    Analisa Spektrum Motor Imagery pada Sinyal Aktivitas Otak

    Otak merupakan organ vital pada tubuh manusia yang berperan sebagai pusat kendali sistem saraf manusia. Sinyal yang dikeluarkan otak (EEG) mengandung berbagai informasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan pada teknologi BCI. Salah satu informasi yang dapat digunakan adalah informasi motorik baik mengenai motor execution maupung motor imagery. Pada penderita stroke yang biasanya mengalami kelumpuhan pada anggota gerak tubuhnya, informasi mengenai motor imagery dapat dimanfaatkan untuk aplikasi Brain Computer Interface terutama dalam rehabilitasi kelumpuhan anggota gerak pasien tersebut. Pada penelitian ini dirancang sebuah alat sistem EEG untuk merekam sinyal EEG pada otak untuk menganalisa spektrum motor imagery pada sinyal aktivitas otak. Sistem terdiri dari rangkaian filter pasif, rangkaian proteksi, penguat isntrumentasi, common mode rejection, amplifier, dan filter. Pengujian dilakukan dengan membandingkan sinyal EEG pada tasking motor imagery dan motor execution. Selanjutnya, informasi motorik baik motor execution dan motor imagery dapat diaplikasikan lebih lanjut pada sistem BCI terutama pada rehabilitasi medik

    Study of Student Satisfaction Level in the Faculty Based on Performance Assessment and Interest Level

    One way to evaluate various services at the university is seen from the level of student satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to measure how much the level of student satisfaction in the university environment, especially in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Islam Indonesia (FMIPA UII) and future expectations of students focusing on their respective study programs. 6 aspects were used to find out how much satisfaction the students had, namely: (1) Tangible, (2) Reliability, (3) Responsiveness, (4) Assurance, (5) Empathy, and (6) Information. The research method used is descriptive analysis method related to satisfaction represented by the Cartesian diagram. The study was conducted in a period of 3 months with the sample used being active students in the 2016 and 2017 FMIPA classes proportionally in each study program (study program). The data used are primary data consisting of 2 main assessments, namely performance assessment and importance assessment. The results of the level of satisfaction / suitability are classified into the Cartesian diagram which consists of 4 priorities, namely: top priority, achievement priority, low priority, and excessive. The results of the study obtained overall levels of satisfaction in Mathematics as much as 90% of students were satisfied with the level of performance provided. However, there are still 2 indicators that are included in the priority, namely problems in the key-in process and ease of communication for parents of students to consult. In addition to the contents of each indicator, an analysis of suggestions for improvement in the FMIPA environment using text mining based on barplot and wordcloud is associated with the dominant words appearing to describe the general expectations of student

    Decline in subarachnoid haemorrhage volumes associated with the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic

    BACKGROUND: During the COVID-19 pandemic, decreased volumes of stroke admissions and mechanical thrombectomy were reported. The study\u27s objective was to examine whether subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH) hospitalisations and ruptured aneurysm coiling interventions demonstrated similar declines. METHODS: We conducted a cross-sectional, retrospective, observational study across 6 continents, 37 countries and 140 comprehensive stroke centres. Patients with the diagnosis of SAH, aneurysmal SAH, ruptured aneurysm coiling interventions and COVID-19 were identified by prospective aneurysm databases or by International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision, codes. The 3-month cumulative volume, monthly volumes for SAH hospitalisations and ruptured aneurysm coiling procedures were compared for the period before (1 year and immediately before) and during the pandemic, defined as 1 March-31 May 2020. The prior 1-year control period (1 March-31 May 2019) was obtained to account for seasonal variation. FINDINGS: There was a significant decline in SAH hospitalisations, with 2044 admissions in the 3 months immediately before and 1585 admissions during the pandemic, representing a relative decline of 22.5% (95% CI -24.3% to -20.7%, p\u3c0.0001). Embolisation of ruptured aneurysms declined with 1170-1035 procedures, respectively, representing an 11.5% (95%CI -13.5% to -9.8%, p=0.002) relative drop. Subgroup analysis was noted for aneurysmal SAH hospitalisation decline from 834 to 626 hospitalisations, a 24.9% relative decline (95% CI -28.0% to -22.1%, p\u3c0.0001). A relative increase in ruptured aneurysm coiling was noted in low coiling volume hospitals of 41.1% (95% CI 32.3% to 50.6%, p=0.008) despite a decrease in SAH admissions in this tertile. INTERPRETATION: There was a relative decrease in the volume of SAH hospitalisations, aneurysmal SAH hospitalisations and ruptured aneurysm embolisations during the COVID-19 pandemic. These findings in SAH are consistent with a decrease in other emergencies, such as stroke and myocardial infarction

    Effects of Dietary Nitrogen and Non-FiberCarbohydrate Ratio in Diet Supplemented with Urea-Limestone Mixture on Productive Performances of Growing Goats

