In the title compound, C15H10Cl2N4O8, the methylacetate and dichloroanilinic groups are oriented at dihedral angles of 57.73 (8) and 62.44 (4)°, respectively to the dinitro-sustituted benzene ring. S(5) and S(7) rings are formed due to intramolecular N—H⋯Cl and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, respectively. In the crystal, N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into C(8) chains along the a axis. Further C—H⋯O and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds link these chains in pairs, forming a polymeric network

Tris-diamine-derived transition metal complexes of flurbiprofen as cholinesterase inhibitors

Purpose: To synthesize novel tris-diamine-derived transition metal  complexes of flurbiprofen M(C2H8N2)3 (fp)2 and M(C3H10N2)3 (fp)2, and to evaluate their acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) inhibitory activities.Method: Tris-diamine-derived transition metal complexes of Co(II),  Ni(II), and Mn(II) were synthesized and characterized using ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy, Fourier transform-infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility, conductivity  measurement and single crystal x-ray analysis. The synthesized  complexes were also evaluated for their AChE and BChE inhibitory activities. Results: Based on magnetic susceptibility and electronic studies, the synthesized complexes possessed distorted octahedral geometry.  Conductance measurements indicated that diamine-derived metal complexes of flurbiprofen were electrolytes, whereas, simple metal complexes of flurbiprofen were non-electrolytes. The structure of Ni (C2H8N2)3 (fp)2 was also confirmed by single crystal x-ray analysis. The synthesized metal complexes exhibited moderate-to-very good inhibition of AChE and BChE. In vitro assays revealed that Ni complexes were most active, with the least half-maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) values against AChE and BChE, compared to Co and Mn  complexes. Furthermore, 1, 2-diaminoethane-derived complexes were more potent, with lower IC50 values against both AChE and BChE, compared to 1,3-diaminopropane-derived complexes. Among the complexes, 4a and 5a revealed significant cholinesterase inhibitory activities relative to the standard drug, galantamine. Conclusion: All the synthesized metal complexes are active against  AChE and BChE, but only 4a and 5a are more active than the standard drug, galantamine, indicating their potential for drug development. Keywords: Flurbiprofen, Cholinesterase, Diamines, Galantamine, Metal complexes, Cholinesterase inhibitio

The aim of this research is to analyze employee satisfaction level in the private banking sector of Pakistan. The job satisfaction has got remarkable attention in business research. It researches the major factors of worker satisfaction in Pakistan’s banking industry. Research study finds that there is a positive and significant link between employee satisfaction and in human recourse management (HRM) practices like team workplace, job independence, and actions of authority. Data is collected from the 180 top and middle level employees from top five banks of the industry in Islamabad, Pakistan. Data is collected with the questionnaire and interviews from the aforesaid entities. Results show that the employee satisfaction is the favorableness or un-favorableness with which workers view their performance. The individual's satisfaction and storage are crucial to the performance of company in the competitive industry and organization atmosphere today, and the banking sector enjoys no exemption to it. The commercial banking sectors have launched on different control techniques as alternative to market workers job satisfaction and thus worker storage. The paper mentioned factors that are point of high issue to workers regarding their satisfaction. The result of research shows that most of the workers working in private banking industry are pleased with their performance, control features and job roles

The development of a powerful product and the deliverance of recognized support quality are premised by staff's capability to provide on client objectives. No concern has been given, however, to knowing the ‘added value’ exemplified in an organization’s product due to the operant sources (skills and knowledge) provided by the organization’s individual investment. This research, therefore, examines the differential impact that internal focused projects have on an organization’s individual investment and its following impact on the organization’s product, from the worker's viewpoint. In-depth discussions were performed with workers across a variety of support sectors and the results provide a knowing into the development of worker product dedication. Furthermore, this empirical research provides a powerful foundation for upcoming research in this region. Keywords: employees, brand commitment, internal brandin

Do international migration and remittances reduce poverty in developing countries?

International migration and remittances have an important role in economic and social development of the developing countries as it helps in achieving the gains of globalization. This paper endeavors to explore the relationship by forming and evaluating a new data set on foreign remittances, international migration, poverty and inequality in South Asian countries. As poverty and income inequality are the prime issues faced by the developing countries meanwhile a handsome number of skilled and educated workers of such countries is employed abroad in the high income countries, so the foreign remittances sent by these workers to home countries is expected to have positive impacts on poverty reduction. The contribution of foreign remittances in the total income of South Asia is 4.2% which shows a significant proportion of GDP and it has significant impact on poverty alleviation
