PT. Riau Samudra Mandiri merupakan penyedia jasa konstruksi listrik dan instalasi. Proses pengelolaan keuangan pada PT. Riau Samudra Mandiri diakomodir oleh bendahara. Pengelolaan keuangan di PT. Riau Samudra Mandiri masih sangat sederhana dan semua laporan akan terus dicetak menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan disimpan di lemari arsip. Oleh karena itu, pencarian data sebelumnya membutuhkan pembongkaran lemari arsip dan pencarian data satu per satu, yang memakan waktu lama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem informasi keuangan berbasis web yang mudah dan cepat diakses serta memudahkan para eksekutif dan profesional treasury dalam mengelola data dan laporan keuangannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yaitu waterfall model. Pada penelitian ini juga dilakukan pengujian dengan Blackbox testing dan User Acceptance Test agar mengetahui seberapa baik sistem yang dibangun. In the Office of Transportation (DISHUB) of Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota, the data processing business licenses have been conducted frequently, but have not obtained accurate results. This is due to the use of information technology is still very less and implemented manually. The accuracy of the data is necessary to avoid irregularities and errors in reports. Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Reporting Kegiatan Pt. Alam Siak Lestari Dengan Metode Agile Development

Alam Siak Lestari merupakan perusahaan milik masyarakat Siak, Indonesia. Salah satu misi ASL adalah untuk melindungi gambut dengan membangun industri bernilai tambah untuk komoditas ramah gambut dengan struktur fleksibel yang mampu mengakomodasi kepemilikan masyarakat. Dalam PT. Alam Siak Lestari terdapat reporting kegiatan harian pegawai yang bertujuan untuk memonitoring kegiatan atau pekerjaan apa saja yang telah dilakukan seorang pegawai pada hari itu. Perlu diketahui bahwa saat ini PT. Alam Siak Lestari masih menggunakan Google Spreadhsheet untuk pengelolaan reporting kegiatan harian pegawai, hal itu mengharuskan pihak pimpinan memeriksa laporan Spreadsheet pegawai secara manual satu per satu, selain itu terdapat masalah seperti pegawai melakukan kesalahan input pada saat proses reporting, hingga pihak pimpinan merasa kesulitan dalam proses pengelolaan reporting harian pegawai. Pembaruan sistem adalah solusi yang dapat ditawarkan dari permasalahan tersebut. Sistem Informasi Reporting Kegiatan PT. Alam Siak Lestari ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode Agile Development dengan pendekatan Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) berbasis Website. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dengan Framework CodeIgniter dan MySQL sebagai pengelola database. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dalam proses pelaporan dan pengelolaan reporting kegiatan harian pegawai

Pengaruh Kualitas Sistem Informasi Akademik terhadap Kepuasan dan Loyalitas Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi

With the increasing speed of information flow due to globalization, the role of information technology is vital and very decisive for an educational institution in increasing its ability to face competition and be able to provide satisfactory services for students. The object of this research is the users of the university's academic information system, namely all active students of TA Geap 2017-2018 with a sample of 450 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Amos. The results of the study show that improving the quality of academic information systems will be able to increase student satisfaction but not necessarily be able to increase student loyalty directly. However, indirectly through satisfaction, the quality of the system can increase user / student loyalty. Improvement and improvement of academic information also through this research directly and indirectly can have an impact on increasing student satisfaction and loyalty. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Pegawai Terbaik Menggunakan Metode AHP Pada Dinas Komunikasi Dan Informatika Tanah Datar

Penelitian ini bermamfaat untuk memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang ditemukan pada Dinas Komunikasi Dan Informatika Tanah Datar dalam menentukan pegawai terbaiknya. Sebelumnya, pemilihan pegawai terbaik masih didasarkan terhadap pandangan pimpinan terhadap kandidat yang diusulkan sehingga dapat menimbulkan pandangan negative dari pegawai lain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini berupa sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk menentukan pegawai terbaik menggunakan metode AHP.Penerapan sistem ini dapat lebih konsisten dalam menghitun pembobotan kriteria yang berpengaruh kepada hasil perangkingan masing-masing alternative yang ada. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang dilakukan secara manual dan sistem terkomputerisasi, didapatkan hasil yang sama. Demi meningkatkan kwalitas dari aplikasi,pengukuran tingkat akurasi dilakukan, dan didapatkan hasil sebesar 90,625%.  hasil penelitian ini dapat diterapkan oleh instansi yang bersangkutan

