Screening-Limited Response of NanoBiosensors
Despite tremendous potential of highly sensitive electronic detection of
bio-molecules by nanoscale biosensors for genomics and proteomic applications,
many aspects of experimentally observed sensor response (S) are unexplained
within consistent theoretical frameworks of kinetic response or electrical
screening. In this paper, we combine analytic solutions of Poisson-Boltzmann
and reaction-diffusion equations to show that the electrical response of
nanobiosensor varies logarithmically with the concentration of target
molecules, time, the salt concentration, and inversely with the fractal
dimension of sensor surface. Our analysis provides a coherent theoretical
interpretation of wide variety of puzzling experimental data that have so far
defied intuitive explanation.Comment: 7 pages, 2 figure

Monitoring System Building Plan for Risk of Civil Office
The development of increasingly rapid information technology requires companies to have a system that is able to provide data and information quickly and accurately. Tangerang Regency Education Office is a government agency in charge of controlling the education sector. In its business process, the Education Office still faces difficulties in obtaining reports on employment in periodic salary increases, because the system used is still using the help of Microsoft excel application software that is semi computerized, so that every data reported often has errors in providing civil servant salaries. Based on these problems Tangerang District Education Office is in dire need of an automated computer system that can control the regular salary increases of civil servants effectively and efficiently. As a tool to help in object-oriented programming language, Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used to describe the system, while data collection techniques use observation, interview, and literature study methods, so that the system can be monitored properly, effectively and efficiently using MySql databases, and PHP.

Secure Full-Duplex Device-to-Device Communication
This paper considers full-duplex (FD) device-to-device (D2D) communications
in a downlink MISO cellular system in the presence of multiple eavesdroppers.
The D2D pair communicate sharing the same frequency band allocated to the
cellular users (CUs). Since the D2D users share the same frequency as the CUs,
both the base station (BS) and D2D transmissions interfere each other. In
addition, due to limited processing capability, D2D users are susceptible to
external attacks. Our aim is to design optimal beamforming and power control
mechanism to guarantee secure communication while delivering the required
quality-of-service (QoS) for the D2D link. In order to improve security,
artificial noise (AN) is transmitted by the BS. We design robust beamforming
for secure message as well as the AN in the worst-case sense for minimizing
total transmit power with imperfect channel state information (CSI) of all
links available at the BS. The problem is strictly non-convex with infinitely
many constraints. By discovering the hidden convexity of the problem, we derive
a rank-one optimal solution for the power minimization problem.Comment: Accepted in IEEE GLOBECOM 2017, Singapore, 4-8 Dec. 201
A Rare Case of Foreign Body Ingestion, Mimicking as Mesenteric Cyst. "Case Report"
Background: Foreign body ingestion by children is a commonly encountered problem and accounts for a significant emergency visits among pediatric population. Although these ingested foreign bodies pass spontaneously and uneventfully, a subset of such bodies may become trapped in the digestive tract, eventually leading to significant injury. Most of these bodies are radio-opaque and detectable radiologically, but some radio-lucent may become a diagnostic dilemma and subtle management issue.
Case Report: We report a case of a one-year girl who presented after accidental ingestion of foreign body with signs and symptoms of acute intestinal obstruction. Initially we were unable to diagnose the cause, but later the radiological investigation suspected a mesenteric cyst. After failure to respond to conservative measures she underwent exploratory laparotomy, and a jelly ball was removed from the gut. The patient had uneventful post-operative recovery and was kept on follow-up for three months without any complication.
Conclusion: These patients do not respond to conservative measures and need surgery on an emergency basis. It is likely that if left untreated may have caused Intestinal perforation and irreversible shock. Radiolucent foreign bodies are difficult to diagnose and need high level of suspicion. Need of the hour is to educate the parents to be extra vigilant as “prevention is better than cure”
Digital Brand Building of PT Kereta Api Indonesia Indonesia Through Instagram Account @ KAI121
As a state-owned enterprise, PT Kereta Api is a company that is responsible for providing land transportation services in Indonesia. The revamping of PT Kereta Api in the past few years has enabled it to carry out various promotions on digital media, one of which is via Instagram social media. Through the istagram account @ KAI121 which is the official account of PT Kereta Api Indonesia, various contents regarding promotions, discounts, ticket booking information, and train schedules, etc., are aired and get responses from the folowers. Aside from that, the use of Instagram @ KAI121 social media as a form of digital brand building from PT Kereta Api Indonesia is conveyed through visual communication designs in the form of photos, texts, and videos that become content on the Instagram account.

Magnetic fields in primordial accretion disks
Magnetic fields are considered as a vital ingredient of contemporary star
formation, and may have been important during the formation of the first stars
in the presence of an efficient amplification mechanism. Initial seed fields
are provided via plasma fluctuations, and are subsequently amplified by the
small-scale dynamo, leading to a strong tangled magnetic field. Here we explore
how the magnetic field provided by the small-scale dynamo is further amplified
via the dynamo in a protostellar disk and assess its
implications. For this purpose, we consider two characteristic cases, a typical
Pop.~III star with ~M and an accretion rate of
~M~yr, and a supermassive star with ~M
and an accretion rate of ~M~yr. For the ~M
Pop.~III star, we find that coherent magnetic fields can be produced on scales
of at least ~AU, which are sufficient to drive a jet with a luminosity of
~L and a mass outflow rate of ~M~yr. For
the supermassive star, the dynamical timescales in its environment are even
shorter, implying smaller orbital timescales and an efficient magnetization out
to at least ~AU. The jet luminosity corresponds to
~L, and a mass outflow rate of
~M~yr. We expect that the feedback from the
supermassive star can have a relevant impact on its host galaxy.Comment: Accepted for publication in Astronomy & Astrophysics, comments are
