangkan rumah sakit adalah kinerja perawat. Kinerja merupakan pencapaian atau hasil secara kualitas dan kuantitas seorang karyawan atas pekerjaanya sesuai dengan arahan dan tanggung jawab yang diberikan oleh atasan. Perawat merupakan sumber daya manusia yang ikut mewarnai pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Oleh karena itu pelayanan keperawatan memberi kontribusi dalam menentukan kualitas pelayanan di rumah sakit. Perawat menghabiskan lebih banyak waktu dengan pasien dibandingkan melakukan penyedia perawatan kesehatan lainnya. Perbaikan dalam keselamatan pasien dapat dicapai dengan meningkatkan kinerja perawat. Adapun hasil evaluasi kinerja perawat di rumah sakit diukur dengan menggunakan standar asuhan keperawatan berdasarkan standar Persatuan Perawat Nasional Indonesia (PPNI) tahun 2010 diperoleh pencapaian dengan indikator pengkajian keperawatan sebesar 85%, diagnosa keperawatan sebesar 97%, perencanaan keperawatan sebesar 86%, tindakan keperawatan sebesar 89%, dan evaluasi keperawatan sebesar 82%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja perawat intalasi rawat inap RSUD Kabupaten Majene. Saran peneliti selanjutnya dapat melakukan penelitian dengan metode kualitatif guna menggali lebih dalam terkait variabel penelitian

Dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI Nomor 28 Tahun 2017 tentang Izin Penyelenggaraan Praktik Bidan telah diatur mengenai kewenangan bidan, bidan memiliki kewenangan memberikan pelayanan kesehatan ibu, kesehatan anak dan kesehatan reproduksi perempuan serta keluarga berencana. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kewenangan bidan dalam memberikan pelayanan umum, perlindungan hukum bidan, dan perlindunga hukum pasien. Perlindungan dalam hal ini ditinjau menurut peraturan perundang-undangan dilihat dari hukum perdata, hukum pidana, hukum administrasi dan etika profesi Pendekatan ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif yang disajikan secara deskriptif analitis dan pengumpulan data dengan teknik studi kepustakaan yang dianalisis dengan teknik normatif kualitatif. The type of research used by researchers is descriptive qualitative. Based on the analysis of data from the research results and discussions that have been described, it can be concluded that in general the preparation of the budget plan for the construction of Bukit Mega Harmoni Housing by PT. Graha Mega Cendana in 2017-2019 was quite effective on average, although the overall level of cost efficiency was less than the expected target of 5%. The efficiency of direct costs for building materials was able to exceed the target of 5.32% because there were efforts to control the use of materials in the field, while for craftsman labor costs there was in-efficiency or inefficiency of -4.97% due to demands for increases. the cost of piecework wages for craftsmen during the course of project implementation. For overhead costs or indirect costs, the average efficiency is 20.36% and the most prominent is the efficiency in financial cost items of 32.56%.     Pencemaran laut merupakan ancaman besar yang dapat memberikan dampak negatif terhadap kegiatan sosial, ekonomi dan budaya manusia. Pencemaran laut disebabkan oleh aktivitas manusia yang tidak memperhatikan kesehatan lingkungannya. Pencemaran laut tersebut dapat dicegah dan diminimalisir dengan cara konservasi. Pembentukan karakter anak berbasis konservasi adalah hal yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberlanjutan konservasi. Karakter anak dapat dibentuk melalui pendidikan di lingkungan keluarga, rumah dan lingkungan masyarakat. Lingkungan yang paling pertama dan utama dalam membentuk pondasi karakter anak yaitu keluarga. Keluarga memberikan andil yang sangat besar terhadap kekuatan pondasi watak konservasi anak. Dengan begitu perlu kajian terkait manajemen pendidikan karakter anak pada masyarakat pesisir yang juga sebagai pemanfaat langsung sumber daya laut. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan manajemen pendidikan karakter anak berbasis konservasi pada masyarakat pesisir dan mengetahui keefektivan pendidikan karakter anak berbasis konservasi di lingkungan masyarakat pesisir. Mengetahui manajemen dan keefektifan manajemen pendidikan karakter anak di lingkungan keluarga. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis data SPSS 25.     Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Orientasi Pasar (X1), Orientasi Kewirausahaan (X2) dan Strategi Bersaing (X3) serta pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja Penjualan (Y) pada usaha rumahan Kerajinan Rotan di Kota Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh produsen kerajinan rotan yang ada di Kota Makassar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 responden yang merupakan produsen Kerajinan Rotan yang diambil dengan sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei eksplanatori. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala Likert. Dalam analisis data menggunakan validitas, reliabilitas, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, analisis regresi linear sederhana, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t dan uji F dengan menggunakan tools SPSS 22.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel orientasi pasar, strategi bersaing dan kinerja penjualan memiliki kategorisasi jawaban cukup, sedangkan orientasi kewirausahaan adalah jawaban setuju. Pengaruh orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja penjualan t hitung (11,258) > t tabel (2,0106), tidak ada pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja penjualan t hitung (1,919)  t tabel (2,0106) dan pengaruh orientasi pasar, orientasi kewirausahaan dan strategi bersaing terhadap kinerja penjualan dan f hitung (61,767) > F tabel (2,81). Kesimpulan dari semua variabel independen dalam penelitian ini berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen secara simultan, sedangkan orientasi pasar dan strategi bersaing berpengaru
