This research was done at the University of Bina Darma Palembang. The purpose of this research is to help Bina Darma University in control valuation for lecturer's performance . Training and Valuation Lecturer's Performance Systems (KIDO) is expected to provide a sense of satisfaction and improve lecturer's loyalty. UPMT Team (Integrated Quality Assurance Unit) had difficulty in assessing lecturer's performance because the data processing software is now less effective or are still many deficiencies, such as the report generated only for that time period, the report generated only for the lecturer, report must be archived back into Microsoft Excel, the value of lecturer's performance (KIDO) from the previous period can not be seen, etc.. So the authors make the analysis and design to overcome these problems. Penerapan Metode Pembelajaran Pictorial Riddle Terhadap Motivasi Belajar IPA Fisika Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Beer Seba Pekanbaru

The aim of this research is to describe the learning motivation of physics science with implementation of Pictorial Riddle. This type of research is a quasi-experimental, with a one-shot case study design. Samples in this research is all student of VIII B classes with total of 25 students. The instrument of data in this research is a ARCS motivation questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study was a descriptive analysis that was used to view the category maotivation on learning physics science with the of use keller motivation formula. The analysis data shows score of students motivation are 5,33 with good category. Therefore, it can be concluded that implementation of Pictorial Riddle Learn Method can be used as an alternative method in the learning process in the classroom VIII SMP Beer Seba Pekanbaru

The Local Wisdom on Sundanese People in Relationship with the Natural Environment: An Analytical Study of the Philosophy of Society of Kampung Dukuh Garut

There is no doubt that the advent of Islam in the Archipelago Region, particularly in the Sunda World, has transformed the weltanschauung of the local community, shifting from a polytheistic paradigm to the monotheistic paradigm (tawhid). This has fostered a synergy between the outcomes of Divine revelation and Sundanese wisdom, giving rise to local wisdom in Malay-Islamic society. Moreover, the role of intellectuals in bridging the perspectives of ”sky idealism” with ”earth/cultural reality” is crucial in shaping dynamic, relevant, and applicable teachings of local wisdom embraced by the Sundanese people. This reciprocal process is evident in the collection of Sundanese local wisdom in Alam Parahyangan, whether in written form or through actions and practices. The objective of this study is to highlight several points. Firstly, it aims to demonstrate that the awareness of living in harmony with nature is manifested in the local wisdom of indigenous peoples through their views and concepts. Secondly, it seeks to emphasize the unique construction and formulation of Sundanese local wisdom, which results from the synthesis of Islamic values and Sundanese thought. Lastly, the study proposes the re-examination of Sundanese manuscripts, which serve as repositories of local Sundanese-Islamic wisdom. These manuscripts exhibit various forms of thoughts, including rhymes, dangding (a form of Sundanese poetry), advice, and others. Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Psikomotor Fisika Siswa Kelas X SMA Seri Rama Ylpi Pekanbaru

This study is aims at determine learning outcome physic students psychomotor skills application Discovery Learning model at class X Seri Rama YLPI senior high school at Pekanbaru using model Discovery Learning at geometrical optics materials. The research was conducted from March 2015 through June 2015 by 38 research subjects at X1 as experimental group and 27 students at Xz as control group in Seri Rama YLPI senior high school at Pekanbaru. This research is a form of pre-experimental design Intact Group comparasion. The research instrument is physic psychomotor skill achievment test arrange of application aspect adaption. Psychomotor skills learning outcomes studied cover aspects of reading tools, measuring angles with a bow, and planned experiments obtained absorption with good category for its effectiveness in class experiments and categorized effective, whereas for the control class obtained absorption with good enough category and for its effectiveness categorized enough effective. The result of the research indicated of 79,9% absorption of learning at good category in experimental group while 63,2% at good enough category in other group. Efektivitas Penggunaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah Pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta Di Kabupaten Pidie

: The School Operational Assistance (BOS)program as one of the indicators of the completion of compulsory education program started from elementary school until senior high school/equal does not only aim to maintain the Gross Participation Rate but also to contribute important roles in improving the quality of education. The education fee is an important component in the implementation of education. The education process cannot run smoothly without financial support. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the matters related to the program of using the BOS funds, the strategy of usingthe BOS funds, and the supervision of the use ofBOS funds at Private Islamic Elementary Schools of Pidie Regency. The method used in this study was descriptive method with qualitative approach. The techniques of data collection used were interview, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this study were school principals, teachers, school treasures, and school committees. The result of this study showed that: (1) The program of using BOS funds at Private Islamic Elementary Schools of Pidie Regency was designed and implemented by the school principals with involving the school treasures, the senior teachers, and the school committees. The centralistic and de-centralistic system was adopted in Islamic elementary school financial system. (2) The strategy of using BOSat Private Islamic Elementary Schools of Pidie Regency in term of financial point was that all kind of expenditures for educational activity at school should be transparent for both the school principal and other school internals that are involved in the drafting process of School Budget.(3) The supervision of the use of BOS funds at Private Islamic Elementary Schools of Pidie Regency was carried out by the school principals and the officials of Regional Office of Religious Affairs of Pidie Regency as the internal supervisor. The supervision system was carried out through observing each income and expenditure of BOS funds. The audit by implementing indirect observation process, such as the expenditure, should be approved by the school principals or school treasures. The financial auditing was also carried out through auditing the financial statement of each activities, which were submitted by teachers or school treasures

Analisis Kualitas Butir Soal Try Out Fisika Kelas XII SMA Negeri Se-kota Pekanbaru dengan Program Analisis Butir Soal

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas dari nilai reabilitas, validitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda, tingkat distaktornya dan sebaran butir soal try out fisika kelas XII SMA Negeri se-Kota Pekanbaru menggunakan program analisis butir soal. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah lembar jawaban objektif soal try out siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah program analisis butir soal. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis butir soal. Dari analisis data menunjukkan : validitas soal hanya 28 soal (70%) yang valid dari 40 butir soal dan reabilitas tes 0.86. Hasil analisis data ini menunjukkan bahwa soal tidak valid tetapi realibel. Dengan demikian, kualitas soal try out harus lebih ditingkatkan

Temporal of reef fish communities in the coastal water of Krueng Raya, Aceh Besar Regency, Indonesia

Krueng Raya waters have a big potency on coral reef fish; However, there was no study was conducted to document this biodiversity. This data are crucial for the conservation plan. Therefore, the objective of the study was to examine the community structure of reef fish in the Krueng Raya coastal waters, Mesjid Raya Subdistrict, Aceh Besar, Indonesia. The sampling was conducted from January 2014 to December  2016. The data were collected at three stations by the Visual Census method with a depth of 3-4 meters. The research found the average amount of reef fish was 1743 individuals that were consisted of 93 species and comprised of 26 families. The Families dominating were Pomacentridae, Acanthuridae, Chaetodontidae, and Labridae. The distribution level of reef fish individually was influenced by the environmental conditions of the coral reef ecosystem. The severe condition of the coral ecosystem in the Krueng Raya coastal waters was caused by two factors. Firstly, fishing activities of the locals and tourists who deliberately stepping on the coral colonies and using unfriendly tools to catch the fish (speargun). Another factor was the occurrence of coral bleaching in 2016, of which almost 80% of the coral ecosystem in the Krueng Raya coastal waters was exposed to this phenomenon (bleaching).Keywords: Reef Fish, Acanthurida,  Communities Structure, Krueng Ray
