2018, Pengaruh Store Atmosphere Terhadap Perilaku Pengunjung Pada Kafe La Aquanos Malang

Kota Malang merupakan kota terbesar kedua di Jawa Timur disebut juga sebagai kota pelajar karena banyaknya instansi pendidikan, dari pendidikan dasar sampai dengan pendidikan tinggi. Hal ini sejalan dengan jumlah remaja yang terdapat di Kota Malang total sebanyak 189.403 remaja yang terdiri dari 93.476 remaja putra dan 95.927 remaja putri. Jumlah remaja di Kota Malang yang cukup banyak ini menunjukkan adanya kebutuhan lain yang harus dipenuhi, yakni kebutuhan sosial untuk berkumpul dalam suatu kelompok. Kebutuhan sosial ini memberikan peluang bagi pengusaha dalam membangun bisnis yang meneyediakan fasilitas bagi para remaja dalam hal sosialisasi. Salah satu bisnis yang saat ini berkembang adalah bisnis kuliner baik itu resto maupun kafe. Di Kota Malang, salah satu kafe yang selalu ramai dikunjungi oleh remaja adalah Kafe La Aquanos. Lima elemen store atmosphere sebagai variabel penelitian yang didukung dengan hasil pengamatan behavioral mapping berupa person centered mapping dan placed centered mapping didapatkan bahwa setiap variabel memiliki pengaruh dengan tingkatan yang berbeda. Hal ini berdasarkan dari hasil temuan analisis statistika. Selanjutnya ,temuan mengenai pengaruh store atmosfer terhadap perilaku dibedakan menjadi pengaruh positif ataupun pengaruh negatif

PROFIL DAYA TAHAN AEROBIK POSISI GUARD, FORWARD, DAN CENTER ATLET BOLA BASKET KABUPATEN INDRAMAYU

Pengetahuan atlet bola basket Kabupaten Indramayu tentang daya tahan aerobik masih terbatas. Tidak optimalnya daya tahan aerobik dapat mengakibatkan penurunan kemampuan konsentrasi, kecepatan reaksi dan mudah lelah. Itu lah mengapa prestasi olahraga bola basket di Kabupaten Indramayu cenderung mengalami pasang surut yang tidak terkontrol bahkan akhir-akhir ini terus mengalami penurunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui daya tahan aerobik posisi guard, forward, dan center atlet bola basket Kabupaten Indramayu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah atlet bola basket Kabupaten Indramayu dengan jumlah 30 atlet. Pengambilan data menggunakan tes, dengan instrument yang digunakan adalah yo-yo intermittent recovery test. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase, yang terbagi dalam enam kategori pada norma VO2 Max. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa daya tahan aerobik (VO2 Max) atlet bola basket Kabupaten Indramayu yang terdiri dari 30 atlet terdapat 25 atlet (83,33%) dalam kategori sedang. Daya tahan aerobik (VO2 Max) pada posisi guard (80%) dalam kategori sedang, posisi forward (81,81%) dalam kategori sedang, dan posisi center (88,89%) dalam kategori sedang

Pengaruh Customer Experience Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Dan Loyalitas Pelanggan (Survei Pada Pelanggan Kfc Kawi Malang)

Customer Experience is one of the factor that effects customer satisfaction. Positive experience will be remembered by the customer and the customers will refer the others related the experience. This research aimed to explain the influence of Customer Experience toward customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This research was an explanatory research along with the use of quantitative approach. Population of this research is all the customers who have visited and have made transactions at KFC Kawi Malang. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents. Purposive sampling was used as sampling technique. In addition, path analysis was used as data analysis technique. The result within the use of path analysis showed that; Customer Experience has significant effect on customer satisfaction with path coefficient (β) was 0,674 and p-value with the number of 0,000 (˂0,05); Customer Experience has significant effect on cutomer loyalty with coefficient (β) was 0,288 and p-value with the number of 0,003 (˂0,05); Customer satisfaction has significant effect on customer loyalty with coefficient (β) was 0,493 and p-value with the number 0,000 (˂0,05). Therefore, KFC should maintain and improve service, product quality, and condition outlets. Thus, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty will be increased

Effect of Alkaline Treatment and Fumigation on the Mechanical Properties of Fiber Unsaturated Polyester-Cantula Composite with Compression Molding Method

This research examines the strength of the UPRs-Cantula composite with the addition of filler microcrystalline cellulose (MCC). Composites were created with a volume fraction of 30% Vf and a 45° angle. This angle variation received the same treatment as the others, including untreated, alkaline, and fumigation. The treatment time for alkali treatment was 6 hours, while the treatment time for fumigation was 10 hours. The strength of each angle variation was determined, as well as its treatment of tensile strength, modulus of elasticity, and Poisson's ratio UPRs-cantula composites. According to the results, the alkali treatment produced the highest tensile strength and elastic modulus values. The highest Poisson ratio value was discovered without treatment at a 45°. The alkaline treatment yielded the highest tensile strength and modulus of elasticity test results. The pullout fiber fracture dominated the untreated composite fracture, whereas the fiber breakage fracture dominated the alkaline treatment