Evaluasi Kinerja Sistem Informasi Elektronik Kinerja ASN (SI-EKA) Menggunakan Framework Cobit 5 Pada Kementerian Agama Kota Pekanbaru

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis kinerja Sistem Informasi Elektonik Kinerja ASN (SI-EKA) yang ada pada Kementerian Agama Kota Pekanbaru. Dalam penggunaan SI-EKA terdapat masalah terkait akses sistem dikarenakan masalah jaringan, server, dan maintenance, selain itu untuk penanganan masalah membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena harus dilaporkan kepada pihak pusat terlebih dahulu. Menjawab permasalahan pengelolaan masalah digunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5 dengan fokus pada proses DSS03 Manage Problems. Analisis Process Capability Model (PCM) digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan penilaian Process Assessment Model (PAM). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden berdasarkan pemetaan peran RACI Chart. Hasil akhir penelitian diketahui bahwa proses pengelolaan masalah sudah dilaksanakan namun masih ada beberapa kelemahan dan belum mencapai tujuan proses sehingga  diberikan rekomendasi yang sesuai dengan kondisi dan temuan yang ada. Tingkat kapabilitas proses berada pada level 1 (Performed Process) dengan nilai kapabilitas 0.9 dan  status Largery Achieved (L)

USABILITY EVALUATION OF THE WEBSITE SERVICES USING THE WEBUSE METHOD (A CASE STUDY: PUSTAKAARSIP.KAMPARKAB.GO.ID)

This researcher aims to find the DISPERSIP website in terms of usability using Website Usability Evaluation (WEBUSE) to determine which parts need to be improved. The Kampar Regency Library and Archives Service have implemented one of the online-based library services with the implementation of a website in the library and archives section of Kampar Regency. The aim is that governance relationships involving the Government, the private sector and the community can be created to be more effective, efficient, productive and responsive. In its application, problems arise, such as incompatibility of menu names, no back button, colour differences, and inactive links and errors—an unprecedented evaluation of the website's usability. The WEBUSE method determines the usability level of a website based on the user's perspective. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to all active members of the library with a definite website with a total of 100 respondents based on the slovin formula. Based on the results of the usability evaluation, the DISPERSIP website got a good usability level for the four categories of usability in the WEBUSE method, namely Content, Organization and Readability with a value of 0.70, Navigation and Links with a value of 0.69, User Interface Design with a value of 0.70 and Performance and Effectiveness got a score of 0.60. Overall the DISPERSIP website has good usability with a value of 0.67, and there are eight recommendations for usability improvements based on the problem

The Role Of Information Technology In The Improvement Of Teacher’s Competencies And Teaching Learning Process Effectiveness In Esa Sejahtera School Pekanbaru

The need of technologies in human life grows stronger and faster. Basically almost every business and non business sector in this world has integrated with information technology especially in the education sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of information technologi toward teacher’s competence and teaching learning process effectiveness. Population of this research are 53 teachers in Esa Sejahtera School Pekanbaru and the sampling technique used is total sampling with 53 teachers as respondents. Data analysis technique use path analysis on the basis of regression coefficient where the research variabel consist of Information Technology (X1), Teacher’s competence (Y1) and teaching Learning Process Effectiveness (Y2). The result of this research found that Information technology directly has significance influence toward teacher’s competence and also teacher’s competence directly has significance influence toward teaching learning process effectiveness. Besides that, the result for indirectly influence show information technology has significance influence toward teaching learning process effectiveness through teacher’s competence. Suggestion of this research is management of Esa Sejahtera School Pekanbaru should enhance the information technology applied in Esa Sejahtera School Pekanbaru in order to improve teacher’s competencies and teaching learning process