    The previous study indicated that the urea-limestone mixture could be an alternative source of nitrogen for ruminant diet. However, the use of the mixture in diet needs a proper level of fermentable carbohydrate (non-fiber carbohydrate/NFC). This study was aimed to examine the effect of dietary N:NFC ratio on productive performances of growing goats. Twelve native male Jawarandhu crossbreds with 20.83 kg of body weight average and aged at 4-6 months were divided into three groups and fed on C12 diet (1:12 of N to NFC ratio, without supplementation of urea-limestone mixture), LU12 diet (1:12 of N:NFC ratio, with urea-limestone mixture supplementation), and LU18 diet (1:18 of N:NFC ratio, with limestone-urea mixture supplementation), respectively. The dietary treatments did not affect the nutrient intakes and nutrient digestibility. The UL 18 diet gave the highest (P0.05) average daily gain, N retention, and feed efficiency. The supplementation of urea-limestone mixture may give the best productive performance of goat when the dietary ratio of N:NFC was 1:18

    High exploration activity is feared to have an impact to mackerel populations. A sustainable management approach should be taken to provide information about the status of mackerel populations. Study of mackerel population status can be carried out through genetic information. The DNA of the fish samples were collected at traditional fish markets (Ternate, Morotai and Bacan, South Halmahera District). Laboratory works such as extraction, amplification, electrophoresis and DNA sequencing were analysis at the Indonesian Biodiversity Laboratory (BIONESIA). The molecular characteristics of Rastrelliger kanagurta were 374 base pairs (bp). The composition of nucleotides showed the similarity of frequencies between species. Phylogenetic relationship of R. kanagurta in North Maluku Sea suggested that there was any differentiation. The genetic diversity of R. kanagurta was high with a total number of haplotypes and diverse nucleotide diversity. The minimum spawning networks (MSN) found 5 haplotype networks from a total of 12 samples. Morphological measurements of standard length, head height, body width, pectoral fin length and tail were found to have variable values. The length of the weight of the fish is obtained of b = 3, indicating that the growth pattern was isometric or weight gain was equivalent to the growth of the fish length.Keywords : biodiversity, conservation, ecology, morphology, specie

    PENGANTAR ILMU HUKUM

    Ilmu hukum merupakan batasan yang diberikan terhadap kajian ilmu hukum. Definisi ilmu hukum kemudian menjadi persoalan yang terlebih dahulu harus dijawab oleh para sarjana hukum sebelum mendefinisikan hukum itu sendiri. Oleh karena hukum telah berkembang menjadi ilmu pengetahuan yang sangat maju dan tak pernah putus sebagai bahan kajian. Ilmu hukum telah berkembang begitu cepat dan para sarjana hukum telah membagi ilmu hukum sebagai bagian atau salah satu ilmu sosial. Definisi ilmu hukum menjadi penting oleh karena dengan adanya definisi ilmu hukum kita dapat dengan mudah mempelajari dan pada gilirannya memahami ilmu hukum itu sendiri. Maka dari itub ilmu hukum akan mempelajari semua seluk beluk mengenai hukum, misalnya mengenai asal mula, wujud, asas-asas, sistem, macam pembagian, sumber-sumber, perkembangan, fungsi dan kedudukan hukum di dalam masyarakat. Ilmu hukum sebagai ilmu yang mempunyai objek hukum menelaah hukum sebagai suatu gejala atau fenomena kehidupan manusia dimanapun didunia ini dari masa kapanpun. Seorang yang berkeinginan mengetahui hukum secara mendalam sangat perlu mempelajari hukum itu dari lahir, tumbuh dan berkembangnya dari masa ke masa sehingga sejarah hukum besar perannya dalam hal tersebut. Tujuan Pengantar Imu Hukum adalah menjelaskan tentang keadaan, inti dan maksud tujuan dari bagian-bagian penting dari hukum, serta pertalian antara berbagai bagian tersebut dengan ilmu pengetahuan hukum. Adapun kegunaannya adalah untuk dapat memahami bagian-bagian atau jenis-jenis ilmu hukum lainnya. Kedudukan Pengantar Ilmu Hukum merupakan dasar bagi pelajaran lanjutan tentang ilmu pengetahuan dari berbagai bidang hukum. Sedangkan kedudukan dalam kurikulum fakultas hukum adalah sebagai mata kuliah keahlian dan keilmuan. Oleh karena itu pengantar ilmu hukum berfungsi memberikan pengertian-pengertian dasar baik secara garis besar maupun secara mendalam mengenai segala sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan hukum. Selain itu juga pengantar ilmu hukum juga berfungsi pedagogis yakni menumbuhkan sikap adil dan membangkitkan minat untuk denagan penuh kesungguhan mempelajari hukum
